Northgard is a strategy game based on Norse mythology in which you control a Clan of Vikings fighting for the control of a mysterious newfound continent.
After years of tireless explorations, brave Vikings have discovered a new land filled with mystery, danger and riches: NORTHGARD.
The boldest Northmen have set sail to explore and conquer these new shores, bring fame to their Clan and write history through conquest, trading, or devotion to the Gods.
That is, if they can survive the dire Wolves and Undead Warriors roaming the land, befriend or defeat the giants, and survive the harshest winters ever witnessed in the North.

STORY MODE: RIG’S SAGA
The Viking High King is murdered and his Regal Horn is stolen by a man named Hagen.
This event kickstarts a saga that will take Rig, his son and heir accompanied by his right-hand man Brand through the new continent of Northgard.
The continent where he will make new friends and foes and discover a much greater threat than Hagen, and the reasons behind his father’s assassination.
MULTIPLAYER
• Play with or against other Mobile players with up to 6 players
• Includes Duel, Free for All and Teamplay modes
CHOOSE YOUR CLAN
In order to complete the 11 campaign chapters, the player will have to master the specificities of the 6 first clans and tame the unforgiving wilderness of Northgard.
More clans are joining the fight for Northgard!
• Clan of the Snake: Act from the shadows and take the lead with cunning guerilla tactics
• Clan of the Dragon: Embrace the old ways and please the gods with sacrifices
• Clan of the Kraken: Harness the bounty of the sea and unleash its brutal might
You can unlock the clans of the Snake, Dragon and Kraken separately by buying the DLCs, or together with the Scale Bundle.
• Clan of the Horse: Devote yourself to the art of blacksmithing and craft powerful Relics
• Clan of the Ox: Equip ancestral equipment and prove the might of your forefathers
• Clan of the Lynx: Adopt Nature’s way and lure mythical preys into ambushes
You can unlock the Clans of the Horse, Ox and Lynx separately by buying the DLCs, or together with the Fur Bundle.

As of right now I bought it to play with my brother (I have Android he has apple) because the press releases on the game said it was possible. We can't link up or add each other period and it's kind of ruined the game for me. Loved it on the switch. Mobile platform would have been great with crossplay. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but so far it's not working at all =(

Impossible to play on anything smaller than a tablet. Even with the UI at the max size, the text and controls are miniscule. Unreadable text and teeny tiny buttons make for an unplayable experience. Don't waste your money unless you have a tablet. Edited to 4 stars after finding there are two settings in-game to change UI settings, both of these should really be included on the pre-launch screen

It's a fantastic game. The controls on mobile are mostly good, but I find selecting people and moving people around much more difficult than on pc. The thing that keeps me from playing the mobile version more often is the fact that it is on a MUCH older patch than the pc version, which I expect won't ever change unless they really hustle. Otherwise, I really do enjoy this game both mobile and pc.

Fun gameplay, interesting story and massively cluttered UI. Thats my only issue and i could not assign half my stuff to where it needed to be, cant open new territory because the food button never showed up when selecting a new area. The lacking tutorial and the UI made it unplayable because I couldnt advance at all. Fix this and it would be up there with Civ.

Was excited to pick this up on mobile since I already love the game on PC. The mobile controls are relatively good, but it does take some getting used to. However the optimization of the game is poor. Been having framerate stability issues on top of very choppy audio. The audio was bothering me so badly I had to turn it off which I feel is really inexcusable. I may not have the most t up to date phone but it isn't by any means bad and should be able to run this no problem. Get it on PC instead.

After the new update, the game hangs up while loading into a map. It doesn't happen all of the time, but i can usually replicate the issue by loading into a single-player match, playing for a couple of minutes, exiting out, and then loading into another game (same or new). Is the team aware of this, and if so, is there a fix for it currently in the works? Thank you for your time!

I feel I have a huge phone, and yet increasing scaling to make the game playable also make the game unplayable. Every unit selection, every building, every button has overlapping menus and honestly it's unplayable. I'll stick to PC. This is one of the worst games I've ever played on mobile. Not because the game isn't fun but because they did nothing to optimize how the games menus work.

Very fun RTS game.My wife and I loved this game. We play it on pc and mobile, but don't bother with purchasing this game for android as it constantly crashes / freezes and will not let you reconnect to any multiplayer games once you do crash so a waste of your time! It's just a solo player game. Online multiplayer is broken. Save often when playing solo because the game will crash ALOT. Unstable and needs to be removed from Google play. BADLY ported. Updates take 1/2 year to fix. Look elsewhere.

Giving this game 3 stars because I love the gameplay and story plot is great. Only thing is when I am trying to do the last story chapter the game keeps freezing due to the map size. This is also the case in multiplayer. All the other map sizes play fine, but when you want to play on a large map the game freezes when you get to a certain point. Please fix this and I will give a 5 star rating because the game is pretty good.

I love this game on PC, my wife and I play it. I got excited when I saw a mobile version of this game. However, I have the new Edge+ and the game doesn't fit entirely on my screen, I can't see the Food, Kröwns, etc. I tried the menu option of upscaling the GUI of the Menu and In-Game Icons, but I still can't see it. I know the mobile version has it's kinks since it's new. Could you guys help?

Great game, I am enjoying it but it is definitely a bit laggy on the Note 8. First game I've played on this phone that actually lags.. considering the type of game it is, that's really surprising. Sometimes it really bugs me and sometimes I ignore it and just play the game. It can get frustrating when you're trying to be quick with your decisions though, sometimes it act like it's going to crash but doesn't, just pretty consistent lag spikes.

Update 24.10.23. Can't play anymore. Game crashes whenever I start a custom or story mission. Was good, now it's more focused towards pc play. Even at the bottom of the screen there's an option to hold alt or control to select one item. Not a thing on phones. Game crashes when trying to use powers consistently. When storms come the screen turns so dark you might as well put your phone down as you can't see anything.

A well designed rts game, which includes the good bits of base building, strategy, balancing economy, and combat. All simplified for mobile devices, yet still allowing micromanagement, so you can pull low health units out of combat to swich the enemies focus. However, while the game seems great, I've constantly run into game breaking bugs, and the game freezes forcing me to close and restart the app. Other than not being able to play the game fully, it runs really smoothly! Buy at your risk.

Excellent game that has a lot going for it - no ads, reasonable expansion content, lots of ways to play and win. Crippled by crash bugs before loading games 2/3rds of the time, with the 1/3rd crashing after loading. The extent to which the AI cheats is problematic, they will always out expand you and out produce your military, but some clans can overcome this late game on the right map. But constant crashing has rendered it sadly unplayable. I mourn its loss.

Great port. I've noticed a lot of 3 star or lower reviews but they don't tell you the kind of phone they have. I have a newer galaxy and the game runs perfectly. Never has a single bug or crash or glitch like other say. A lot of big games are getting ported to phones and people forget that the phone might not be able to handle the game. It's still ported perfectly. Don't let people playing these games on outdated phone scare you from a game if you have a newer phone it will most likely run fine.

Since June, I have experienced several problems with the game, most notably freezes, crashes, areas of the map turning black and being difficult or impossible to interact with, and the inability to rejoin ongoing games. These are upsetting and game-breaking problems for which I've reached out to support several times now only to be entirely ignored. A potentially great game is being squandered by poor customer support and responsiveness, and I cannot recommend it in its current state.

So I have this game on the pc, first and foremost there's no conquest, which I am super bummed out about because that was my favorite game mode on there lol, but thats not why I'm not giving it 5 stars. Yes the game does crash once in a while but honestly I've just been playing single player instead of multi-player and it saves my game so it really isn't too big of a deal, it does set you back like 5 mins of game play but again not a huge deal to me. Overall I really like the mobile version.

Needs refinement. During the 'downliad additional content' phase the game stalled out at 0% until I force closed it. Then I found myself annoyed by the blare of sound upon startup. Upon navigating the menus a bit I found that it's an 'uninstall' for me because the text is too damn tiny for my eyes and the dlider bars for sound settings are horribly unresponsive. In short, I had to spend my short time with this game doing things otger than playing and gave up because the experience was bad.

This is by far one of my favorite games to play. My husband and I have it on PC and mobile, but we mostly play it on mobile since it's more convenient. I love that it's co-op so my husband and I can team up as different clans with unique features, it gives you multiple victory conditions to work towards if you like to focus on economy or military victory. Our games do crash frequently, most of the time we can reconnect but sometimes we have to restart. Been playing for 3 years and still love it!

I'm giving this game two stars. I love it but it seems to be quite buggy on mobile. My brother, my cousin, and I all started playing this game together about a week ago. Since that time WE ALL have ran into countless issues of the game freezing, crashing, etc. Not only that but we can't join back into the game! We just get completely kicked out. I personally don't think it has anything to do with the model of our phones or anything like that. My cousin and brother have NEW model phones.
