App is easy to navigate and placing an order is a breeze. I also love the instore and reserve features to help me find/try items when I'm able to get to a brick and mortar Nordstrom. The only bad thing is that I've never found the notes feature to work in the app to check total amount of notes/points on my account. Since I rarely use notes this isn't a big deal for me. Update: Notes are now easily visible when checking out. I use this app regularly and have no problems with it.

As a user/reviewer who is blind the first thing I'm looking for in any app is accessibility. While the app is easy to use and pretty simple to navigate in terms of accessibility there are a few areas that need work. For one make removing items from the wish list easier. I did it once by complete accident and never have been able to figure out how to do it again. Also make more website features available on your mobile app like live chat and viewing your Nordstrom card details.

I've been shopping Nordstrom for well over 40 years. Many cities and states. It's my go-to store for most all of my needs. Now that stores have closed, temporarily, I've discovered mail-order. I have a reversible, water repellent, swing coat w/ hood and one lg button at neck. EVERY TIME I wear it. I'm asking where I bought it. When I tell Nordstrom, they ask when. When I say in the 1980's, they are shocked. Looks brand new. I wear it in the cold and wind. Beautiful any season. 💖

The price filter has never worked for me; I will set a price range, but all prices will be displayed. When you view an item, then use the back button to continue viewing your filter results, it takes you to the top of the page, instead of taking you to where you were in the list. The longer I use the app, the more issues will occur, such as freezing, not displaying all of the pictures, when I use the back button it will go all the way back to the home page instead of my filter results.

I've loved shopping at the store, and to have the online experience as well makes it the best of both worlds. The app is so easy to navigate through. I love that I can have the option to buy and pick up in store or right there from the app. I wouldn't change shopping in store but having the app option is fantastic as well.

This app sucks!.. Unable to shop the early access sale. App will not save anything!. Have to re enter my password, items, and credit card info only for it to never proceed to the checkout option. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still has the same issue. I have missed out on many items that I wanted because of this. Not happy at all

The only feature it's missing is a favorite brands feature, where you can tab all your preferred brands separate from your wish list or filtering brands to see what's on sale or what the seasons' new looks are. It also could help develop a fashion algorithm based on style and cut. Ex I like Barbour,Colee han, outdoor research, and Ted Bakerr. But im not interested in off-white, coach, Crocs, etc...

I love this app! Unlike some other high end department store apps, there are no ads! The only reason you will spend extra time here is because of all of the great variety of products, and the multiple angles they show you them from. It really makes online purchases easier, and removes the fear of not seeing items in person before purchasing.

Please make it easier to favorite items. You have to be in the item and select a size to favorite it. If your size isn't available, you can't favorite it without selecting a different size. No big desk but you shouldn't have to do that at all. There should be a heart next to each item in the list. Small issue but annoying because it's a feature in most shopping sites and improves the experience.

Pros: VERY easy to shop. Real time accessibility of inventory and stores that carry items (pretty accurate for the most part), links the credit cards and your rewards so you can apply them towards your purchases, keeps a tally of all your reward points, and remembers all the items on your wish list or saved for later category. I can literally make a purchase in seconds. Cons: Slightly dangerous because they make it so simple and would be disastrous if you have a shopping problem.

App changed for the worst. This app used to be great, but the recent update requires you to sign in every time to access your wish list. From there, it takes you to an in-browser window in order to look at items in your wish list. All the ease of use of this app is out the window. I might as well just go directly to the website. There is nothing faster oe bettee about the June, 2019 update. Please fix.

The shopping part of the app is fine; however, trying to access any of the menu items IN the app opens a web browser outside the app that forces you to sign in, after you've already signed in on the app, to view your account, view your wishlist, update your address or anything else. It seems like a small reason to give something 3 stars, but it's a huge UI/UX flaw I'm surprised hasn't been fixed yet.

Just awful interface when you actially go to checkout. Items will disappear, samples will be in your cart one minute and then gone the next. Had to re-enter my shipping address even though it's already saved in my address book. Shipping option was stuck on express shipping and wouldn't let me click on free standard. Overall this was a horrible experience and it made me give up on making an order all together!

I've been shopping Nordstrom for years and I love the ease of use with the app! The wish list feature is great and even includes my wish list items from The Rack. My only complaint, which isn't app-related, is that most of my wish list is constantly either sold out or unavailable....but I do like having the ability to receive notifications when any of these items are back in stock or go on sale!

Inaccuracy for store pick up inventory. The app let's you choose and narrow down what you have or might have at a store but when you go into select a color/size everything blacks out and say it's not available in any option. So why does the system read it as available. It a real boggle that makes the online shopping more of a pain than a convenient feature.

Easy to use interface, works well with Android. I especially like the ability to access my account to check my points and notes available. Would be nice if there was better capability to filter by size when you have multiple categories selected (e.g. looking at shoes, bags, and clothes at the same time). Would like to be able to have all of the sizes available to filter out so I dont have to look through each category individually.

Difficult to send things to various addresses for gifts. You have to be certain to double and triple check that your item doesn't go to the last address used. I've had three items get sent to the wrong place. They try in customer service to correct it when you use the chat feature, but the ap launches the order directly to the vendor, and if you do not get the address correctly the first time, which is difficult to do, because there is no review toggle, you're doomed.

Generally a good app. Occasionally has issues loading product pictures in a timely fashion, and certain pages (like your orders and Nordstrom card management) are handled in a kind of clunky browser wrapper rather than natively in the app. But otherwise it's perfectly functional. The filters are good, it runs smoothly, it almost always saves your browsing place if you navigate away from the app even for long periods of time. A good experience overall.

The navigation needs improvement. If I've done some searches and browsed product, I have to back out multiple steps before I can get to my wish list. It's a huge pain. Sometime items at the bottom of the page get cut off. Also slow to respond. Another complaint is that when selecting filters, I can only choose one at a time in a category. There's really no reason for this limitation.

I love Nordstrom (the store), and they do a nice job of making the app match their reputation for A+ customer service. Some of it's not intuitive (there's no "save" or "go" button when filtering, for example; you just hit the back button and everything is magically saved) but it's mostly user friendly. My one complaint is that you can't do anything with your points via the app, like making a particular day your 10 points day -- you still have to call them for that. So annoying.
