I have been using this device for more than a year and since last year I cannot watch recorded event as it just says loading until the error comes up saying unable to load. I also can't download these events for the same reason. What's the point in having such a versatile and convenient camera if it's only to watch live feeds? Plz fix it!!!

You shouldn't need access to my location for setup. Kind of intrusive, and I dont trust what you're doing with my data/clips. Also, it's become obvious that you're storing deleted video clips on your cloud. If I delete something, it should stay deleted. Oh, and the cameras are kinda glitchy. If I go into one of the cameras, it'll say there is motion detected when there isn't anything there. It's a vicious cycle of me checking the camera, then it saying there is movement, then me checking, etc.

Love the unit as a whole itself. Everything is selfcontained. No need to purchase added mounts or lights. Has a decent response time (within 3secs) depends on how fast or how heavy the traffic is on its connection.The images are superb. It is easy to set up and find my way around in its menu pages. Battery life is excellent even under heavy monitoring and playback. Only negative issue is that you are limited to live monitoring and will continue to remind you. Needs that for an update 120%.

This camera is good, I have placed it outside the house and it is resistant to rain, (You know that when placing the camera outside you must properly close the area where the charge is supplied). Very good sensor, it gave me the impression that it is intelligent and adaptive. I have been using this product for almost 2 weeks, it is great and I think I have made a good purchase, you can feel the amount of the product among more things.

The app will not send any push notifications. I checked the settings on the app, the settings on my phone, the settings for battery optimizing and made sure to grant all permissions but still no notifications unless I have the app opened in my phone. It's like the camera only functions when the app is opened. I have contacted customer service and they only point me to the FAQ in their website which doesn't help. I think the app just isn't optimized for Android 13. Somehow their website is down.

Good response time, lacks some feature. A security camera feature should not limit users from live mode. Live mode viewed from the app is limited to about a minute even when the camera is plugged in. I hope to see in the future an option implemented under settings/power management to allow users to have unlimited live mode. Also person detection could improve. Motion detection does not match up to setup range in feet. I hope a noorio developer sees this.

So far, I'm pretty frustrated with these cameras. I got the B200. Setup wasn't bad. But my complaints are the fact that I don't receive any notifications at all for events despite having notifications turned on, and I'm missing options that are supposed to be included. Considering the fact that I bought these for security purposes, I need to be able to get alerts for events. And it would be nice to have all of the marketed options for the cameras. I'll change the rating when things are fixed.

Love what it does for the price of 100 bucks. This app SERIOUSLY needs a widget though. I want to be able to switch from home, away, to disabled via a widget without having to open the app. Just a quick slide of my screen to the second page and a quick button press to switch between modes. No needing to open the app. That's all. 5 star otherwise, minus 1 star for needing a widget.

Potential to be the best The app is easy to use and provides critical features for a security camera. However I feel these features are necessary as a security camera 1. offline notifications - this is so critical. If the device is off for some reason or WiFi is off, we need to know that to fix it. 2. No spot light when motion is detected - why can't we enable spot light when motion is detected? That kind of makes the spotlight useless 3. Very less smart integration - No iftt or google.

The app is almost useless other than being able to look at a live feed through the camera. You will get notices when it detects movement however, you will not be able to watch the 15 second clip of what happend. Also when you try to download the clips that function doesnt work either! This needs to be addressed because that is a huge part of the apps purpose.

I don't know if the problems with this are the camera or the app. Every time I check the app to look at the previous recordings, it records 6-7 second of video that I have to go delete because there's nothing on it. Also, and this is a camera problem, it doesn't turn on the night vision until almost the end of the recording. So annoying. I won't buy another of these cameras.

Decent app, a little confusing at first, but easy enough to figure it out. Does what it should. Would be nice if it automatically cleared notifications when you delete events or opened the app after receiving them. Also, I've noticed whether connected through wifi with a strong signal or over 4 or 5g, it takes a good amount of time to connect. I use AJCloud software for some other cameras I have, and it connects way faster. So I'm sure there is some improvement that can be made to your software

Camera is nice, pictures are clear, but, it doesn't pick up activity at a distance (10-20 ft). Only picks up activity close up (3-5 feet if your lucky). Also if it does detect activity, from the time it detects to the time you get a notification is not instant. You don't get the notification until 30 to 40 seconds after detection is made. Needs more work to really be considered a "security" camera.

There was an update recently that purposely made everything worse in an attempt to force you to buy a premium subscription. Camera is slower to connect to live feed, very slow to let you review footage after an alert, frequent error messages. But you get pop ups saying everything will be great and fast if you buy a subscription! It's going to make me buy different cameras.

Its the best and so easy to navigate. I have only had it about a week, so after using it awhile longer I will update on the performance. Update:2.21.24 I have now had this camera about 5 months. It does have issues like some of the other reviewers mentioned. For instance: Alert does come about 30 seconds later. Sometimes I get an alert but there is nothing on camera. I changed rating from 5 stars to a 3. I will continue to update on this camera.

I love the camera. Very easy to set up....the problem is.....I don't get any notifications! I did everything right and I actually was getting pop ups....for one day....I have all the permission allowed, I set up a sound alert. I got flash notices on my phone....again, for one day! It would be great if the notifications would pop up.....very annoying....

It started out well enough, app functioned, however with each update it continues to get worse and worse. it can't connect to the server, failing to refresh, shows no status on the cameras for battery level wifi connection etc just question marks as an unknown, swipe down to refresh and it says failure. Was getting multiple notifications for the same event for a while.. I mean the list goes on and on. I mean why issue an update before you are absolutely certain it doesn't have bugs & glitches
