You need to add an offset between the seek bar and the full screen gesture indicator. You have to be be very careful not to touch the seek bar whenever you try to slide to up. perfect player with good Arabic dubbing

I'm now suddenly having a hard time accessing my noor play account in my TV. I get a message that says please try to connect again. I tried to uninstall and then install again the app. It then asks for protection pin number to change my profile. I follow instructions to change pin but it will go on a loop continuously asking to change pin number. Please don't ask me to contact support because I already did but they are not responding

excellent series. poor application experience. no history for last watched episodes. download is not working well. also when installed on set top android box . no control at all.please improve the quality of the application

Very frustrating using it, after paying for it, every time we watch an episode to get to the second one it tells me to scan the QR and start again. I don't understand why pay for it and some episode says it's for free and the next not, eventho I've paid for the whole year......

This app content is good but the Samsung tv app has a real issue, everytime o want to watch a show the screen would go black and would have to delete and reinstall it. Also for the few time that it does work it gives you a QR code that you need to scan to be able to watch. Fix issue and I will change my rating

Quality and variety of options to choose from. Thank you for this app. Please could you add English subtitles to tozkoporan (little archer and the legend) This is the only reason i installed noorplay to watch with English subtitles on my tv, but unfortunately there are no English Subtitles for one of my favourite shows 😕

it doesn't even deserve one actually i paid for monthly account it worked for 2 days now the app is asking for subscription again which literally sucks and when i go to packages it shows i already paid but when i want to watch something bloody thing in my few free hours which i rarely get its not working. plus they need to put English subtitles for God's sake

It's the worst application I've ever used, i subscribed with the monthly bundle to watch a series. The quality was so bad with no subtitles, and now I CAN'T CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION it's always FAILED to cancel. i tried to send an email to the support team, and no one is answering, i don't recommend this app at all.

I use google crom cast on my Sony Brava TV . It was great before changing to Noor play app. Now I can only hear the sound and no picture. I checked my tv and net ..all are ok and work fine with other net programs/cannels. It is useful to mention that , pre upgrading and now I utilize my galaxi 9 plus to cast to TV set. But now I am stuck with only sound.

I bought the special package offer and all was well, until the application canceled my subscription without notice, removed the offer and asked me to re-subscribe at a higher price. I contact support and they blame me initially then tell me they will check and contact me again and since nothing. A blessing in disguise. I wanted to support these shoes officially but the app itself is bug ridden, especially with Chromecast, and overall not worth it.

I faced the same issue where the app on smart TV where it got stuck and not playing.. New update The Noor play support team emailed me asking about my smart tv configuration...I provided all needed information but still the same issue... really bad.... I do not think I will renew my subscription..in order to view Othman I hv to play on my labtop and connect to my TV as the TV app not working well

I have a new mobile phone, trying to sign in but unable, shows me message (device maximum reached). I emailed it to support, I hope to receive an answer soon about how to fix this issue. It seems there is no Support team, really support service is so weak and not professional at all. I don't recommend anyone to subscribe to this website/ App.

The application is laggy sometimes, also if the phone screen turned off while watching or in pause mode and you unlocked the screen to continue watching, the application always fail to resume the content unless you close the app and force stop it form the phone system and then run it again, which is very annoying. I really hope from noorplay team, to give us a smoother user interface experience.

One of the worst apps I used. I have spent for subscription and didn't get use of it due to the techbical issues on the application. Very bad application and I don't recommend this to any one. I have New update confuse more and download is not working for long time, so it's very bad, really very disappointing I tried hundreds times to download and no success. When I do screen mirroring I can hear the voice in the TV only and the movie only and on the phone.

The reason I downloaded this app is to watch Othman series, the video quality is good, but the Arabic subtitles in the phone is very small, and there are no option to increase the size. Update: the support team helped me fix the issue, it was the setting on my phone not the app. I appreciate their help, I updated the review to 5 star now.

I canceled through app but still they renewed!! last update didn't fix my issue video not loading at all! (maybe embedded player have issues) , I'm canceling my membership your app is not working with my android tv -adding to favorites adds only episode initially selected can't add to favorites when changing from list of episodes. -doesn't support casting!! -doesn't have a smart tv version which is a must!!

Few major issues with the service and app. Let's start with the service, when you are viewing a video, it rotates the screen in a specific way but it is not responsive if you wish to rotate it the other way. This is a small user experience feature that I expect form a simple player. Second, it does not remember where you stopped watching. So you have to remember where you stopped to play it next time. Finally, the streaming service is quite bad unfortunately. I am yet to try it on a faster internet but the experience has been quite bad. No download to play later feature now the streaming service work fine. Quite disappointing.

This application is very bad. I cannot cancel the subscription. A message appears to me that the cancellation failed. Frankly, this is a very strange and unacceptable thing. Until now, I cannot cancel the subscription. I hope that customer service will contact me.
