Every time i order, there are missing items, and they still deduct the full amount. In the last order they deducted an extra 56 Dhs without receiving the amount , and whenever i contact their customer service, they will just answer will come back to u with no action despite showing them the difference between the receipt and the invoice. Iam sorry but this is steeling. Iam talking about noon 15 and now now. Iam no more using them !

My first time using the Noon app was disappointing. Even though I paid for my order, it kept sending it to the wrong place in Sharjah instead of Dubai, despite me updating my address multiple times. This caused delays and wasted my time. I advise others to read reviews before ordering. Personally, I can't recommend the app, and I'm trying to get my money back.

I was disappointed with the service provided by the noon delivery person. Their attitude was unacceptably high-handed, and they lacked basic manners. Additionally, when I requested the QR scanner, they refused to assist me. The package arrived damaged, resulting in a terrible overall experience. I won't be using noon again; Amazon's service, in contrast, is consistently excellent.

The most terrible customer service ever. The products on the platform are not vetted and once you receive a product. Goood luck returning it. Over promise under deliver - customer service makes all kind of promises and when it comes to organizing things and keeping track of conversations with the customers. There is absolutely nothing, no standards at all. I have had almost 30 calls with the customer service through wich I had to explain myself from scratch everytime.

Horrible! Their customer service was a total failure. Logistics doesn't even know the meaning of LOGISTICS. My package code was different from my generated QR Code, but the shipment and my details are mentioned correctly. I was not able to collect my items due to their negligence. I have raised 4 tickets without any resolution.

As much as I love competition I wish to support the most promising competitor that is noon, but daddy Bezos has the edge in almost everything :( - better app, fast and straight forward (not like the buggy cobbled together slow mess that is the noon app or apps) - better prices & deals - better customer support & return experience - more benefits for a cheaper monthly fee (prime > noon one) - not to mention the other sections of noon (sub apps have their own issues) - noon minutes is good though

Most frustrating food delivery app. They have discount coupons for new users. But when you use them, they charge a 'small order fee' because your order is not expensive enough. Like seriously?! Then what's the point of using discount coupons?

Beware before you pay in noon and calculate the amount before you make purchase because the calculation system in this app is a big scam. I just check the menu and selected the 3 items total should be 43 aed. But it was showing 76 and after discount 50.73 aed good I noticed before I pay. I immediately empty my kart and add again but also same number it is showing. Don't just blindly make payment calculate the amount and check if it is right then purchase.

I should express my dissatisfaction with service provided by noon. As my recent order took almost 1hr and it still not picked from the restaurant. I was really hungry and they do not refund the amount even if it's there mistake. I was expecting a delay of 10-15 mins but this is too much. It reminded me to not believe on the advertisements it's all marketing skits. This was my 1st order and is going to be the last one.

Ordering and navigation are easy but very useless support mechanisms. If you have issues with order, for example, it's getting late, and you go to chat for help. They don't do anything other than giving a message that it is escalated, and they are sorry. I am opening up a complaint to see some quick actions rather than an agent giving me lip service. I am thinking of cancelling noon one subscription and moving to another delivery service subscription.

I had the worst experience with NOON's customer care in the UAE. The reps are unhelpful and lack knowledge, constantly repeating the same info without offering solutions. They seem uneducated about their processes. The product quality was very cheap. Delivery and return collection were satisfactory, but the refund process is a nightmare. Despite returning items, I haven't received my refund. Customer care fails to resolve my issue. Very frustrating and disappointing. I don't recommend this app.

I used to be a regular user of noon. I stopped because how horrible the app experience has become gradually. When I launch it, it forces me to see some ads. Trying to close the popup will take me to another page and make me loose track of what I was doing. This kind of forceful transition is the absolute worst behavior an app can have.

In the beginning I would always get an error screen, then I started using the app. Items delivered would consistently be used, broken, or not what was pictured. The return and refund process is very terrible and not worth the ease of ordering on the app. Ten calls into a call on a large ticket broken item received I still did not get a refund and gave up and switched to Amazon.

I do not recommend Noon to anyone who values thir time amd resources. It used to be good, but it's only getting worse with time! I've had multiple orders arrive spoiled and inedible, and dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare—they are unhelpful and rude. I'm extremely disappointed and luckily switching to other platforms that offer better service and better attitude!

It is very easy to navigate the app. There are also special discounts that are often available. Delivery is always quick and super convenient, either at home or pick up location (pick up location is free) it is also easy to use , just enter your code and the package pops right out. I'll continue using noon as there are so many options available . I usually buy home essentials or personal care items and have always been satisfied.

Don't buy any electronic or costly items. Beware. My product came without a shipping box and was received in damaged condition. It was a Sony Playstation 5 Slim, which cost me about 1750 SAR. They declined my return. Edited So the customer service team was very polite, and they requested a second time (exceptional return),& this time accepted and got the refund. So it's been a pain for the whole process, but it's worth it to buy from them. 1 star less only for the return difficulty. 👍

The worst application I have dealt with, slow in loading the personal page, and everything is intertwined, there is no organization, difficulty in the process of returning and refunding the amount, difficulty in communicating with customer service, I did not like it at all.

My mashreq noon card is failing when purchasing from noon app /web contacted noon support multiple times. They only ask me to contact bank. I even replaced my card. The same card is working fine in other websites inclusing amazon. It evens works in noon to purchase gift card. They have no interested in solving my issue. I have moved to amazon now. They have stuffed in more items in one app. The filters need to improve as well.

I’ve had a fantastic experience shopping on Noon! The website is user-friendly, and the product selection is vast, covering everything from electronics to groceries. Delivery is always quick, and the items are well-packaged. I’ve also found some great deals and discounts, which is a bonus. Customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, Noon has become my go-to online shopping platform. Highly recommend it!

Not ready for prime time. Delivery time is awful for most of the items, add at least 2 days to their delivery estimates. They devide 10 item orders to 10 individual orders/deliveries, waste of time and fuel. The app does not allow you to order more than quantity of 10 for each item, you have to place separate orders to get more than 10 pcs. There are a lot of dishonest sellers and there's no seller rating system. They don't allow reviews, so, I prefer to order from Amazon to save a lot of time.
