The app is good while browsing. However when it comes to checkout, it freezes in the 'How would you like to pay' section. This has happened multiple times. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the issue remains. The experience until that point is smooth, but I came here to buy shoes and not just look at them.

Horrible update or something. The app is on a bootloop and I'm on the Google pixel 8 pro. Used to work just fine. Somehow I got logged out. Tried logging in and would just not load. Uninstalled and installed again. Eternal bootloop but was able to get the browser to open and login and receive security code and put that in. But just then would loop. (join or sign in pops up. Login hit continue because my info is saved and then return to app to sign in again)

Nike is my favorite brand of apparel, socks, sneakers, compressions, hats, vests, jackets you name it, I have it. Sneakers, when it comes to getting sneakers, the Nike app & SNKRS app are disgusting. I have all my info locked in, and I missed a great opportunity due to the app saying there was an error. These apps are causing me to wear other brands. And the problem won't be fixed anytime soon. For a brand that I love, I'm seriously starting to dislike.

I've been buying Nikes products for me and my whole family for as long as I can remember. I have a question I'd like to ask someone for going on 2 years now. Tried their Twitter, email, went so far as to write a physical letter and mail it. Still nothing. A business that avoids its customers like the plague and never does satisfactory surveys or anything that would clue them in to their customers being fed up. If they did they'd be very disappointed. It's such a shame

I had a worst experience buying shoes from this app. I have tried almost all types of credit cards and debit cards but everytime the payment fails. So don't think there is any issues from banks. And when I tried to call the number given for support it says sorry we can't receive your call. So there is no support for your orders. Shoes are in my cart from last 1 month but can't buy tried credit and debit cards from different banks.

I have placed at least 10 orders using this app including about 5 customized sneakers (which is the highlight of the app for me). Shipping times for customized shoes are longer of course, but too long in my opinion. Other than that, no real complaints....but there is always room for improvement.

On my first purchase on this app, there was already problems, package was delayed for the longest time until Ultimately lost. No live chat available for information about the order so you have to use more money to call them in addition to the pricey delivery fee. You are better off driving to a store and buying the old fashion way. It never fails!

This for their snkrs app. Can't put 0 stars, so i choose 1 star. It's the worst app for getting shoes. Only a small percentage actually when draws. The bots completely take everything. For having so much money, you'd think nike will have an app where everyone has a fair shot at getting coveted shoes. They just care about getting paid regardless of how they get their money.

Nike is good and reliable, the products are of magnificent quality and feel as if made the day after purchase. The nike app and website are easy to understand and navigate and have good discounts from time to time. This creates opportunities to buy expensive things for cheaper and personal i think Nikes products look the best. I recommend Nike and really hope you do as well. ♡

im constantly stuck at the loading screen, (black screen and the nike logo) ive tried many things, reinstalling, changing my WiFi or mobile data connection, clearing the app cache and data and nothing seems to work. It's as if the app doesnt want me to use it

Great app, I would give it 5 stars but I'm having a technical difficulty. The member pass QR code won't go away. I can click off of it but it will automatically pop up again after a few seconds. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Help would be appreciated

If you apply a Nike gift card as part of an order, this app DOES NOT show the gift card being applied on the final order page! It appears that your credit card will be charged the FULL amount, without applying the gift card, even if the gift card is correctly entered & displayed. If you reverse the order, even 3 seconds later, Nike KEEPS the total value of your gift card for 5 days. Nike creates an enormous amount of frustration, and essentially is stealing your gift card balance for 5 days.

I don't know what is wrong with this app. One moment when I log in it works , the next moment it shows "something went wrong". It's so frustrating cause it happens all the time. Sometimes the items won't show. It just shows the nike logo where the product should be. I would walk around in the house thinking it might be my connection but still nothing shows. What happens if I place an order ? I order and then the next day the app won't open. I refuse !

I've never had a problem with the Nike app. It's well thought out and items are categorized for search ease. When viewing items, it recommends comparable items so you can easily find a style you like. Customer service is friendly and always helpful with sizing questions. I have had to return items before and it was simple and quick. Even refunds were quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. 💖

I wish NiKE would include links to other items shown/paired with the featured item. For example, if the item ffeatured is a hoodie and the model is also wearing a beanie, pants, shoes and backpack, it'd be AWESOME if we could hover over those other items and click on the link that would take us to these other items (instead of trying to figure out if the suggested items at the bottom of the page would be a matching set) This would make my shopping much easier, more enjoyable and way faster!

Best way to get what I want. Aside from the updates on upcoming stuff. Best part is that if you are a member, you get reservations on upcoming shows before they go on sale! Can't beat the free shipping also! If you are a sneakerhead, you need this! As of lately, the app no longer works on android to make a purchase, keeps saying that it lost the connection and you can't get anything. All it's good for is just to look at what's on Nike, that's it.

Overall it's great. You can easily navigate through the app. The only thing they should fix is when you change some of the specific preferences, like changing to only show shoes in a specific size, if you then swipe left from all to Jordan or anything else, then back to all it will reset your preferences so you then have to go back and select specifics again. This can get pretty annoying especially if you swipe left by accident and then have to reset everything and rescroll to where you were.

The clothes and other gear are definitely not the issue here. It's the app, which like Adidas, could use more user-friendliness. The layout is not awesome to look at, the favorites should be more easily accessible, and it needs to be more clear which product you are buying. Instead of putting plus size and different color leggings all under one type, having them separate would be way easier. I loved that Express shipping was only 5 bucks tho. Great pieces, not so great website.

This app (as with many apps), likes to reformat....often. Those of us that are "older" 😬😄 PREFER an easier, streamlined online experience. Sure, the "old look" might be "boring", but there's an ease-of-use in simplistic terms. I don't like navigating through some site, to try and figure it out. If it gets too confusing, I'm out. No shopping at that point. But it's been mostly alright, so far. I usually only look at running shoes, and maybe occasionally browse.

Not sure what's going on but the app is just randomly crashing for three days straight. When I'm scrolling through the app and hit the "Notify Me" button, the app would restart and will randomly crash and close. It also somehow crash when I'm not even using the app. I'll update my review again whenever it gets updated.
