My runs won't load they just spin. Did all the updates. miss my nike watch. This app is not accurate, the mileage is always off, the pace timing is off. Which makes for a frustrating app to use when training. I've updated the app all that jazz, still always off on my runs and times. I hate when I run and it won't save my run, spins and spins then it disappeared. Just ran the other day, 10 mile run finished it didn't load to my mileage really getting annoyed. I had even screen spotted my splits?

This app used to work great, but the new speed runs never work correctly. After the warm up, the guidance will say something like, "Our first interval is 1 min, starting in 3...2....1". Then, I'll run for what feels like a minute, check the screen, and the rest timer will have been on for over a minute. About 30 seconds later, the voice coach will say, "First interval ending in 3...2...1". Additionally, when I go to stop a run, the "stop" button doesn't work.

I really enjoy the half marathon training plan on this app. I've been using it since the beginning of the year. However, the guided runs are super glitchy. I was doing a pyramid run, and was on a 5 minute interval, using my watch as well as the NRC app. About 30 seconds in, the app starts up with the coach saying I'm 4 minutes in! The timer is super messed up, and I think I'll have to stop using the guided runs, since they aren't reliable.

Mostly works really well. I've been following the 8-week 5K training plan for about 3+ weeks now and I'm really happy with the guided runs. I did notice that pausing the app in between runs causes the timer to make mistakes. My friends didn't have this issue in the iOS app. Also, tracking is kinda bad when running indoors. Definitely makes me run longer haha. Overall, would recommend. Neat, clean and simple interface. Love the Strava integration.

Informative, practical, useful, easy to use. The guided runs are perfect for me. Downside is that training events seem to be completed only when GPS data is recorded. The app wont record any of my training events as completed when running on a treadmill, even if the training is time based. As a result, I have some training events not completed on my profile. Please add the ability to edit a training event and/or select treadmill running. 3 stars because of this

Great app to keep you motivated your friends motivated and to, keep all your stats in one place also the coach is good too! (Updated review since the update my run maps aren't showing correctly, stopped short etc. Please fix this issue. So annoying showing you only ran a straight line when you've just busted your butt running around the town etc.) Now NRC isn't compatible with my Galaxy 4 watch. Ughhh! Update. It's compatible now but I'm still getting tracking/route errors sometimes 🤦🏿♂️

I really like the guided runs; I'm doing a half marathon plan. But, the app seems to have some issues. The first week, the guided 5k run loads a 15k run. So, I chose a different guided 5k but that can't be applied to check off the run in the plan. Now today, on my sixth run, the app apparently stopped tracking 0.91 miles in and so shows a pace of 30min/mile. I'm wondering if I want to continue using it.

Please package this application with options for galaxy watch 6. I don't want to run with a 1lb phone in my pocket, that's why I bought a smartwatch. We would all love to have our run training program(s), for 5-20k,-marathon etc, with the basics of the programs on the WATCH! we have processors, memory, storage, GPS, everything we need to run with just the watch ! Your application just doesn't function with programs there. What's the point? Make it function on watches the same, please!

Edit: 05/05/24 I have been using this app for a while now. It has some session related issues. It doesn't log me out automatically when. I dont use it for a couple days. If I assume it's logged in and use it, it doesn't let me stop my run and save progress. Even if I quit the app and restart, it's still stuck in the same place. And there is no way to access the full menu while it's stuck in the run. I have to clear data and uninstall and reinstall. Unfortunately by then, I have lost my progress

Much improved as of late. WearOS (on Samsung Galaxy 5) has some bugs remaining. On a recent run, I paused halfway and then resumed -- after resume all metrics showed 0, except for total time/distance. The map/data also seems to jump around (you can't trust your mile splits when using the watch) - it's unclear if this is maybe due to the watch conserving processor power when the screen is off? The Samsung app does not have this issue.

The app was unreliable for me. Sometimes it fails to save a workout, so I can't compare my runs from one day to the next. Also the audio readout works only intermittently. When it does work it is OK and the stats are useful, but the unreliability is a problem.

mostly it's awesome, but I wish at the end of a run when it asks thumbs up or down that it would do something with that info. some of the runs/coaches have not been a style I like (nothing objectively wrong, just not for me), and I'll thumb them down, but it doesn't note that for me for future reference and sometimes I forget and end up repeating one I didn't enjoy the first time around

Not a very good app compared to what else is available. 3rd party integration is bad. UI is confusing. Features are extremely limited even when compared to free versions of apps like Strava. Don't bother if you're running more than a few miles a week. There are much better alternatives out there.

I've been using Nike+ tracking since at least 2009, so don't want to switch and lose my data. For almost a year, I've not been able to change any account settings (country, units, height/weight, etc) due to errors. I've been reporting these bugs for months with no fixes made. I use Samsung S20+ and all sortware is up to date. Tried uninstall/reinstall with no luck. Nike, please fix the bugs so I can keep using this app! UPDATE: App now totally broken. Stuck on black Nike swoosh screen.

I love Nike but this app blows. I have stuck with it for years now and I don't know why. it constantly freezes, stops tracking distance, but still counts time, won't let you end run, and therefore keeps very inaccurate statistics. All the things that are important to a runner. I'm out. Officially used for last time. Hello Strava...

Inconsistent I LOVE the guided runs on this app. They are WONDERFUL, but when it doesn't consistently sync from Garmin, it drives me INSANE... Especially when. Trying to use the challenge feature amongst Friends. Can you PLEASE fix this? I'm in a 50 mile challenge and manually added exercises don't count, but only 1/2 of my activities are showing up. This is super lame.

Not sure what happened. But it stop syncing or continuing. Like the guided run will start, but then it will freeze the rest of the run. I have updated this and all that but it is still freezing and not working properly. Even if I try to force/stop a run, it will just continue to Circle. I force close the app too, then tried again, and it was tracking the previous run... a .5 mile took me 100K minutes according to the app. Please fix it

All free, excellent guidance, no ads. In the past, I've had updates that have broken the gaps tracking, or the auto-pause when you stop running, but these issues aren't common. Overall, this is a solid app, even for beginners. I took me from never running, through a 10k that I just completed this morning. Thanks Coach!

8/7/17: On a Samsung Galaxy SII loss of GPS connectivity is frequent, app has lost a few runs by Force Close in the middle if a run (hate this!), and distances are measured incorrently about 20% of the time. The app structure and features are great. 2024 UPDATE: 7 years later and I'm still getting poor tracking. The traced routes after I complete my run look nothing like the route I ran. No progress in 7 years @Nike #Nike?

There's greatness marred by glitchy software. I've gone on several guided runs and it's only saved about half of them. Very frustrating not seeing my actual total mileage or progress being tracked. You'll have better luck using a physical log to avoid disappointment. I enjoy the coaches and their energy but it's hard to continue when I the app doesn't want to save my progress. It makes makes me feel like I'm cutting corners when I don't see a checkmark next to my planned runs. Make me like it!
