This is a great awesome survey to use just got to be patient on the survey as well the payment process because it takes time. I went to support thinking it was broken but just had to wait and was all good and thanks to the support. But overall a great app to use. And thank you

Tried several survey apps, in top 2. Have been permanently disabled for 20yrs & this is a newly discovered way to earn a little (very little) cash while in bed & online anyway. Unlike some survey sites I've tried, most surveys here do NOT require several minutes of redundant questions only to time out, say you aren't selected after all & NOT compensate you AT ALL for time. NICE SURVEYS compensates at least 1 cent much of the time if you don't qualify & doesn't require wasting 10 minutes first.

Made $5 First day tried for a 2nd set of surveys for another $5 and the cash out said pending ended up saying canceled... So of course I messages customer service and they said my account was "under review" they could not tell me why or how long or anything helpful all they could say is "it's out of my hands". I do not rush these surveys or christmas tree answers and answer honestly 100% of the time. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT WASTE TIME! If you wan a good app try 5 Surveys they are AWESOME! SCAM!

Was going great the first day. Now, I finish the surveys and get "survey closed". Oh, I'm sure it is after they gain all the info - for free! That spells SCAM for me. And NO, it's not that I'm doing them fast etc, that's just a lousy excuse because I was doing fine on all the 30c type ones. The $1 and over, rarely are they 'available'. Question: Why are they available till they're clicked hahaha - scam? There are legitimate surveys out there that pay $10 for 30min. This isn't one of those!

While I have seen a lot of negative comments, I've had a good experience with the app so far. I've completed a good amount of surveys and did a first cash out at 5$ to make sure it worked and got the money via PayPal in about 24 hours. My second cash out was almost immediate. I'll update if this ever changes but so far so good!

I just redeemed a $5 Google play card for the second time and all of a sudden it was canceled almost immediately, I also lost all access to surveys. edit: I sent them an email, they told me to send then an email even though I did it already.

definitely do not do surveys on this app they will let you build up a balance and then when you go to the cash out they're going to come out with some excuse that something was wrong it was the way the surveys were done I had a balance the whole time if there was a problem with a survey why wouldn't they just take it out of the balance why would they wait until I go to withdrawal this app is shady and there is way better ones than this one can you please stay away you'll do yourself a favor.

Nice survey is good , legit , so I give them 3 stars, because it offers opportunities to make real money. the questions are so simple to answer once you're successful completed the questions your account will be credited instantly, though I haven't qualify for withdrawal as a new user, but I have seen many of my colleagues cashing out massively.

Don't bother downloading this app. I spent a few hours doing surveys and had enough to withdraw £5. They then decided to cancel the transaction and blocked me from doing anymore surveys. I've contacted them multiple times and have been told theres nothing they can do and it could be weeks or months for them to process my account. Absolute joke of an app. Will stick to my other survey apps in future that I've had no problems with!

This app is super glitchy, freezes, and so far has disqualified me from every survey after spending quite a bit of time answering the questions. It's just another scam to get your information without paying you for it. I recommend immediately removing this app from your phone after emptying your cache and deleting the apps information from your Apps tab in settings.

so far it's an easy way to make some extra change. I don't see anything negative except for being disqualified from surveys which happens on every app or website. and of course I would prefer if they paid more but it seems to be decent pay for the time that you're spending. would definitely download this app again.

The surveys are easy to complete and once complete the money is instantly added to your total. I haven't tried to withdraw yet so I will update when I do. The only problem I have run into is after completing one survey I was informed that the survey was closed and twice more it happened as I was getting close to the end of the surveys. It was more than a little aggravating.

I first of all gave the app a four star review because it was easy at first then later I began to get disqualified from all surveys after I managed to reach 5$ then I verified my number then my withdrawal was cancelled and my account was restricted this is very discouraging infact i am very disappointed the app is not what they say they are I have messaged their customer support hopefully I will resolve the issue

the reason why I'm leaving such a low rating is because I've contacted help when it comes to this survey app there's non-stop gaslighting when you contact them about the game and you thinking that there's changes that have happened and there's nothing at all. I even showed screenshots as well and that still didn't work. so if anyone wants to play this game do it at your own risk don't say I didn't warn you. I always told them that I was going to leave a bad review and not changing it at all. 🤬.

You won't get rich overnight but it does what it claims and will get you a few extra £s if you put some time in. I have found that the surveys take, without exception, longer than they state and often find the reward at the end is less than they claim too but as I just do them when I'm bored it's not a deal breaker for me. I have tried other similar sites but prefer this one. Cashing out was easy and done within a few hours of me requesting payment.

*EDIT: Adding a star. P/O to paypal took nearly 24 hours, I had to confirm my account and go back into the wallet to send it after it stopped pending. Maybe only the first time. Will drop the star if it is always difficult. **4 stars provisional until I cashout. The app lives up to its name. interactions with the app are actually nice and polite. I have received partial credit on a few unfinished surveys and the finish rate is similar to apps that pay me well regularly, but only about 40% more.

I'm honestly not impressed. The surveys are decent. However, I tried cashing out $5 today, and they promptly locked me out of my account. They let me put my phone number in for a verification code, but none ever came. We'll see if they respond to the support tickets I put in. Update: Customer support was able to help me get back into my account, and I was able to get my $5. So, no complaints now.
