▶ NH pay는 본인이 소지한 휴대폰으로 이용해야 합니다. (1인 1기기)
▶ 카드 정보를 통한 본인인증 시, 가입 중인 휴대폰번호와 농협카드에 등록된 휴대폰번호가 일치해야 합니다.
▶ 안전한 서비스 이용을 위해 임의로 구조 변경된 스마트폰에서는 앱 이용이 불가합니다.
▶ 고객님의 개인정보보호와 안전한 거래를 위해 오프라인 결제는 이동통신사 네트워크 (3G/LTE/5G 등) 접속 시에만 가능합니다.
▶ 생체인증(지문, Face ID 등)은 생체인증이 가능한 스마트폰 기종에서 이용할 수 있습니다.
▶ 부정 사용 방지를 위해 비밀번호가 미등록된 카드는 일부 거래가 제한될 수 있습니다.
▶ 현금 출금(ATM) 서비스는 NH pay에 등록된 카드 중 1장만 가능하며, 1회 및 1일 출금 한도는 50만 원입니다.
▶ 기프트카드는 바코드/QR 결제 등 오프라인 결제방식을 지원하지 않습니다.

설치 된이후 실행이 안됩니다!! something went to wrong 이라는 메세지 나오고 앱이 실행이 안되요!!

앱 자체는 사용하기에도 좋고 편리해 졌다고 보여지나, 세세한 부분이 아쉽네요. NH pay가 맞지 않나요? 앱이름이 'Nhpay' 라고 나오니 세심한 부분까진 신경 안썼구나... 싶습니다. 누가봐도 첫글자 자동대문자이후 소문자자동변경된거 그냥 쓴거 같아 보이네요.

Useful for checking payment details. Checking the benefits is also rendered to be visible.

Please add English language option that will help foreigners a lot. I am member of NH bank since 2012 but still no app in English

I'm told I need to use this to make purchases. However, I am unable to use the app because it will not take my information. I went into the bank and just said they couldn't do anything and left it at that.

Now we're forced to use this app to pay for online transactions. It's another layer of security which I find ridiculous. Also the fact that it's only in Korean doesn't help those who can't read Korean.

The same as on iphone. I input everything CORRECTLY but it doesn't want to send me a phone verification message, saying some info is incorrect. Forget about this buggy app and move to Naver pay.

Despite having foreigners as your customers, this App is still only in Korean! v3.5.3 is the worst version, mid payment process it automatically shutdown. The previous version made it easier to pay via QR code scan/ entering the 7 digit code. This bank is NOT foreigner friendly.

Not only did I have trouble logging in (information mismatch and authentication issues) while manually looking up each Korean word, the telecom company, bank teller and card company keep on claiming that's the fault of the other party. Managed no progress after multiple phone calls and trips to the bank and telecom place. Purchasing items online is simple not worth the hassle. If the bank wants to attract foreign customers, they seriously need to do a better job.
