They keep improving this app. It's still not up to international standards, But it's mostly usable.

Easy to use. Simple and useful interface. Above all Nonghyup is my primary bank. So I use it.

Initially everything was in korean but then figured out the language setting. Should ask for language selection the first time it loads up.

The app doesn't work at all. It doesn't allow me to log in. It just shows the loading symbol the entire time.

It has some 'flag secure' program that prevents me from taking screen shots of my bank statement to show that money has been received or money sent. With Korean banks, security measures reach the level of stupidity, taking control out of the hands of account owners and causing us many inconveniences. It's my phone. Who knows my encription key password but me? Allow me to take screenshots if I want.

How can I change my registered mobile number? Can't access the app. Hate that I was forced to use this app when the old one worked fine. Why does your account not just carry over to the new app? Very inconvenient!!!

Have an account but can't use the app. ㅠㅠ it was really difficult to create an account even in person, I can't expect that the bankers can figure out the issue with this app. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

This app is so far easy to use, but after downloading it, my phone always gets really hot and it says that my phone CPU is overloading, which means I have to restart my phone a few times a day.I hope this issue will be fix soon.

Horrible as usual. Recommend to choose other Korean banks. Payment on foreign websites doesn't work no matter what I or bank workers do. App doesn't load for me anymore. I've had nothing but problems and bank staff never able to help me. Closing my account next week. I was NH client for almost 12 years by the way.

Im going to give a little bit because there IS an option for English; however, it at least LOOKS like a super stripped down version of the app. Ive already taught myself to use the Korean vers so I will keep using it. Consider putting in more effort for ypur foreign customers, though. Your response in Korean to a complaint about a lack of English sort of highligjts my point.

My app suddenly stopped working and after trying several times to access my online banking, I deleted and reinstalled the app. This made matters worse, from then the app doesn't open past the home page or even let me contact the app support. Please help me if you see this and I will amend my rating.

It's getting better! It's been a while after other language support. Keep it up! Hopefully more features comes soon in English version such as export record of monthly transfer that can be use for tax report for room rent payment. Regards, NH customer since 2011.

Massive improvement on the app front we no longer need to carry those silly cards. However they are still the only bank that double charges you when sending money. For example they convert to US dollars first then convert again (charge you the second time) to a different currency.

Signing up for new accounts isn't working due to the seeming inability of the camera to read my 외국인등록증. Frustrating development from what used to be an extremely smooth app. Edit: The fingerprint and the 핸드폰본인인증 functions suddenly stopped working for no reason. No explanation and no reason for anything to change. This app was fine from 2015-2020 but updates over the past two years have made it literally useless at times.

The recent update is very nice. All options are really good. Yet, no option to send previously transacted details to a friend. I know, its due to safety reasons, however, copying or kakao connect would be better. Because once you leave the transaction page, after that you cannot send it to friend or others. Then, we need PC to send the details. It's difficult at times.
