As of right now 08/11/2024, I am unable to bring the app up on phone, tablet or tv with a stable Internet connection. All updates are up-to-date. I'm paying a monthly subscription for an app that I cannot use.

Trying to watch football on my phone and when I go to enlarge the screen to watch it full screen the camera every time a commercial comes up it freezes so the only way I can watch it is on this tiny little screen on my phone and the commercials and the football game precedes without a problem I'm trying to figure out why this is happening I really would like you to contact me please because this is a real problem it only happened after I updated your app

The sound is not constant, sometimes the commercials can be too loud while the game sound is very low, my only complaint.

All other apps tell you that you can watch the game... but once you get there, you pay for a subscription. You can actually enjoy a few football games on this app!

Endless loop asking me who my provider is. I don't have a provider. I'm literally trying to sign up for red zone, why make it so difficult?

No purpose in having this app if there is no content from Around the NFL podcast and the heroes. Only NFL media I consume or plan to consume for the foreseeable future.

Yall need to completely rework your app. Paying for premium and it's always freezing/crashing, can't scroll down to my game or select my game. Ridiculous.

It changed, and it's horrible. It keeps making me sign up when I already paid. Won't keep me logged in. Every time I leave app, I have to log back in. I won't do that,so something has to give. I'll most likely cancel out of frustration.

Horrible app to use. I had it for two years and within those two years, service is real bad. Game lags a lot and 70% of the time you can't even watch the game you want to watch. Even when I have premium I'm not allowed to watch the game I choose, either on TV or on my phone. NEVER buying these service again. I recommend going to paramount plus.

I've been using this app for the last 2 years without any problems until this year. Week 1 of this year it worked fine week to the Red Zone would not work then Thursday night of week 3 I go get on the app and it won't sign in it keeps on giving me reauthentication notice so I can't even get in the app or nothing now deleted reinstall clear cache clear cookies done wherever can force stop still doesn't work. I purchased the Red Zone to my cable provider so I can stream it on my other phone through this app because I'm not at home on Thursdays and Sundays but all the sudden I can't watch the football I would like to watch.

Worst app ever, paid for full subscription to watch all the games live, both post and all season games and I can only watch a sect few. When a game is on you can only listen to it and a not pops up saying i can only stream on a mobile device (which I'm on) and I still can't watch. You also can cast games from the app to the TV and trying to sign on to my account on TV I like putting a puzzle together

App is inconsistent. Again this morning I had to "log in" and connect my account to view this mornings TB/Sea game. When going to the log in page, not to my surprise, I am logged in and connected. I had to log out and disconnect my accounts, them sign back in to make it work. This happens virtually daily with this app, regardless of program attempting to watch.

Paid for a full year. I use on my tv. But the sound is muted. On phone easy fix, but sure cant un mute it on the tv. Why is it even set to mute. And it also dosen't recognize my home location. So cant use it to watch home team when out of town. And forget about trying to get hold of customer service. Yeah, won't be using after the year is up.

Horrible, just plain horrible!! Every time I close the app or go to a text message, it stalls and says something went wrong. I have to power my phone off and restart. The other day, I had to get Prime TV just to watch the games. I had to pay the extra month just for redzone because I'm in the playoffs. Next year, you guys are not even an option. You guys are horrible !! I wish I could have given negative stars.

The app itself is nice with some great content but better organization is needed. Some buttons are a bit too touchy as well and you will find yourself back tracking. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is that there are WAY TOO MANY ADS. Even when you purchase additional content you are flooded with ads that are literally the same length as some of the videos you are waiting to watch. Lastly, I really am not a fan of the inability to cast or connect via cable to monitor or television.
