Tips to all have problems registering their face,check your appearance on the photo of your iqama, and maybe your face appearance is different back then compared to latest, if that's the case you must visit jawazat to change the photo on your iqama.

This app is currently unusable. Every time it is launched, it immediately crashes with a "NAFATH has stopped" error, then exits. Please help immediately as a I locked out of my online banking without it!!! Thanks.

Keyboard is not opening. When i click on a field. The keyboard popsup and auto hides before typing anything.

Can't even access and password denied and it give finger print while I signed in with face recognition...pls do something we used this app for iqama verification for purchasing online..thank you

Dosent recognize any security. Get it all set up and ready. But the first time that I try to authorize it doesn't recognize face, iris or pattern. And even though it asks for password, it never shows up on the screen to input a password.

Finger print sensor keeps popping up again and again, not able to proceed with the biometrics. I tried restarting my phone couple of times. Tried by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unfortunately everything failed. The app was working very well in my early days... I think there a bug or something like that. Hope I won't be loosing my money from my accounts and all. As this is connected with everything out here in ksa. Appreciate an immediate fix.

When receiving code from another app, this app never login, used pin then again asking finger print. Touched to scanner and it says not recognized. I login to device but can't enter to this app.

This app sucks the face recognition is sstupid I've been trying to get access for a month now and it still doesn't recognise my face even though I did sign in before and it worked but now it doesn't I have a lot of things pending just because this stupid app doesn't work

Have a bad experience today after installing the app and while typing for the Iqama number, the keyboard was like buffering (just on this app) and not typing any of the number😅.. so i can't login to any other app that need any authentication from Nafath Ps: my keyboard work properly on the other app

Face detection doesn't work, cant open nafaz and cant open banking apps and all important is stopped.

Doesn't recognise the face. Multiple tries and no success. useless. Should be able to use OTP and biometric info if face recognition isn't working.

I am unable to get into my Nafath app. The biometrics does not recognize my fingerprint. The password is incorrect. I have actually noted all my info in my notebook, so I know my password is correct. Look if Nafath app is so glitchy, please drop this or rectify the bugs. The fact that we all have to use this for some apps is really hard. Even if it doesn't recognize the fingerprint or it's incorrect password, there's no option there to even key in a new password.

I'm really bored with your system. I'm just trying to log in but when it reach where my face is to be verified. It tells me error. I'm now on my 100 attempt. Like I not happy with you. I even changed my clothes that I wore when applying for my ID, I removed my hijab still not working. My face is ok. No blemish, no operation, no scar. It's very ok but still not verified. Not even covered. Just my normal hijab.
