Such a nice app!! I have been using this app for a long time. You can send money to any bank account, mobile recharge, e-commerce, toll payment, bill payment, balance inquiry, get mini statement and so on through the app.

Once registered from one mobile number that can not be changed. It's so bothering. Please make an option to change nexus pay mobile number. One person can register from one NID, it's totally fine. But need an option to change mobile number. #need change mobile number option

Management should be more handy to co operate. I use the BFTN regular fund transfer but i had to send the money in instant transfer. Okay i choose the wrong option but i contacted with the support but they could not help me in that situation. The answer was: if you choose the regular transfer and transact the money once, then they couod not edit or help me for the immediate/instant transfer.

I am stoping using this bank service just because of it don't has feature of using mobile banking service like Bkash, Nagad etc. Where every other banks like city bank, EBL, UCBL all other banks has the facilities to transfer money from their bank account to mobile banking service like Bkash and Nagad.

Apps is super fast. but problem is there are no option for add email for OTP code. I think authority should work on it.

I had very bad experiences on this apps. Last 2 months I m trying to add my card on this apps.but I can't. I called customer service over 50 times they just waste my time but they can't give me any kind of solution. I m very very disappointed about the customer service. They didn't know anything about the solution for any problem. They should need to provide experiences people for the customer service. What kind of customer service is that I don't have any idea.

Very weird and bad app. Need to call the call center to reset pin. That I can understand but while adding card, face verification is extremely hard and complicated . The app cannot detect my face properly though following every instruction, turning left turning right smiling blinking but cannot verify. Already gave my NID but why I need my face for verification ?Most of the banks having very decent apps nowadays and Dutch Bangla is way behind here

I have download and registered to the app try to create account but in ekyc verification i have been facing and issue. It’s showing ekyc verification failed name mismatch. But my all information is ok.

I know it's for our safety and security but regustering account through the app and then activating it is very tiresome process. I mean it's riddiculous when you open a bank account then call the customer service and give all the information that you open a bank account for just activating an account on app. Previous system was ok. We already use apps like bkash and have they are really easy to maintain.

A few times it fails to connect with server. And I think you should let the user to take screenshots. Sometime a person may need to take screenshots for some important reason. Also the store locator option doesn't work. Other than this is a good app for payment. But the nexus payment system should be country wide every where. There are many shops where I failed to do payment because they don't accept nexus pay. But still I would say it's a good app and it can be better if you solve the above problems.
