Was trying to pay my bill and kept giving me errors and then ended up overcharging. extremely upset because now won't give me back my money just being credit for next bill, like no I want my money back

I wish I could give your rep, Clay a big shout out today!!! He was exceptionally patient with me (I'm 75!) helping me set up an account. My brain just wasn't cooperating but he did not give up on me!! Please tell him "Thank you!!" from me!! GREAT customer service!!!

Okay so far. For whatever reason it says my network is offline, even though it's not, so I can't mess with some of the features. It has a ways to go.

Not letting me log in at all. It says that my account isn't in the system when it is. So I go to create an account and says already have an account in that name. So I Tru again and still says that it's not an account in the system.

This app is awful. I never seem to be able to log into it and it tells me my login is not right when it's saved to my phone. I have even retyped it in because I know sometimes you have to retype stuff in. So yeah not a good app

It's a pretty stripped down app. You can look up your "activity," but when you sign up, you have to agree to auto-pay, so this function just allows you to track price hikes. There's no outage reporting or alerts - no news of any kind. How many stars equal "Meh"?

I would give 0 stars if I could. This APP is aweful and doesn't work. The staff at Nextlink, which is a technology company, can't explain why it doesn't work. I try to log on the app states it doesn't recognize my email. When I try to start over and set up the account the APP states I already have acct With the email I'm using. When I log on the app states it doesn't recognize my email. When I try to change the password it sends me an access code to the email it states it doesn't recogniz

Download the app, said it didn't recognize my email address. I went to the next link website on PC and use the same login information with zero issues. App is bugged and unusable.

This app shows links you're supposed to have but they're not there. You can't see or check your speed, see what devices are connected, or the share scan QR code. All I can see is my account info, billing, and users. Are you still working on your glitches?? It looks nice, but not working the way it's described!!
