Nexo changed the crypto game for me. They pay me interest regardless of market movements. If investing longer term this is good. You can also choose payment in native token or invested token. Also flexible or fixed deposits. Both earn very competitive rates. I'm very appreciative of their approach.

The app is very efficient and Nexo have introduced new things along the way with competitive interest rates. READ THE SMALL PRINT though before you utilise any of its services.

After so many years and so many reports, the same problems remain until today: some pages you can leave with back "button", some with swipe down, and some pages you can leave only by tapping the left arrow on the upper left side. That's stupid and it's still there for YEARS. Also, you cannot leave (close) the app. It stays active in the background. Why reporting when nothing changes? Really wierd app. BTW, I use it daily.

1. Overall good BUT since todays Upgrade showing wrong Market Prices 😬🤐 not happy ☹️☹️ 2. Thank your suggestions which I followed but nothing is better. Market Data are totally wrong. 3M ETH shows -24.6% BTC 34.68%!!?? Also I no longer do get a cashback since upgrading to Platinum status which states 0.50% but no value credit 🤐🤐.

Just downloaded it and tried to log in. The slider puzzle thingy that comes up after you put in your password isnt working. I cant drag it, refresh it, close it or do anything on that screen.

It's been like 5 days that's app doesn't open well on my device , it take so long to refresh or when I click on something I can't realy work and do my transaction plz assist

EDIT: Today they emailed to explain they are increasing borrowing rates by a staggering 40%! This is apparently for my benefit and makes them "sustainable" and "responsible"! I liked the app and their products by in large, but I will be moving my digital assets elsewhere. Second edit: NOW THEY'VE ADDED A STEALTH 1% REPAYMENT TAX on all loans, even existing ones, without so much as an email before the explain. Disgusting way to treat loyal customers. Moving my digital assets elsewhere. Awful.

I've had zero problems. KYC was simple, deposits are easy, conversion is hassle free, sending funds is no problem. Brilliant service. Commendable app. My only bug bear is that there is no easy way see how much total interest has been earned within a certain date range. Quite important given increasing Gov't involvement in crypto and crypto earnings.

IN 2021 I USED this up and coming new even bought 100 $ worth of Nexo when it was 12cents to loose my phone and supposedly ur funds are not able to be lost and insured but thing is just like other guy, I reached out to support every 45 dys for 1/2 yr and then 6 months for ye a r and still nothing but same response they always give " we are experiencing high demand and will get back to you " so I never got a ticket number if so I didn't write it down so I guess I'll try again.

After using it for a while.. for the crypto very good. Just few thing sometime the apps log me out, have to log in again then do the slide photo thing which is unresponsive until 5/6 times repeated.. Then verification also send to the email which when open email, the apps will ask for login again then all of this repeated again n again...... Arghhh

Decided to test the wallet out by transferring a small amount from an existing wallet. I had no problems transferring the coins in, but when I attempted to transfer the coins out, I am blocked by a two step authenticator code, and no email providing the code. I emailed customer service, but got a generic "We are experiencing high volumes" response and that was it. Decided to try again a few weeks later, and exact issue. Do not use Nexo, they will simply steal your coins and lock them away.

Great interface and great interest rates. Simple to take a loan out on your holdings, but VERY difficult to pay back. Used my bank account directly through their app to take out my loan in USD. Got it same day, easy peasy. But now I want to pay it back but cannot use my bank account through app. I have to send a wire transfer!?! I have to do it outside of the app, and have no clue how. Banks are closed due to COVID. Tried to contact customer service but ZERO response. Very irritating

I like the app, but now it prompts me to update every time I open it, and when I click Get It Now!, the only options are Uninstall and Open. Have tried multiple times, even after restarting phone. The update process doesn't work. EDIT: it finally worked after trying about a dozen times. I can't tell the difference in the updated version, but at least the prompt to update is gone.

Have used Nexo for over a year now. I've put a lot of money in, and was skeptical at first but now trust the platform. I have had no issues, and the passive income is great! Almost an extra $200 per week!! Very easy app to use, although the haptic feedback has issues on Android and makes the use of the app feel awkward. Very minor thing, but something to note. Also, no ads!!!
