It doesn't works properly.. I have problems with updates, sometimes I can't access to my account because the app says my password is wrong, but when I restart my device then it works.. I hope in something better.

Does not work. It stalls every time and I'm not able to pay with my mastercard (my bank uses nexi's services, unfortunately). I have a Samsung Galaxy 10. All Apps work just fine, only Nexi is a problem....

I need to update the the app but it doesn't work, I tried to uninstall it, tried to download it again and it was the same. I even tried to search for the last version on the search bar of the playstore and it doesn't find it. I don't know what else I can do. I have a google pixel 4a phone

The app is ok overall. Unfortunately it takes forever for charges to be factored in. Also, you can't easily make smaller deposits and, if you do, you can't see the amount in the movements section.

the app suddenly decided to ask me to put my finger on the sensor for security reason. cool, since my phone doesnt have fingerprint sensor. Cant log in from app and cant log in from desktop. Password recovery is not working too.

I'm not stupid, I logged out, and deleted the first application before trying to download this new version... it just taking forever to download, and when it gets to 100% it will stop and continue again, now I need to go to the website always to check my account statement... you shouldn't have change this application, my mind was at peace with the old version.. not this rubbish.

The new version did not work with my Huawei smartphone. I have installed and uninstalled for many times. Once open the app, only blue screen......nothing. I prefer the previous app. Now I cannot check my card movement.

This app and the Area Personale on the website are terrible as is customer service. Sms to complete registration never arrives (when there is credit on number) and calling customer service is a waste of time. They either put you on hold for 15 minutes (happened once) or just hang up on you(happened 3 times).

second time around that I uninstall and reinstall this app in a month, as recommend by the app's support.. crashes immediately after opening.. I would appreciate putting my money in more competent hands but apparently I don't have a choice..

Would love if they added more data visualisation pages, like graphs to better depict expenses across months/years. Would also be great if the recognised similar expenses (groceries and stuff for example) to group them and give a better rundown of expenses.

Tried to enter and found an update warning. Downloaded the updtate as indicated but it was the bginning of a nightmare loop: no way to log in but again and again same warning that app has to be updated. Even the online suggestion to uninstall and reinstall app was wrong and useless. Yet no way to have access: whatever I do I always end up in that idiot warning that update is available. If this is what update do, would be better not to update at all! Money app must be more accurate and reliable!

It wasn't that great already but now it's totally useless. It doesn't work anymore and the phone keeps warning me about a bug in the app. Tried to uninstall, switched the phone off, then on again, and then reinstalled the app. Nothing. Total waste. Also they clearly use pre set reply to reviews...

The app does not send SMS anymore. I don't know if it is a temporary problem, but I cannot receive any kind of message. I already looked in the spam section and I even opted out from spam filters so that's not the problem. I spent all afternoon calling assistance but they cannot help me and they say that the messages are sent. At this point I cannot even access the app because I need to re-insert my password but in order to do that I would need to receive a message with a code...

When clicking on 'vai ai movimenti' you can see them all, only by scrolling down as a maximum of 5 transactions are seen on 1 screen, after which you need to scroll down and wait, which makes it very slow and clumsy. No overview in ONE single screen of all monthly transactions. Presentation is no good

This is app is less than zero: if U ask a chat, U cannot see the end of the writing and cannot send it! ABSURDE. if U insert the passw at the login U can't see what's typing, so if U mis-typed, U don't see and keep on trying.What a nonsense if U're logging in ! How can they make app so weak and useless !

Fingerprint detection malfunctions on my phone while it works seemlessly in other apps. The app is slower than it should be and compared to Its competitors. Card information cannot be copied to clipboard. The English language is not available. Virtual cards are not available in this app so I wouldn't even begin with the availability of the disposable cards (This concept could be too much to comprehend for the developers). Overall, it does the "job" so two stars would be more than enough.

Not really useful. Only show the transaction but you can't download any PDF receipts, the support chat don't even work if the operators are "busy". So you can't write a question or wait for them. The functions of the app are limited in general.
