Cannot listen to games through the app, has problems connecting to radio. Cannot listen to game via Tunein app due to that radio no longer working.

Tried to catch up on the remotely. The video popped up up ads or offers for the next video that interfered with the video I was trying to watch. Seriously? Headline claims BWP has a bicycle. All I saw was an offer to watch another video.

app always crashes. I wouldn't have it installed if I didnt need it to get my tickets. Still the worst app in the game. Won't take user name and password when user name and password works using a web browser.

Worst app. Ruins fan experience. Stopped recognizing biometrics, tried to reset PW. That failed, had to Uninstall App now it won't install. Last year was no better often failing to pull up tickets at the gate.

This app is terrible, have to re-download after every update. The tickets never save to phone like listed. Barely even opens and work at home let alone the stadium. Suppose to use this for season tickets but always have to sign into ticketmaster just to pull up tickets at stadium. Terrible app

Developer , Your work is respectable, but the app needs a lot of memory to start , it glitches when one tries to clear the memory and deletes even the account sign in , ticketmaster is connected to that and it deletes logins , this tells me that there is a bug somewhere in the start of it , that trashes all your work , i hope it helps

The app is horrendous. First I ran into the issue where the app had a conflict with play store. Now, I can't login, can't reset my password, can't create a new account... horrible horrible app.

2019 crashes, batter drain buggy ininstalled 2021 same ole story. Different phone so can't blame it on an old phone. 2024 Forced to install new app. They don't tell you that you need to create a new account, then link that to your TM acct. Also don't tell you that new ap and acct break members+ and your TM link. you fix that by via the new app. Also don't tell you that the T&C's require 10 min of scrolling. It also took 2 days to get passed the poorly displaying sigh up page

Total trainwreck all of '19, not much has changed. Constant crashes and password resets. Multiple games last season it straight up wouldn't work when I tried to enter the stadium. Please stop forcing us to use this app for ticketing. Easily the worst part of the NYRB fan experience. #dobetter

Nothing but problems with this app. The Notifications page pops up multiple times when I open the app. When I try to transfer tickets, the app crashes and closes. It won't link to my Ticketmaster account. This is a disaster.

The app was doing better for a while but now I have to delete and reinstall every time I need to access my tickets. If I try to log back into ticketmaster it tells me the token is not valid despite entering the correct password. I have to delete and reinstall each time. Very frustrating. Samsung galaxy s22+

Disappointing to be honest. My main peeve is the match notifications are always around 10 or 15 minutes late, & I've had notifications of cards being issued coming in AFTER full time! Was hoping this would have a commentary feed as well for games I can't watch, not just constant late card & foul updates. Would have liked much more info on games played & upcoming as well. EDIT: latest update has improved the app a lot; more comprehensive & plenty of highlights. Adds a couple more stars now.

Navigation was easy. Easy access to tickets etc. No complaints. After using this for a while I dropped this review to one. This evening I went to redeem a code and the app pulled somone elses home address and ticket info, I can only imagine someone else is seeing mine. Not good.

The app/ability to access the app at the arena is horrible. can't login via saved biometrics, informs me invalid username or password, attempt to reset password, account does not exist, register a new account, email in use. spend 30 mins in line at the box office with what seemed like several hundred other fans who couldn't get into the arena in 40 degree weather.

This app is utter garbage and not useful or helpful for season ticket holders. Constantly kicks you out. And even typing in the right ticketmaster Email and Password it says you're credentials are out of date. I constantly need to Uninstall and re-download for it to work even for a singular match. About as disappointing as the team itself

Ever since the fireworks update, the app constantly has trouble connecting with my Ticketmaster account. It works okay for a few days, but when I need to log back in, I get an error message saying "Sorry, failed getting access token". Once I uninstall and reinstall the app, I can log back in, but then I get the same issue a few days later. Please fix! I shouldn't have to reinstall the app before every game to get my tickets...
