Decent interface, but no filters so you can't find hats in a specific size which means it's a waste of time because you have to look at every hat individually to see if your size is available.

New Era has the best holiday collection oh hats on the market. My preference would be that all the hats were fitted but I respect that other customers prefer adjustable and snap back hats too. (and of course as great as some of these holiday hats are I bought these styles too!). Be sure to check out the New Era site for the holiday/winter drops of hats covering MLB, NFL & NBA for some great hats whether you are looking for a gift or shopping for yourself!!

It's great for Fitted caps I get all my 51/50's here but I'm a big guy I'm 6'7 329lbs and your clothes are really nice and I'd order pretty much everything....lol....BUT!! you guys only go up to a size XXL....not everyone is pint sized please add 3,4 and 5 XLT......you'd get a 5 star no questions

Search and Layout a little wonky. Search only provides a drop down list and not its own separate results with bigger images. It would be nice to have an option for historical teams, whether it is individually or grouped by league. As of now, you can only search, and the search isn't great within the app.

I wish there was a filter to remove every single team hat as an option. I've seen some pretty cool options in the hats that aren't teams but it takes like 30 or 40 items to scroll by just to find these actual hats among all the team hats. I like scrolling through the options so I could decide what I want easier but it's hard when there's only 1 good hat every once in a while & all these team hats just flooded in there from different sports too to make it more annoying finding something regular.

I've ordered two hats in the past month that I paid $15 for express shipping. I didn't get the first hat until after 2 weeks of ordering it. I just ordered the other hat on January 16th and found out it was just shipped yesterday and has an estimated arrival date of January 25th; 9 days after my order and paying $15 for what is supposed to be express shipping. Worst part, I've contacted customer service at least a dozen times, but haven't received a direct response back, NOTHING. Worthless!!!!!

I placed an order for three hats and was charged. I went in to track my order today and it says no orders exist. I then sent a message to their support email afterwards. I tried to log back into my account when it said it no longer existed. I don't know what's going on here but this is really shady.

Not nearly as informative as the website. Can't find nearly as many selections on the app. It constantly freezes and/or crashes. Has a wishlist option on the app, but for some odd reason, it does not have it on the website. So basically, neither of them match up with each other information wise. The filter option on the app is non-existent compared to the website.

Gave me a 20% off coupon, but then I lose my free shipping 🙄 had a 10% off coupon that kept free shipping and was $1 more then the 20% off. Outside of that the app should have a lot more filter options. I should be able to search by City, then sort by size, and new to old. That way I can see all my teams at once, in my size, and from newest to oldest cause obviously I'm here for a new hat.

The UI needs a lot of work. I can't find the same products that I can find on the website. Scrolling is horrible. When scrolling down a list, it will reset back to top of the list instead of load more products in the list. It just not as user-friendly of an app as it could be. It's not an enjoyable experience to use the app. Lists should have the ability to show as a grid as well as a single-column list.
