So as an IT person and a Technocrat, this App is VITAL in my daily life. Very easy to get an understanding of your network and what is there. I'm using it to find the IP from devices that are new to the network to connect to them. The network scanner is also useful for looking at optimization of channels. It has a clear and straightforward Interface and gets the job done very efficiently.

I was helping a friend set up the wifi in thier guest house. So needed to scan for the total count of IP addresses, get a clear picture on existing routers, access points, the gateway, signal strength in each room, channel configuration and which BSSID I was connected to when configuring it all. With this app (and inSSIDer on the laptop) I was able to do all those things easily and simply. Highly recommend.

Works well for an individualized list of currently connected devices using your network connection! It gives mac and ip addresses plus other real-time information allowing the user to verify the individual devices currently connected along with the ability to disconnect any questionable or unknown device ( was part of original but not sure if still available). Its user friendly with access to more technical info if desired! Shout out to the Devs you guys rock and deserve a beer!

I tried many and this is the only one to show netmask. Everything works well. Only issue is the Back gesture always exits the app, which does get a little annoying. Hope the dev will consider "Back" first going to a consistent page such as Information, then exit if gestured again. Otherwise worth considering the Pro upgrade

Couldn't test the app because it is locked behind a data privacy consent dialog (those really nasty ones where you need to unselect those that seem to use the data for legitimate reasons. The others are not legitimate?). Hook: the app checks what you selected and only let you use the app if you allow your data (probably personal too, eg. WiFi information, possibly location) with almost 200 third parties. you may buy the app-free version I suppose.

Pass its due date; I used to be happy with the basic functions and did not mind some ads on the bottom of the screen, however.... now it has an requirement to allow over 130 tracker cookies, and if you try to disable any it will force you into an loop where you cannot use the app without enabling all trackers !?! clearly they do not want you to use the socalled "free" version!

A good app for getting Wifi and Cellular connexion information. Especially about UP addresses and SMS servers for cellular signals. If you are using a VPN or encrypted communications this app is very useful for helping to determine if your getting leaks. I also like the feature of determining if your cellular service is connected along with cellular data. There are many features of this app which I have not taken the time to explore fully. Instructions are not clear which is why I gave the app 4 stars and not 5 stars.

Shows the 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz spectrum signals visually and in tabular format. Good to identify existing wifi networks and potential RF interference in network configuration. Easy to use without needing a manual if you experiment with all the buttons, although button icons are not intuitive. Great for live tracking of signal activity and relative signal strength.

Overall does what it is supposed to. Cool to see the hidden network that jumps channels with me. I installed this as my home network has been tampered with several times. Only thing that would be nice is if there was a tutorial for the ping, ip search, ect area. Noob users could benefit from that, especially in a world where your information is so easily accessed by others.

This is one of the most simple and complete apps for basic network testing I've run across. IP scans to find active IPs on a subnet. Port scans, types of devices attached to the network, and on and on. If you need something that's several steps down from a vulnerability scanner, but need to find devices on your network, this is it.

I consider it the most important app I have. I've tried many networking apps and this app wins hands down! Has the tools most seek on very easy to use and read interface! It's always spot on with information about your network! If you'd like to know who or what is on your network, this is the app! It has picked up on connections that other apps failed to do and I've never experienced a false reading! Hats off to the developer, I appreciate this app!

A model of excellence as an app, as a networking tool, and as a tutor in the substance underlying both. Download it and try it out. Look at the explanations for the permissions it requests on your device. Examine the documentation for each function you use as you explore the tool's reach. I don't know the programmer but their thoughtful integrity is on display everywhere.

I have found this app to be very helpful! Easy to use interface. This app has so much to offer you in discovery of any Network. Today, the hotel client that I am on site for said they are having connection issues in the 2nd floor with WiFi. I was able to show them the signal strengths and what WiFi was available. Thanks for making my job easier to communicate issues with our clients!

Does exactly what it claims. I like the clean and simple UI. Curious users with little to no prior knowledge of network connections aren't going to unintentionally mess with things they don't fully understand. +App takes minimal hard drive space +Doesn't sneakily run in the background Ram or Network/Data usage. I've tried many similar apps and like to constantly monitor their usage analytics. I think I've had this installed for at least a year total now with zero red flags or complaints.

I used this mostly because my satellite company had such a faulty system that I had to constantly check everything to see if I was online or i was just getting my routers wifi signal. It helped me almost daily, plus I used it to figure out what devices may be on and using data. With satellite we still have pretty severe data caps. This helped monitor my system. I trust this app, too. It seems real.

This app is real good to figure out what's going on what your connection such as cell phone data and Wi-Fi data. however this version of the app has some things that provision doesn't have. I recently went to check the price tag for the pro version and the price is real affordable, one of the one of the new features in the pro version is they, can test how fast your upload and download speeds are so you don't have to download another app to figure that out.

Fast, streamlined, accurate, and the ads are minimal/infrequent. This has better accuracy and more reliable detection of devices than the Linksys router the LAN actually runs through. I deleted FING Tools and use this app exclusively for LAN checks on my non-rooted Android. One note: I've never had the "WHOIS" function return any results for hosts on my LAN (even with IVP6) but I may be missing something.

Good interface, to the point, no nonsense. Useful to a network professional looking for quick information. I initially rated this a 4, but everytime I look in it I find something else useful, like the wifi signal section. I was tweaking my wireless access point, I don't like to reach out further than I need, and it did very very well, in real time. Good job.

Great app for a quick stationary glance, but it does not update real-time, just resamples frequently, so you can't walk around a building watching the signal change, looking for dead spots. As I recall, the old version (2014?) reacted real-time, or perhaps the sampling frequency was just much faster. Whatever, it's still the best Android solution I've found.

Very useful app. Very easy. I enjoy the fact that you do not have popup ads ever menu change. I also APPRECIATE the fact what you have in the app is what you get. You have the option to go Pro and that information is provided in the about/help page. There is no option to use something and you click on it and it takes you to another add or tells you to purchase Pro. Thank you!!
