Always black screen when doing the scan and says 'fail' at the bottom when pressing the camera front/back option. Galaxy 8.

This app saved my life! I live in the Netherlands and my brother is getting married in France. Together with my 2 other brothers we wanted our suit to be crafted from the same place, a tailor from our hometown. Tailor needed my measurements but i couldn't travel to France before the wedding. I heard of 3d body scan apps. I browsed the store and downloaded Nettelo, followed the steps and immediately received the measurements I needed. I sent them to the tailor and got perfectly fitted suit!

Impressive results and accuracte measurements with very easy scanning process : only front pose in front of the camera. WOWWWW!

My outline was lumpy and misshapen and I couldn't correct it. The corrected results are often worse than the beginning lumpy outline.

Doesn't work. The camera doesn't open with permission granted on the scan page. Text saying failed appears while the camera stays black. Moto g6.

Nice idea, but at the end of first scan, crashed, and any time I try to open the app now it crashes again on repeat.

Doesnt work. Screen stays black even though app has appropriate permissions. Cant even get one scan. Same issue as other users.

Worst app ever! Very frustating, dont waste your time. I tried scanning my body 10x before giving up. Wont even scan sometimes and app freezes. I am now deleting app.

You can't get even close to a 3d image with a single picture. App should use at least one front and one side to be more realistic. Currently it's a complete waste of time.

keeps crashing, spent so much time on the 3D body scan and it didn't even save it the first time, the other times it kept bugging, just froze. Total waste of time

Works reasonably well, but the use of only one picture got my bust size too small by over two inches. As a competitive swimmer, my pecs are bigger than most my age and a singe frontal view wouldn't see that. A profile view probably would have. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix it.

I keep getting "Sorry, cloud service is temporarily available. Please try again later" when I try to have it generate a model. Was not able to reach the US customer service phone number. I was really interested in this service, but it looks like it doesn't work... :(

Once the scan is done properly in good lightning the metrics predicated is like 96% accurate, in terms of height weight etc. It's a bit tricky when it comes to your body weight hence y i never gave 5stars.

This app has a huge potential and am eager for updates! Body scan steps especially of creating 3D are complex to do, yet determine accuracy of outcome. Secondly, it would be nice to generate the 3D based on a side view and face view.

Taking scan easy 5/5, but only did face and background. No side scan. Moving points to body 1/5. Screen contunually froze and had to redo 9x. Create scan. Nothing whatsoever. Gave up after 4x. Potential is good, but need to ensure it is user friendly

It's a neat idea and it kinda works, but there seems to be no way to edit the measurements they set once the scan is complete, and height and weight are put in. For someone with more muscle than average (that I worked my butt of for), it's completely inaccurate.

the app is throttled to persons under 200 lbs. it will not accept plus size numbers. the tracing tools are really difficult on plus shapes as the tool sensitivity tends to run over other lines. after killing my device battery with several image attempts and likely an hour or more fooling with the trace tools, the height and weight data took forever to enter and have accepted, the result was a train wreck. as a seamstress, this is a great idea. i deal in every body type. it needs work.

The app is difficult to use. The body scan doesn't work properly. I barely get past the 1st scanning stage. After taking the 1st photograph, the voice tells you to leave the scene without taking the sideways photo as shown in the video. After hustling my way through, it gets stuck on creating the 3D model.

Close, but not completely accurate. You should add side scan. IRL, my tummy is flatter (I had a tummy tuck a year ago) and butt is bigger than the image, as evidenced by discrepancies in waist and hip measurements. I wish there were a way to fine tune. Also, it would be so cool if it could predict what you would look like at different weights.

Amazing! As a sewer, I know most of my body measurements, and this app was pretty dead on. I did 3 before I really got it to work well. If it seems off, try moving to a different room or putting on different colors. If the scan needs too much editting, just start over. AR is still new, and we are pretty new to doing it. Have just a bit of patience, and carry on.
