excellent, though LTE network is much faster than the Tri band selection. unlike my iPhone I have to reenter the password for the application 2oo3 times. lastly I'm not sure this th netgear device or not but I have to restart the device every 24hours or or the internet becomes very very slow, never happend when my sim in a Huawei devices.

Many times the login procedure fails. Credentials are never remembered. Incredibly bad quality for the price of the devices. The app should automatically connect to the Netgear wifi. Encrypted SD cards cannot be formated and must be unencrypted on another device. The Nighthawk M1 is a terrible product for a terrible price.

Needs work. Can't see the bottom row of selection. Like settings etc because data screen too large. Needs to be able to maximize and minimize to see selections below. You did not test this app before release. And its not phone screen size. I have the biggest newest Samsung make. Test yours apps!!!!!

Wouldn't detect my Router at first but after the 3rd attempt and it allowed me in to change my APN settings and get access to the device and it's wifi features. This was something not even the Largest internet provider in Australia could help with. And this includes hours on the phone and in the store. And it was a product locked to their network. They were clueless how to fix this without connecting to a PC and this app allowed me access to settings that would let me reset apn

This app is very useful but it has some bugs. When I connected to my Nighthawk M6 (non-pro), and I changed the wifi bands being broadcasted (wanted to go down to a single band, 2.4ghz instead of both 2.4 & 5ghz, it stopped broadcasting wifi and locked up the M6. It wouldn't broadcast either band. I had to go physically unplug the M6. I couldn't even get it to turn its screen on to tell it to reboot itself. I have no idea what this app did to it.

The app is fine and good for operating the router. It is easy to use and the dashboard is easy to understand, although it takes some timw to locate various settings; not very intuitive. I'm using the MR1100 and have been experiencing problems with shutting down the machine when charging the battery and there is no way for me to get the support I need. The netgear website for members is also down. This is very frustrating.

This app does and has worked with the WIFI Mobile Netgear nighthawk, yet at times it says app is not compatable with the nighthawk while its connected to my nighthawk. I have set up and changed numerous settings on the device. The app is poor. So that tells me the developers and the Netgear manufacturer are not competent in there engineering and development. The nighthawk is a weak device and i rate it also as an inferior piece of electronics. it is not reliable....Buyer be ware....

I love this informative app, thank you Netgear! I do have one small request- could you please add an in app notification for low battery? Many a time my battery has run dry whilst I'm in the middle of work, its a slight hindrance. If I could know maybe 5% or 10% beforehand, I can backup my work progress. I'm sure others would benefit from this too. Other then that, I cannot fault this great app!

Overall app is simple, but I'm literally disappointed with this Netgear MR1100 quality. It's not catching signals at all, even on the places where other routers are working fine. Too much hype in the market for this useless router. Anyone who is thinking of purchasing netgear products, please reconsider your decision and save your money.

the app likes to pick and choose when it will operate - Constantly stating that the router isn't supported by the app, yet it is. sometimes it will open and i can use it, but the majority of the time i cannot

This app is great. It's easy to work with, simple to download, install, and set up. The app works the way it is expected to work. It controls everything with the hotspot, and there are no issues that I have experienced at all. It restarts the hotspot, resets anything on the device, and I am absolutely happy with the app!

NETGEAR Mobile app is useful when you get your router setup, I have had very few problems with the app itself. Although it will take some time to set it up properly. But once you accomplish this it's user friendly as long as you do your homework and completely understand the technical aspects of the ins and outs of ROUTER terminology. I warn the beginner to do your homework so you don't lock yourself out of the app and your ROUTER most importantly.

In general a good app, however, like others have stated below 1. Remember password doesn't work 2. Logs me out randomly 3. Tells me the nighthawk isn't a compatible router, then after a restart it's all good again 4. Seems these issues have been around for a while so despite being a large company I'm not holding my breath that these bugs will be fixed anytime soon. Personally I like the app overall, although trying to find things can be a little hit and miss

The all router is a very expensive joke. Absolute rubbish. Plug and Play doesn't work at all with all the time stopping even in small videos up to 2 mins. Cant imagine all movie of presentation. Media library is terrible. No way to download, only upoad. No file browser. You need app to upload and give all access permission to the router to upload a file. Stupid very expensive a little joke. Its not worth at all. App is crashing!!!!

From Netgear, I expected a little better. The remember password option is unreliable and doesn't work. The app gives the impression it's connected, then decides its not and sends you back to the login screen. Most of the time at that point it blanks the password field. The data usage doesn't work reliably either, although I realise this is probably a firmware issue rather than an issue with this app.

Keeps logging me out and dumping me at the login screen (after having been logged in for about 10 seconds!). To make it worse, the "remember password" checkbox seems to do nothing add each time I'm logged out the password field is blank. In the few seconds the app stays logged in it looks like it should be quite nice, but at the moment its totally useless to me and I'm having to use the website!

Considering that this app accompanies an expensive mobile router, it's missing some basic things like: 1) A simple screen showing mobile (not WiFi) signal strength, data rates etc (crucial for finding the best location for the device or antenna). 2) The ability to set data usage limits that aren't based on a monthly subscription (I use a SIM with 120gb data valid for 1 year, but it can't handle that!). These simple improvements would make it a lot more useful.

This app has alot of glitches and keeps flickering and will not alow me to do anything at all within it.. I've tried support several times and they are the most awful company to deal with I've ever dealt with in my whole life.. I can't wait for my device to be paid off so I can be rid of dealing with netgear and will NEVER buy anything from them again.

You really need to update the app so that you can change the monthly cycle start date. There is an arrow next to the number as though you can but it does not let you change it. Please update this. I am tired of having my router and app say that I'm either running out of data when I'm not or telling me that I've got plenty of data when in reality I'm running out. This is ridiculous.

It's ok. I use it just to see my data usage since the display on the hotspot itself doesn't show an accurate number. Also this app logs me out if I click to go to my account via a browser. And it won't let me turn notifications on. The app says I have to do it through the system. My phone says the app doesn't have any notifications and won't let me do it.
