Past experience. This British service should help old customers. The service itself was very good and one of the first digital solutions at the time. But since few years back, my deposit money of 20€ was disappeared suddenly. I wondered why? Did I not act on time with verification? The security comparing to competitors was brilliant. But I need a debet card fast! No photo of face. It scares people of. Documents would be okay.

Everything will be fine until you make a deposit after that they will restrict our account no response from customer service worst app please don't use it.

My account also has been restricted without any reason... After i deposit on it 600 euro, and now 0 answer from anyone by them.... And i already did contact with them, as reply i get only answer from bot.... I don't even know why exactly my account has been restricted... No reason, no any answer nothing.... Nice customers service you have.... Blocking account without reason, and you asking me to contact with them? They should provide me information about this and i have nothing from Friday....

Useless app after you deposit money they will take a percentage and then say your ACC is not verified and your stuck with your money inside unable to do any transaction and the customer service are never free the stupid bot will tell you he will input a case for you it's so inefficient and unrealiable I do not recommend anyone to download it especially if you want to trans funds quickly it's gonna take u a week.

This is such a very bad app, it looks like a scammer, imagine I deposited money into this neteller whatever, then when I just wanted to send it to someone with netteller, they kept on saying I must upload my documents proof of residence, I uploaded my latest bank statement but it was rejected, now they're telling me that they restricted my account permanently and I must change my email address what what. Now if I change my email address, how about my money that is on the other account ?scam

Im so pity about this neteller app, cause i have already deposit from e-Wallet (DANA) to Neteller and then Neteller failed transaction but my transaction in e-wallet (DANA) success. Customer Service Neteller too slow. Please give me back my money just $5.5 USD 🥲😭

Neteller RESTRICT YOUR ACCOUNT for NO REASON each time for 24h or many days ! Especially WHEN YOU LET HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on it ! Also They ask you to reset your password all time too . Please fix that problem that's not fair before catching a very bad reputation.

Useless app they restricted my account and they r not even telling me why, u cannot call them automatic answering call us from a another number or a number that is not anonymous, my number is not even anonymous 😳 they want to charge my account when it is even restricted, they send me an email. Useless garbage

I just recently create new accounts and try to deposit, but after deposit, the app showed failed transaction but the money was already being taken.. what a scam. Glad im not doing a big deposit.

At first the app is ok. I was using to it to transfer funds to my trading platform but recently i couldn't use my fund and i couldn't withdraw either!!!! What a scam!!!! Dont use this app and skrill also!!!!!

I deposited 2000rs after providing documents for kyc and instantly account got restricted, trying to contact them on mail but no response from 3 days and account still restricted, I don't know why. Really a third class and cheap support and there is dumb bot for chat and you just need your time waste with that. It's really a big scam digging small small amount from multiple users and doing big scam. Unblock my account asap and send me my money back

Worst experience.. 4 days back i have deposited 700 usd.. After deposit i supposed to transfer money its shows my account got restricted. Since four days am following with email, no response. I never seen this kind of irresponsible team, not even single mail. I recommend not to use this app. I need my money, remove my restriction.

Account disabled a few hours (less than 2) after depositing. My bad, I read reviews after depositing. Thankfully, I deposited only what I could afford to lose. Now I bought crypto and the trades are running yet these guys just did what they did. I'd suggest new users to first read the "CRITICAL REVIEWS" before depositing. I deposited only €5.5. Let them keep it.

The worst app that I used, taking too much time to verify, and rejecting your documents without reason even. They don't reply to your enquiries quickly. I'd rate 0 but isn't possible. I had 2400 loyalty points and they just closed my account without explaining.
