awful. old app was painful, new split apps wont even let me in. 7 different password changes. this is ridiculous. fix the issues or lose customers. pathetic.

Cannot complete purchase of pods? It just says "No Payment Completed" "No order was placed" regardless of payment method, delivery method or address...

Have been trying to install for 20 minutes and it just keeps saying "installing" but nothing happens. Previous app worked well - why change it? No way now to order coffee once old app goes as can't install the new one.

New app old problems. Tried to place an order. The money was taken off the account, but the order wasn't placed. My 16 y.o. son could make a more reliable app.

installed as requested but it doesn't connect to the WiFi so not sure what will happen when the old app is closed on the 31st August. How do I then order my coffee pods?

App keeps crashing at checkout when trying to edit my delivery message. Had to use default message which isn't relevant now. Bug fix required.

Much needed splurge! Ordering Nespresso is easy and I love the free samples I received w/each order. Coffee at home is a ritual I truly enjoy; I have a few other options but Nespresso Vertuo is my favorite.

Awful. tried 6 times now to pay for my order with the exact same card as previous App and after a painfully slow process each time just says Payment not completed. previous App worked fine, why did you change it to something worse

Got an email recommending download. I tried. It won't download. Note to Nespresso - never close your Leeds boutique otherwise my machine will be off to the local council recycling place. Better yet, just make your Vertuo capsules available in supermarkets like the Original ones are. So much easier.

New app is poor, everytime I try to pay for my order it says "You have abandon this transaction." Firstly, it should say abandoned not abandon. Secondly, I haven't. Very clunky and buggy at the moment.

It doesn't let me add a payment method so I can't place my order. I've tried to order an amount lower than the available credit, that doesn't work either. So now I just have stuck credit and no way to order.

tried to place an order using Nespresso credit. it just kept telling me my payment had not been processed. went back to the old app, order placed first time. there is no list view, so there is a lit of scrolling to place an order with the massive icons. perhaps a search would be useful? as it stands, this app is clearly not production ready

So far, so good, a definite improvement. One suggestion, stock notifications for when a product is back to being available, and the option to pick which stock to be notified about. Or maybe pre/back ordering.

Appallingly bad install experience. I don't recall it asking me to approve Permissions. Freezes on opening screen so I cannot login... Older app removed, phone restarted, new app installed from scratch, Permissions granted manually still no change. Awaiting a response from the Developer email....

Better than last, still can improve Some small items are overlooked again, eg integration with Google password (this was a completely new entity, not sure could it have recognised existing Nespresso accounts). A thing that shows lack of testing is news item that says copy and paste link, when the box doesn't allow select of the text at all. And to be fair, link that opens in a default app should be app basics. Haven't done the order yet, this is just initial 2 min browse thru the app.

I was sent a web link after having a boutique store employee set up my account. It worked on the web but when trying to open the app instead, with my newly created password, I keep getting "customer is trying to use the wrong store". Or something to that affect. Very confusing, and frankly, useless until I somehow get it sorted out.

A much better app than the one it replaced. Easy to order. Easy to pay. I haven't found a way to save my favourite coffees. There only seems to be the option to order exactly what I bought in a previous order. I forgot to add Podback bags this time so it would have been useful to get a prompt to remind me if it looks like I forgot to add items I usually order. It would be even more helpful to have a way to make changes or add items to an order before it is processed.

There's virtually no difference in functionality but logging in manually is a pain. The shopping interface is terrible! You can fit about four capsule types on screen at a time and have to keep scrolling and scrolling past the ridiculous flavoured coffees to reach the actual coffee. No filters, no favourites. A worse experience than the previous app which had just got to a stable usable condition where it wasn't terrible!
