Bad customer service. You can't talk to anyone. Their server always has problems. Probably the worst online bank that exists.

I have been using this bank for more than a year now and it's amazing! Convidei a meu pai, minha namorada, minha irmã, tudo mundo pra o Neon. Fiquei muito feliz com a Ouvidora 24/7. Eles atendem sempre a qualquer horário. I remember having an issue with a pix transfer and the problem was solved really quick and it was the other bank's fault. Thanks to the team Neon, I hope you guys achieve more and more customers every day.

I'm moving out Neon. It was really great back in the days, I can't understand what happened to them. Lot's of errors, can't do pix transfer. It's been a good time, see ya.

I have been blocked out of the application for over 72 hours with "Algo deu errado" even after trying to clear the cache or with multiple restarts, and this issue started occurring six weeks ago and has made the application a liability for my bread and butter.

Si far my experience has been nothing but incredible. The customer care service with this digital bank is excellent. One of the best. I highly recommend them.

Almost a year having created an account and being reproved. Now, it still keeps my negative data and doesn't allow me to make a new one ._. That couldn't have a worse service, and that's why other digital banks are a greater option and more reliable than this. Uninstalling forever.

Very easy to use. It is something I needed when I couldn't speak Portuguese. Now that I do speak Portuguese, it got even easier. Even when I got mugged, Neon team cared enough to act quickly. The one thing I wish Neon could provide, though, is international services. P.S. never try Santander. They do nothing in this life but suck. They suck the money out of your pockets and suck other stuff to be able to do so.

This app is amazing! It's easy to use and if you forget your password, you can exchange it for the application itself. And I can also mention the ease of buying something by the virtual credit card that discounts directly from the money that is available in the account! Super recommend!

I have ran into a problem, the app needs me to send photos of my document, and yet whenever I try to it bugs out and tells me my session expired. Please fix that for me!! *Edited: The problem has been solved, thank you.

Worst customer support experience I've ever had. Their 0800 is a recorded message saying it doesn't work, their chat is messy, their AI is useless and you won't ever get answered by a person. If you need records of what was said just take pictures because there's always an error saying the past conversations were lost. Other than that, they also fail on their services as the PIX takes forever and there's not even a button to check on your Cashback. Terrible choice.

I've always enjoyed the app, but lately I've been having too many error messages, Errors in transactions, long delay for pix transfers, that make me a little unsatisfied. It's not as stable as I'd like it to be. (Update) After the review above, the experience was even worse, I'm having problems and can't transfer money for two days now.

Constantly getting logged out, already relogged my account and it still is givint the same error of session expired when i go to look my history
