Very few service providers for HVAC. The one I called utilized an overseas answering service that obviously didn't know my city. I'll continue finding my own local providers.

If you don't create an account immediately when you try to reopen it, it locks and you can't create an account so the only option is to uninstall

WILL CHANGE MY RATING WHEN Y'ALL STOP PLAYING SNEAKY WORD GAMES THAT ARE ACTUALLY NOT HELPFUL. I REQUEST GRASS TRIMMING, EDGES NEEDS TRIMMING YET Y'ALL MAKE THIS AS IF I HAD A CHOICE AS IF A WANT. I DON'T WISH GRASS AWAY NEITHER Y'ALL. AND Y'ALL PUT ONLY ONE OPTION A "HOME IMPROVEMENT" PLACE THIS IS NOT A HOME IMPROVEMENT REQUEST. I used the Neighborly app to schedule service on my dryer with Mr. Appliance. The app was easy to use and the local Mr Appliance team responded quickly to my request. Best of all our dryer is working again!

My experience with the customer service department it was not good. Because I am owner of company. And I am looking for customer. I told them and they told me you have the wrong number. Probably that's true. But if they has many companies why they don't provide me the best information about how can I apply to do another Company in their business? !$$$

Ah-Mazing. This app couldn't be more helpful in finding LOCAL, professional companies. As a bonus they all work together to do just about anything you'd need help eith in or around your home.

Absolutely waste of time. All it does is try to open, over and over, block my login and block my biometrics. I've reinstalled 3 times with no change. I'm allowing all of the listed permissions. Too bad my plumber wants me to use it, cause I cant

Several attempts to get service using the app aside from the auto response email and a lot of advertising and marketing emails. Not one was in response to the service I requested. No human contacted me. So I had to call a few different numbers to get a call back from the Grounds Guys, who called left a voicemail. So now playing phone tag. Why I prefer booking online or w app that works. When I do get a hold of the guy I'll have to repeat everything I included in the app. So app is useles.
