Tried using this app with a Nedis Outdoor Smart plug. It connects, I can see the voltage fluctuate in the app so it is connected. However when I try to turn the plug on and off it only works a few times shortly after I plug it in. Countdown timer doesn't work at all. This piece of junk is going back to the store.

Dear Support, I bought yesterday a smart plug (WIFIP130FWT). I can't add it to the devices in the app. I tried the troubleshooting steps from the manual and webpage without luck. I use android 8 but I tested with 7 too. I tried to restart the router, force to 2,4Ghz only, encription AES only, then I tried without password security enabled. The timer stops after 100 seconds and says failed to add. I start adding when the green led is blinking fast. It seems to fetch the Wifi credentials because the blinking stops and lights up continiously. In the list of connected devices I can't see on the routers GUI. Please help. Installed this app 2 weeks ago to use with a Nedis smart bulb. Apart from having to use the "AP mode" set up, it worked fine and connected to Alexa. Stopped working after 2 weeks. Tried de-installing and reinstalling and now it can't find the bulb at all. Using AP mode when you try to connect to bulbs WiFi hotspot it crashes the Settings app! So no way forward. I assume something has been updated and broken it but at a dead end now.

Generally unstable. Having to wait 20 sec. For the app to find the smart socket everytime I with to turn it on/off, and sometimes having to restart the app, is absolutely unusable.

Doesn't work for me at all. Took me a lot of tries to get anywhere, now the device is connected to my WiFi but still isn't visible in the app, but at least its WiFi indicator stopped flashing - that was getting annoying. Can't recommend the app - the heater itself is good, although instead of being a "smart" device, it's dumb as a brick.

Awesome! Except: Apparently it can't run in landscape! It can't run on a PC without an emulator in my case Android emulator! Other than that it works fine! For the moment I only have a smart plug, with power meter! Only drawback move it form one wall socket to the next. If it takes too long all settings are lost and you have to reconfigure it all! Kind of annoying detail!

Awful experience. Hard to get it connected to WiFi, because of a confusing tiny blue LED, which blinks and you confirm it's blinking. But the right blue LED is actually the whole power btn, which starts blinking later, after many attempts. Anyway, in "automation" the countdown timer rocks: the only way to set the timer is in seconds, from 0 to 86400s! And at the tinyest move, the number jumps by several hundred. Impossible to set a desired value. It seems that this product was developed by AI...

For now only use it with the smartscale, works quite well. Couple of things: not really intuitive where to find everything, and it would be awesome to add functionality to export the data. Edit: I really have to take e point away. It happens too often that when you weigh yourself, it doesn't get registered in the app. Very annoying. I did buy and install some switches and smoke detectors, works fine, but not in all cases very easy to get connected.

Preety good app, the downside is that it doesn't support split-screen mode what would be preety useful if you need to check on your camera while doing something else on the phone. I'm using a smart wifi plug with power monitor and there are too many switches in the app that just shuts the plug off. Even on the same screen you have two buttons doing exactly the same thing.

Worked well for a year. I made use of the sunset/sunrise triggers in NL. But februari the 3th 2023 the switched don't get triggered anymore. Nothing in my setup changed. I temporarily tried triggering them with a simple timer schedule which still works perfectly. Then i tried to make a new event again for sunset/sunrise, but that also didn't work. So i think the cloud service messed up sunset/sunrise. I'm going to get them work with a different location parameter, maybe my town got messed up :)

The application doesn't work. I purchased the smart plug and at start everything was very good. I was fully satisfied with the functionality but with time the schedule timer started to skip the rules and after 2 weeks it doesnt work at all. The only working feature left is basically turn on and off... Tried to clean data and cache, tried to reinstall, tried to plug again - nothing helped. Update- i asked the support on official site, and they helped. So at least half of this app works.

Why does an app controlling some LED strip need location and registration? Why does the RGB music syncing work by recording every sound via microphone?! The RGB can't even properly cycle through colours. After setting up just the white LED strength I uninstalled this spyware. EDIT: Dear Nedis, if both registering and GPS location data was optional for operation, then there would be no need for me to have to trust your word and I would have no reason to be suspicious. It's just a LED strip.

A whole eco system is not stable. I bought Nedis motion sensors, door contact sensors and a gateway. I was a way for a while, noone in the house. The motion sensor just kept sending notifications as if 100 people moving in my house. The contact sensors could last 3 months, I replaced the battery and it worked a month more. I bought 3 Nedis wifi switch, I used 1 to turn on my pc while I was away. It just showed that it's offline. The app is lagging because of the weather forecast in the menu.

WiFi smart video doorbell - great when it works but unfortunately since yesterday I can't view live stream or playback, won't work on WiFi or mobile data, keep getting error messages, I've tried everything but to no avail. Motion sensor and chime working but useless if I can't view the video. Really don't want to do a factory reset as it's a pain to set up. Currently waiting to hear from customer service, hopefully they can help. Edit to reply - I haven't received an email today.

Rubbish - uninstalled it, does not work. It is really good at creating CSV files with no data in them! The Nedis blood pressure device is also hopeless. I hate it. Cannot send data to app, date in US format (fixed), without batteries, everything resets. It could not be less user friendly. Don't go near it! This is my first and now my last experience with a Nedis product.

App needs more functions and gallery better design. When an alarm sets off i need to scroll forever. It would be better if i got to the film direct when i get the notification.

Bad app. Likely harvest your data and sells it to 3rd party services. Be careful installing this app. The app persistently asks for your location, even when your only using simple features that will never need this information. It becomes a hazzle to use, when the app aggressively asks for your location 75 times a day. I know where I am, just let turn off my lights in peace.

Another app based on a previous similar app but limited, much worse, not updated, missing functions. Slow. Gets stuck in various menus and settings pages. Won't display correct data. Absolutely useless, absolutely. A waste of time. Avoid at all cost.

Plug would not connect after a couple of tries, despite being next to the router. One suggested solution was to reprogram the router because the plug cannot deal with routers that use both 2.4 and 5 Ghz. Sorry, but I don't want to do that for one device; I want "plug and play" like every other device. It's going back.

Been using this app with their smart camera doorbell thingamajig for the past 18 months. No problems. Works well. Long may It continue. And, NO ads in the App, KNOCK ON WOOD!!! And, and, just discovered after using this App for almost two years now, that you can set it to take photos of whose ringing your doorbell even if you DON'T have an SD card in place. Live and learn!!
