Trying to open an account but the app won't take me further than a certain section, very annoying. Been trying and no change. Always a hassle trying to do anything on this app.

Using Samsung A25, unable to login after selfie function. It says 'we have technical issues. Try again later'. I have telephonically spoken to digital support, who insisted that there are no technical issues,was advised to keep trying, possibly problem with lighting for selfie taking. Went to branch and tried multiple ways of logging in and still unable to login. Cache and data cleared multiple times, phone restarted multiple times, so uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, still no joy!

Iyazama. I spoke too soon. Too many technical glitches. Not to mention the lack of urgency the app has when transferring large sums.

App doesn't work outside of South Africa. Can't get access in DRC, keeps on saying there's a problem with installation when trying to acces app. Very poor!

User-friendly app. even though I'm over 60 I can still navigate it with ease🤗. There is still room for improvement though.

Nedbank has become a useless bank honestly...after being a client for more then 4yrs I am ready to give up on them. they come up with the lame excuses... My app doesn't working...after getting robbed I couldn't recover my old phone number and when I went to the branch in Parow to try and recover my profile they said they couldn't delink my old no. They opened internet banking 4 me but they keep closing it and opening it at their convenience. Now I can't use my account it been deactivated

Very good app, has all the options , allows us to buy water and electricity but the lottery often asks me for location . Location is enabled. Have not changed any settings , still won't let me buy lotto tickets.

The app is not user friendly as it was. One can't get into everything as easily anymore and some of the processes certain info can be placed but then the app does not allow one to continue so why have the option of inserting details!

The app is moderately user-friendly. It's nothing exceptional. It gets the basic day to day banking done. The fingerprint login doesn't work though, which makes the app unpleasant to use. In a way, it takes away the convenience of an app. And the fact that a banking app has ads, is just ridiculous.

The most frustrating app I've ever used. The face recognition functionality is so poor. After trying at least 20 times to get my elderly father authenticated we gave up. Easier to change banks to be honest. Too close, too far, to dark, to bright, technical error try again later. Delete and uninstall worked well though!

I've recently opened a Netbank account and needed to get the app up and running. However I cannot make it pass the login process. The facial ID has been giving me a huge problem

Personal finance management has disappeared in this last update, without any news or warning. Is it just me? All I can do is check my credit score... Lots of help offered at first, then everyone ignores me. Obviously too difficult for you guys. Absolutely dismal service!

The feature to serve notice on my just invest account has vanished. I desperately need to transfer funds to my Savvy account. I have used this feature many times in the past but it is now nowhere to be found. Also the chatbot is useless. When I go to transfers it only offering the option to transfer from savvy to just invest and not the other way around.

This money app is useless and very insecure I got messages that someone applied for a credit card through the money app while I have my cellphone on me 24/7 and i called they suspended my money app and they say I must go to the branch to unsuspended it but they can't and my money still there now i can't use it and I call they say I must go to the branch,.. This is annoying

The app is good but I can't switch off unnecessary notifications, can there be an option where it's just about money and nothing else, if its promotional notifications can I be paid for them coz I'm paying too for services

Update: What is with these pointless updates that just make it more difficult to log in? Now I can't get into my online banking account because the app keeps timing out on authentication. I'm generally neutral about the app itself. It goes through periods when it throws out a 'server error ', or just shows the green loading screen when opening it - no further. That's particularly frustrating when trying to approve payments using the app, with no option to switch to authentication request.

Incredible, notifications are not coming as expected. I've been with different service providers but Nedbank surpasses them all. My finances are always safe & l don't experience problems of unauthorised debits as l had with my previous bank. Thank you Neds, keep doing what you do best.

In order to buy a lotto ticket my location has to be on, which it is. The app still asks me to enable location which I do. When I go back it asks the same thing again. I've checked app permissions and it does have access. t's a never ending loop on the road to nowhere.

This app is definitely user-friendly. Would just like an option to set a certain amount that you can use the "tap" function without your pin and als choose to use the tap function, but then it should ask you each time for your pin regardless of the amount. Bit overall, a great app. Would just love to have those options as well.
