It is very easy to use, and I actually really enjoy going around and scanning all of the items from my shopping trips. My 4 year old loves helping me scan them, too!😁 I absolutely recommend this app. Especially if you do not mind scanning your items. That's literally all you have to do. No receipts, just scanning!

NCPMobile is fun and easy to use. Just select the store you shopped, scan the products purchased, type in the price and quantity and the total you spent on that visit. If your item doesn't have a barcode that is scannable, you have the option to type the numbers in. If your item doesn't have a barcode to scan, you can enter it another way to get credit. 😉

So far so good. Entering trips every week and getting points on time. The only reason not 5 stars is it would be way easier and make things better if there was someday to just scan receipts to e ter the information instead of manually inputting everything and scanning each and every individual item from your trip. Which if you do not do as soon as you are unloading your bags, becomes a problem as packages get thrown away or you forget what items you had purchased on that trip. But so far so good

Have worked with NCP for a number of years now along with other receipt/money savings refunding apps. NCP is one of the best, consistent, most valuable and easy to work with apps. I've been asked, why spend the time scanning products and receipts to get such small amounts of savings or rebates. I do it because.. 1. I want my opinion to count 2. It's like throwing the change in a jar.. it adds up! 3. It's the only way I'm this economy to provide Christmas and birthday gifts for my family. ❤️

Great app! Easy to use! I like being able to share my comments and feel like maybe I am making a difference. I do wish that it was a little easier to submit shopping trips when you grocery shop online for curbside pick-up. Walmart is difficult because when you go back & forth from the app, it doesn't stay open & you have to go back to the list for the prices.

Ypu mist scan individual items and then tally the total... so many options to pick at the end for submission like type of payment etc. For a busy family this isn't easy to do. Plus scanning items. Individually is near to impossible because we are short on. Time and live in a hot climate and need to put stuff away asap. Wish you could just scan the receipt like other apps. Plus it will take 5 years to earn enough points to redeem anything.

5 yrs later...no changes. App needs work on the GUI input options. Many listed stores not even in my area; still unable to configure list to make it more efficient for me to use; some things I NEVER buy but can't remove from list. Would like to be able to configure the set-up to be optimized for ME. Discount options are inflexible. It's obvious the developers and NCP supervisors don't use this app or changes would already be implemented. STILL only a 3 star rating.

It's very simple to use and I've already used some points for a gift card!!! Entering the pick n win is fun because there's a variety to choose from!!! It's a great app all the way around!!! I had to call once, but the gal was super helpful, and my issue was fixed quickly!!! She stayed on the line while I was fixing it so she could make sure it was correct!!! 5 stars absolutely!!!

After many years i still take the surveys and report my trips although the incentives are much less than 14 years ago. And the silly games with prospects of getting additional incentive points have become a waste of time as over the years they have cosistantly shaved off the points available. The "game", Treasure Trove" is the worst yet. I experimented by always picking the same box for a year and only once did I get a reasonable award. So that was about 1 in 500 tries. This app is a lot of work

Beneficial if you shop weekly. It does give you points towards gift cards that are easily redeemable. But it is time consuming. You have to scan each individual item. Produce & and meats are another challenge as they usually don't scan. They do offer at certain times other ways to win points. Just completed the winter wonderland. On all the earned spins all I ever earned was "Sorry", so you never win on the spins.

It seems to be ok. The trouble is when you have a lot of items to scan, then having to manually put in the prices. Being able to scan the receipts would be a lot more convenient. Also, like with others, surveys can be a waste of effort. You spend time then get booted out. Which makes me think how accurate information (any "survey" not just these) is if they only want to poll "certain people" for it.

Was nice until it randomly ended my membership due to inactivity. I missed maybe a week or two, but got back into scanning my purchases. I suddenly got an email stating that not enough barcodes were scanned , and they ended my membership. I didn't think missing two weeks would just end my account. Also, I don't recall ever being told there is a minimum of barcodes needed to keep your membership active. Was doing this for 2 years, and this happened and was a bit disappointed.

I love this app. Except for the fact that when my Walmart order comes in I have to manually put in all the prices I pay. However, if I go through Neighborhood Market, it just pops up. The reason I don't use Neighborhood Market is they don't carry some stuff I need or want. Update:It took almost a year to fix aforementioned problem but it's working so much faster on the scanning since I no longer need to also enter the cost of each item. Thank you for fixing that.

This is a great app, just wish I would remember to scan all of my shops so I get more points to score prizes and rewards. The app does a great job of scanning the barcodes, tracking each item for my shops, and keeping it all straight each time I submit a shop. I am able to access all features in the app, and everything is pretty straightforward.

Amazing. I love this app. I e been trying to catch a spot for 3yrs and finally 2 weeks ago I was able to get a spot on here. I'm completely thrilled. The app is actually really fun. You can take surveys, get discounts, great rewards, play sweepstakes, & more. The only thing is me. I keep forgetting after my shopping trip to scan everything. You get tons of points really easy. If you haven't tried this app due to not getting a spot yet, don't give up. Keep trying. Youll eventually get a shot.

Haven't seen rewards of any kind yet after a year of participating off and on. Now my account has been reset, (taking me down to Zero points) :( which they warned would happen, if I didn't scan any new purchases within "X" amount of days. Easy enough. Just have to remember to scan something once a day or a week. It's simple, if you want points so you can enter to win things, you just gotta participate.

When I shop I buy a lot of groceries at once. Scanning the items individually is a major inconvenience, in-store or at home. I'll often just not bother with it... Then I'll get notifications that threaten membership cancellation. I don't know why whole receipt scans are not implemented as with other apps. Overall with surveys added, the reward isn't worth the inconvenience for me.
