This NCB Mobile App has come a long way in recent years. It's very easy to navigate when you are on the go. Most importantly, it is very secure .

Unable to sign into this buggy app. The app keeps loading with password and username and is not being granted access. Totally absurd !!!!!???

App keeps asking if I want to use my fingerprint for authentication, I continuously click dismiss and it pops up everytime you make a click on anything. What kind of rubbish it that 🤬🤬🤬

Just changed my phone to a Samsung 24 Ultra and the App not opening.noticed a cpl people having the same issue, can the tech dept help us out here..

The consolidate portfolio view is good. The tabs are well laid out and efficient that's good. A good work in progress.

I see everyone is having a problem ncb need to sort it out soon, I waste my time downloading this app I can't even sign up when I click on sign up all I see is a white blank space nothing else this app have allot issues, it's not ready to be use yet I can't even give it a ratings because for me its rubbish

Ever since I have upgraded my phone the app has not worked! Worked perfectly before. Should be able to do the same in the regular app. Consolidation would be good.

This app should be removed and consolidated with the ncb mobile app to have customers entering one portal for the group which would achieve the same purpose. There is no benefit to having two mobile apps for one Group. Consolidate and you should have a better customer buy-in.

App is very slow. Everytime you try to log in it gives you a message that an error has occurred and when you finally get in the page takes a while to come up.

I recently changed phones and I am having issues with the app. App Worked before (with issues of course) on previous phone but now the app won't even open. Uninstalled and reinstall numerous times and still nothing.

This app was a good idea but is always having issues with logging in or general usage. It should have been incorporated in the NCB app since they always always updating it anyway. 2/10 will not recommend.

It wont stay logged in for long. It keeps kicking me out after about a couple minutes and saying it encountered an error. Then I have to log in and start over the transaction. Very annoying.

The app doesnt work any at all... There is always an error message.. I have been trying to purchase Trans Jamaican Highway and for the life of me there are only error messages. please fix it

Decent app to be honest. Really like how Jamaica is keeping up with the times and glad that NCB is leading the way. The only problem I see at times is when logging in the app sometimes I would get an error messaging and can't get in. I hope to see it as stable as the other NCB mobile app. I'm expecting to see some added features as time progresses but good job so far.

A decent first release. Im glad they have done this and it is another clean looking app in the NCB portfolio. Since the feedback function isnt implemented i'll state some obvious things that needs to be added/improved here: - There is no way to simple search for a ticker and view its details. - No ability to interact with or view the details of the stocks that are shown on the daily summary screen and the trending screen - There needs to be a dedicated Trade tab that has the buy/sell feature...
