Unable to login because app says an update is required. I hit the update button and it doesn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still says update required.

Keeps saying needs update AFTER updating! Please fix. Android google play store. Thanks Update : still saying needs update AFTER Uninstall and reinstall. Also rebooted phone. Thanks for your help.

This app does not allow you to login, just gives an error and now it's talking about updating the app. So I'm left to using the ez pass and just paying the bill.

Upgraded my phone from Google pixel 6 to Google pixel 9 Pro XL. Cannot get the app to load. It says I need an upgrade. It shows the pixel 6 every time I try to load it on the new phone. I've uninstalled and installed it several times.

Terrible app, it keeps telling me to update to the latest version. I update it, my phone says update complete and it still doesn't work, even after restarting my phone. Technology sucks, particularly this.

This is not a very good app. I'm having the same problems with login to my account. On top of that, it keeps saying that I need to update the app (even though it's already been updated). They need to fix the problems with this app 😑.

Everytime i open the app, it tells me I need an update. I don't. The browser website is faster. The reset/email link is spoty at best. Hands down the worst app I've ever used

Worked fine until now. Every time I open the app, it tells me I need to update it. Upon opening Google play to update, it is already up to date. I can then click on open, and then it will work.

Everytime getting a message aaking to update to new version, but there is no new version available in Play store. Not sury why sending the alert without having the new version available in Play store to download. still no use, didn't see any updated version in playstore.

This version is much better than before. Wished transactions would post sooner than 24/48 hours. Also the app always asks me to update but no update in the app store. So i open the app, hit update, takes me to app store, no update available only option is to hit uninstall or open, hit open then it lets me login.

I'm new to the application but anytime I open it I get a prompt that I have to download an update to login or use it. The problem is I am on the latest version with no update available in my Google Play app store so I continue using it and get the pop up every single screen that I navigate to. Bad front end UI.

I have been an app user for a little over 2 years now with 3 vehicles. I downloaded your new app an quickly noticed a few flaws. Here are 3 things that the old app has that I can't find on the new app: 1. Once you turn on HOV status, there is no way to turn it off. 2. Once the HOV status is requested, there is no way to know if it's active. 3. Once you request HOV, there is no longer the 15 minute countdown. These are functions in the old app that would greatly benefit being added.

On both the website and app, I'm constantly experiencing errors and crashes, causing me to be unable to pay my fees. I've tried different phones, browsers etc. and nothing seems to fix it. For wanting to take people's money, at least make your products USABLE! Get it together NC Quick Pass!

Great app! Navigation within the app is a breeze! I can update payment information, view statements, see toll history, and send messages. I updated my transponders with nicknames and added a cute, color coded aviator for each vehicle! It was easy to login, using my previous credentials. Good job with the app design and rollout!

You asked me if I am enjoying the app? Not really. After unable to reset password called support and was told my account had been deactivated (with CC link, cars, transponders, balance and trx). Then told "the USER ID is case-sensitive so remember how you create it" Really developers? Was unable to change plates on my cars after getting NC plates. Had to delete them and reenter! I was being charged higher fees because of the numbers mismatch but was unable to update them! So no, not enjoying it!

The app works. However, it's 6 steps to set HOV status which I think is worse than the old app. It's unsafe to use while driving. The funny part is 1 of the steps is to acknowledge that it's unsafe to use the app while driving! :D There should be an HOV on/off on the main screen. Better yet, create a widget where we can turn HOV on/off without even using the app. Also, what's up with the 15 minute wait?

Really bad app. Says I am unable to login because my username and password do not match. I visually confirmed it's correct and I can login via my browser without issue. And to top it off, it locked my account for 30 minutes with a very brief message that you don't have time to read. This is insane. Now I'm dead in the water and scared to try and use the app as I don't want the account locked in the future. This is bad. Never seen anything so bad.

It works is all I can say. The older version remembered my login on on Android. This version does not. I keep having to reset password every time I want to log in. It's not my phone as all my other travel apps work just fine. I only use app to verify the payments once EZ Pass emails me that it took funds from my account. When I have been successful in logging in it works as expected.

Update: Customer service (during hours) is always exceptional. The app still needs some major work, but I am 100% beyond pleased with customer service. (P.S. I was not using special characters.) The password I set never works. It always requires a reset. The problem is that you are not allowed to reset the password online or through the app. You have to call customers service. But is customer service going to answer on a weekend? No, they will not. Worst app I have ever used.

Thankfully, I have no issues logging in, but my issue is with the HOV status. I wish it was more clearly stated that it takes 15 minutes for it to update your status. It should say something like, "Set HOV status AT LEAST 15 minutes before entering express lanes." I do feel like it took more than 15 minutes for my status to be updated, which led to me being charged for tolls.
