I have been using National Bank's app for the past 2 and 3 years. I am facing two major issues. 1. Any person having difficulty in writing account number in transaction bar while transferring money where cut copy paste facility should be ... 2. When sending the complaint by typing everything in the complaint portal, it cannot be sent. please look and fix it.

When I emailed and downloaded my account statement by NBP Digital App, then I checked the statement. I found that withholding tax deduction was not shown on profit (my account is PLS) but the total or balance amount was shown after withholding tax deduction. It was very confusing. I confirmed this discrepancy from the branch. Remaining the App is working fantastic. Kindly look into it. Thanks

The app was quite simple and easy to use. But with the recent update, they made it impossible to sign in on a device without the registered phone number although you get the PIN on your email as well. There's no way to manually enter the PIN after new update. Fix this and I'll update the stars.

I have been using NBP Digital App for almost 2 years. It has been a great experience. This is the problem since few days, electricity bill is not being deposited. As soon as I click on the electricity option, no result found comes written Even after updating this app, Still this issue is coming up, I also called the helpline of National Bank but they also disappointed me.help me please

I am editing my previous comment because You are saying that I am lying.... your App is not accepting my Easy paisa Account number which is my mobile number " Now", your app is only accepting Easy paisa IBAN number, "After this pathetic update". This app development is one of my fields nothing new to me. I can send you your IBAN / Account Number text box beautiful error message screenshot in this regard.

Unable to use app , showing not connected to internet Edited 03 Aug 2023: Worst App Kindly do not use it for Raast transfer. It happened to me the second time my 3 raast payments are successfully from NBP bank and didn't received on receiving account. This is the second time my amount got stucked with no information on when it will be back

I have installed a mobile application, but it only shows the money. When I try to transfer, it says that your account has not been upgraded. Very slow app. It takes much time in opening. After entering user name and password , an alert says " session timed out. Try again " Help line is also silent in the problem . Very very painful app

Respected NBP Digital App Team You have introduced many good features, it's a pleasure but one of them is not working properly i.e. fund transfer limit, I once set the limit to 10,000 due to security reason, but now the limit is not increasing despite trying many times. how many times I have called the helpline in three days, Sometimes they give some advice and sometimes some other advice, but the transfer limit is not increasing, please solve this problem as soon as possible.

It's been a month I can't make transactions from my nbp app. I called the helpline and they said uninstall the app we are deactivating your id then you will register again and it will work fine. I uninstalled the app again installed it after 48 hours. Now, when I'm registering, it says the cnic is already registered and when i login they said your account is inactive please register first. I'm frustrated rn.

August 1, 2024 From few days, when I open bank app on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S6), an Alert "Permission Not Granted" appears which then does not allow me to do anything on the app even I can't login to my account. Can you assist me in this issue. Thanks

In recent update, why is it necessary to allow nbp app to access, make and manage my phone calls, if I 'm selecting "don't allow" then an Alert pops up asking me to Allow as it is a mandatory requirement. A clear violation of public privacy.

With this current update, it's compulsory to insert sim in same mobile and without putting sim, you can't use the application. Please take a review of this option and make it convenient for users to use the app without this condition and the old version / technique may also be followed for better use of customers (Putting OTP from mobile is a good option). please take a review and considered my suggestion.

I am trying to open an account, it starts loading when i click the open account button, I waited for 10 minutes and it is still loading, I tried many times and it is the same error, they don't start the process. I used UBL they have the best account opening process.

Overall the app was working fine but from few weeks whenever i try to transfer some amount from my account, it shows the account restrict. I have already called helpline few times, they just told me there is no issue from their side. So if the application has any problem, kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

Why is it so that after paying my electricity bill through this app, the amount gets refunded back within three or four days saying that the transaction was not successful while at the time of bill payment, the app deducts the amount from my associated bank account and sends me a Successful Transaction Message. This has been happening with me for the last three months and it happens only with electricity (PESCO) bills, SNGPL bills are done smoothly without any hassle. Please guide and help.

NBP Digital is a reliable platform, but the absence of an in-app email change feature is a notable drawback. Adding this functionality would greatly improve user convenience. It's a feature many users expect, and implementing it would undoubtedly enhance the overall user experience. Looking forward to seeing this important addition in future updates.

I recently attempted to use the mobile banking app from [Bank Name], but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The registration process, which should be straightforward and user-friendly, turned out to be a significant hurdle. Customer service is not fully trained, a delima. However, the real issue began when the app repeatedly failed to recognize the account number I entered, despite it being accurate. Error messages were vague.
