After update of spending categories you cannot follow-up expenses on time. You need to wait for days to show what you have spent.

When trying to purchase from an e-shop when i enter my card info and it requires an approval, after i approve the teansaction on my nbg app, when i return to the merchant's page the transaction isn't complete. You should add a button to the return to merchants page.

As the app the same for the customer service. I reset my phone and since then no one can help me retrieve my username. I live in Canada and I should be able by giving all the required information and credentials to unlock my account but unfortunately the application is not giving the option to have my Canadian phone number as the only option from nbg is to have a Greek numberin order to receive the OTP messages to Viber.

Hello, You need to check a bug you have on the prepaid cards. The balance is not updated for days unless the user clicks to check the transaction history of the specific card.

Automatic otp fill-in error in mobile phone (the otp that automatically appears on screen is invalid and leads to system lock after few efforts)

Cannot verify address with documents for over a week, while this should be a 15mins automated process. Cannot add other address through mobile, because some error, while I managed to add it through web. Cannot leave feedback on web under "Give feedback" section due to "list not available" error. On top of that they charged me to randomly issue a new card and send it to my previous address. ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE A BANK? Moving my funds elsewhere, you are dangerous at the very least.

There is no option for paying the yearly tax income with interest-free payments (up to 12), unlike other banks' apps like Alpha, Piraeus, Eurobank, etc. I know you can do it through web banking. This review is for the app. Also, there is no option to display the purchases made only with fixed monthly payments.

Doesn't save login credentials. With the new update I wasted 10 minutes and requested 3 otps in the same session. Kindergarten developers.

How hypocritical of the Bank/s when they state and advertise that they will never ask for your personal details and we see this particular popular bank with it's extreme great service with a number of customers asking for all there personal details, of course it's for security purposes, right ? They don't want us to walk into there store and talk privately to a representative but prefer to have all your details on line so they keep the phishing and all the scammers working.

Unable to update my personal details through govgr. Although authorization was given the app just froze on updating screen and never completed the update

Can't believe how trash this app is. Managed to get a card and for some reason it is for an old shared account, not the actual account I am getting paid in. In addition you pay huge commissions to load the prepaid/virtual cards and I cannot even pay my phone bill with those.

It's forcing you to register the account on the device, but if you want to log in into a second account it unregisters your first account and forces you to register the second one. Of course if you want to log in on the first one again it unregisters the second one and forces you to register the first one again. You can't skip the registrations, which take about 5 minutes each time. You can't have more than one account per device. Terrible design. Just go to another bank.

App was not well thought out. Very glitchy. Transfer to other accounts don't work, always errors. Expected though. Still haven't fixed issue after years.... Horrible apathetic response as well to update app. No wonder banks are losing to other competitors... Time to move on from this Dino tech.

The new version for some reasons shares the "device registration". In my phone I have multiple nbg accounts when I swap it asks again for device registration on each from start after each login. Please fix it ASAP. It's not about what's recommended. It's about what a client asks. The app is 100% unusable now. As a developer myself I can call it trash app. "Registration of a device is one-time" as so called feature does not even work properly. Seek with your dev department to fix the issue

Lately, i can't even activate the fast login feature because the autofill OTP does not work, nor i receive a code for it. In general, i can't edit my settings and receive any OTP. I'll 5 star it when you fix it. (The issue is after i put the code on Fast Login, in the screen that you put the code to pass the setting, the code is empty even if i have selected auto complete on this device)

Zero stars! I cannot even access the app! Not even through the website, BTW. It asks me to change the password, and it fails to do so every single time. This has been an issue for a long time now, so they don'tcare about fixing it. We are not talking about not being able to access your account in some silly little app, but in a banking app! This is criminal!

Making appointments through the app is ridiculous because they never reach the branch! Making appointments to get help, instead you get in contact with rude and arrogant employees!!!! I regret I opened my account with NBG!!!!

Unable to register as a new customer. Half the times it says I am already a customer (not true) and half it crashes. It's a shame, because the app itself, from what I have seen from family members, seems great and that was the main reason for me wanting to open an account with you.
