The app interface needs to be upgrade to keep up with the other banking apps because it looks so out dated, as well as add new features and improve the existing, and it's a must to add more detailed tutorials such as detailed videos with various languages

This app is completely usless, I cannot even set it up or reach the homescreen, and I get a 404 error message once I open it. I can see that the user experience on Android is very poor compared to Apple. Whoever is responsible for the app development at that bank, whether it is the local IT department or third party, need to understand that there are Android users who need this app as much as Apple users, so they need to focus on the user experience on Android as well.

The app never worked for the twenty something times I tried it. The only time it worked, it was lagging so much that it couldn't even start the log in page. DO SOMETHING! P.S Now it's around 02:00 a.m and the app finally worked after half a day of trying and failing to use it. I was surprised by the great interface we have now in this app. No kidding guys, it's a great improvement from the previous version and it looks supercool. I will change my 1 star rating to 5 stars. GREAT WORK NBE GUYS!

The new updated application is horrible, it rarely works, biometric feature isn't working at all, it's too slow and the new UI is too poor I keep entering the correct password with no response, no objection appears for wrong password. Too bad version even the version of Alahli net isn't working at all. Kindly fix these issues ASAP

One of the worst applications ever!!! After a great suffer, I updated it, then still suffering. Takes a long time to load. Then when I type the user ID and then try to type the password, it says that it's invalid, seriously???!!!! After many attempts, still not working. Guys plz, fix this issue, you're already giving us hard times at your branches, there's no need on the application too...

The application is now having trouble logging in and a message appears: The system cannot process the request. Please try again later. The problem lies in the application itself on iPhone and Android phones. I hope to solve this problem and update the application as soon as possible.

The app literally sucks, it gives me errors that my phone is rooted or that I don't have playstore installed, none of this is true. And It even works sometimes when I try like 20 times or delete cache and try again. Overall worst app I have ever tried.

There is lagging during signing in process , and "the rooted device is not supported retry again" message .. !! The app is up-to-date, but still get that message !! It appears many times, and I couldn't log into my account while needed .. you need to fix this issue ASAP

The user interface is hideous to say the least. The functionality is very good. If there's actually someone who monitors reviews, 1) make a true app, not a mobile web version 2) aesthetics is important 3) consider additional functions such as reserving a branch ticket, issuing a supplementary credit or debit card, and issuing a credit card for the first time against a time deposit or salary. It's not a lot to ask for, even for a government owned bank.

It works, but lacks several features, like booking a ticket to customer care, advanced filters on account activity that were there before but for some reason removed, and issuing cards to your name rather than go to the branch for staff to creatively miss it up. Also, just because the logo is gold and green doesn't mandate the website to be the same, horrendous. The app is not really an app as it loads the usual Webpage. But I know I'll have to live with this abomination for like 7 years minimum

Very poor performance after the last update ( i need to reinstall this app every couple of days just to be able to login, it forgotten my password ( That i have. Been using since 2019, locked my account and the call center was busy throughout the week, hence, i couldn't reset my password)) i would advise people to use the website instead of this failed app ( before the last update, this app was running smooth as butter for more than 2 years)

I wish there was a lower rating. You have our money and freely decide to suddenly without any warning or notification to kick us out of our accounts because you decided to create a NEW app and not upgrade/UPDATE the current ONE! And the new one is not better! It's function over layout if you can't do both. Whatever the reasoning was, customers must be notified in any way shape or form and not blindsided . HAVE TRANSPARENCY, COMMUNICATION, EFFICIENCY.

Pros: Added new features such as : biometrics & soft token. Cons: Erratic login access, sometimes works, others does not. Extremely slow. New features not active yet. No screenshot feature. Does not allow Google to store log in info. Have not tested printing capability yet. Needs serious and quick updates as the older fully functional version is deactivated which resulted in major operational disruptions.

Since yesterday the app is not working. Error message keeps telling me that I am offline and that I need to check my internet connection! I am supposed to have the latest update. What's wrong then?! 🧐🤔 Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing changed. Same error message. Tried logging from my computer web browser, same issue! The web page is unreachable! Tried to reach CS, all lines are busy!

If there was a rating less than one star, it doesn't worth any rating at all The app halts in splash screen, doesn't load, and if loaded takes much time you should wait for more than a minute if loaded User interface is very poor and not helpful. Older version had poor interface but worked, now, your new update is both, doesn't work, great delay, and ultra poor web design

Very disappointed..this is the worst experience i had ever with banks.. there's a full contrast between the app and the bank system, the app sent that the service was stopped without any reason, and when i called the call center they told me that the service is working and it's not. I don't know what i have to do. I can't do any process tell now. How lossers !

The worst transition to a new application one can ever experience, you can't cancel the old one unless you have made sure the new one is fully completed and tested, but over last three days I have had nothing but inability to log in to my account and do my transactions.. And the customer care employees have nothing to do except saying the application is not yet fully functional and that's why I have to keep Waiting... Indeed poor service and poor planning

Guys, if you really want to enhance and upgrade the user experience in the mobile app, you need to listen! Please take a note of the below for the future app releases: 1. App is visually enhanced, but dramatically SLOW! this mobile app is the slowest ever in the whole mobile industry! 2. You can't keep on reloading images from a server in the fixed tabs of the app, they need to be embedded in the app design itself. 3. BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION CAN'T BE THROUGH MOBILE SMS ONLY! A LOT OF USERS ABROAD

This is self sabotaging. You could not make sure that you have a fully working app before stopp the old one?! Update : It finally worked but it takes forever to load. The interface is not easy or clean like the old one. It feels like a web page not an application. Also, what kind of font are you using? Seriously? .. Please look how CIB interface is clean n easy and mimic it if you can't build it yourself!

It doesn't even deserve the one star, the worst banking experience ever, this is the first time a bank upgrades its mobile banking app by rolling out a new one App without informing customers, over the sudden the old app stopped working and a new one needs to be downloaded without any prior notification, what a mess!!! The app itself is awful, toke several trials to pass the welcome screen, then after getting finally logged in, not able to enable biometric authentication as the form is very long
