Severe audio lag when watching live tv. The audio is delayed about 10 seconds when the going to commercials. Then it remains unsynchronized throughout the program when the commercials end. I've been experiencing this for several months now with no signs of getting better. Live tv shows are now unwatchable.

I don't know if it was an app update or the NBC backend, but it has been buffering to the point of being unwatchable. Please fix this, it's the only way I can watch CNBC.

The app says it's not connected to the internet right after I downloaded it from, you know, the internet. Apparently NBC doesn't care if it's apps just don't work.

Takes way too many button presses to get to the channel and show that you want, they should separate out their properties like cnbc, nbc, msnbc into different apps. For some apps, you can usually use voice to circumvent long hierarchical menus, but NBC doesn't work at all with voice. Also they made it very difficult to rewind on remotes that don't have a jump back button. It takes five button presses to jump back a few seconds, but it's almost impossible to get it to only do a few seconds as you have to press so many buttons.
