App was great until Android updates yesterday. A couple of hours troubleshooting and still get application failed to load. It was really nice not having to fire up the laptop to bank. Help so.... the next day it was fixed. So it wasn't just me.. Good job.

Mobile deposit almost always rejects business checks saying the amount doesn't match. Have taken the photo of the check multiple times and gave up. Now have to go to the bank! Infuriating! Why don't you call Bank of America and ask if you can license their app that NEVER FAILS!!!

Was working, now completely unusable for making deposits (which is all I use it for). The problem is with the camera. You take the picture then the program makes it high contrast to the point the software can't read the check. This is something new as I've been using the program for over a year. What really is frustrating is that there is NO support email to contact them at so that's why it's such a low rating - don't want to spend a bunch of time on the phone so if this gets their attention, great. Would love a follow up on what to do. DOES ANYONE IN SUPPORT READ THESE REVIEWS?

This app is terrible it crashes alot and says the password is invalid although it is not, Update new app worked great for a few months now it won't load no matter how many times I uninstall completely and reinstall. I have other financial apps including a banking app where I have another account and I don't have any issues with those apps. Again this app is terrible!

I am a customer of several years and for the first time in a long time the app has been acting really strange. I have not been able to deposit a mobile check and I had to uninstall the app and now I'm trying to install the app, and it's not working. I have almost perfect cell coverage so not sure what's going on there and their muscle connected to Wi-Fi.

I usually check my account activity each morning,,right now it hasn't let me log in for 5 days,just boots me out,I've unistalled and reinstalled afew times,says it has bug,try updating once fixed,how do I know when it's fixed.having to go to ATM to check balances, ask clerks if they knew,they had no clue..very frustrating,,on the verge of switching banks if this isn't resolved this week

I only have one negative thing - I'm scroling down looking at my transactions. Once I click on something, on purpose or otherwise, it shows me info for that transaction. All's great til i exit that transaction. This is where i get so frustrated. The page starts all the way back at the top of the transactions, & I have to scroll again to where I was. Other than that, no other issues. until 9/8/21 Now i can't get app to open. some kind of error so i deleted app & reinstalled, still can't get in

This app absolutely sucks!!!!!!!!!! I can't tell you how many times I have put my correct login and password and I still have to call in to have them help me. And half the time the tech people don't even know what they are doing! And then have had to uninstall so many times and then reinstall but half the time I have to wait for it to install. One time I had to wait for two days before it would install. Again this app sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to love my NB Mobile app, never had any problems with it. Now, "Mobile deposit failed!" is all I see when trying to deposit checks since the update in early July. I can check my balance over the phone, don't need an app for that. The mobile app is useless without the mobile deposit option.

Like the new app with the exception of two things..... 1.....miss the pin # for quick log on, especially when passwords are often misspelled on small phone keyboards. 2.....old app seemed to be easier to read first part of transaction to know where it was. This one you have to tap on it to get past all the numbers, and then it takes you back to the top of the list instead of where you left off. Other than those it's great thanks!

I am not a fan of being charge 9 dollars a month for using this bank. the App is pretty smooth and user freindly though.

Edit 06/29/2025Here we are agian with another update that is worse than what they had. I don't want to see numbers on my posted transaction, I want to see who it is. I don' want to open each one to see it. the same with pending transaction I want to see the information now not when its posted. How can i stop a fraudulent transaction before it post if i can't see the information

I've been with NBA for 18 years, great bank! The app is decent, everything at a glance/click...however I just downloaded the update, everything looks different and I can get used to that but it won't let me turn on the "running balance" and I don't like that at all! It's not that I can't do the math myself, I just got use to not having to. Why is it an option if it isn't going to work? Update: When I checked my account today the "running balance" is now working as it should. I updated my rating.

Bill pay, is way slow compared to other banks and credit unions I have paid Bill's with. Meaning it takes a week to pay your Credit Card bill at $4k. But I have never ran into this problem in the past. National Bank of Arizona does offer at a fee of $14 to pay it right away. But others like American First Credit Union will pay it within a few days. other then that National Bank of Arizona is fine. just don't pay bill with them. /rk

This app SUCKS!!! I can't log in, there is an error, I know my user and password is correct, it just won't let me access, why I have to call the bank every time I need to check my balance and transactions? Called the bank, they couldn't help with this problem, uninstalled and re installed the app, still have the same problem!

App has been great until two days ago. Now when I attempt opening it, it crashes. I've cleared cache. It opens once but next time it continues to crash. I uninstalled the app. After reinstalling, it crashes when I attempt to open the app. I can use the web-based banking. Nevertheless, doing so is more cumbersome. Thank you.

Yeah, it's not usable. I can't log into my account through the application. ( When I know my credentials are correct) The only way I can access my account is through a desktop or an internet browser. This update simply doesn't work. In the past, (2016-2018) or before the update. It was a great app. I was able to manage my accounts easily. But now it just won't let me into my account.

The authentication process I had to do after the app updated was ridiculous, it wouldn't let me choose the mobile verification and made me use my email. It took forever for the email to send and by that point I thought I'd just try and resend it. The original email chose that moment to finally send, but because I had tried to resend it, the code was completely useless. I got a super vague "please wait a short time" message. Does that mean 10 minutes or an hour? Come on guys

Extremely difficult to figure out. With help of comments found the "deposit" option on the "+" at the bottom of the app. Then I had to figure out to click the green checkmark to confirm to accept the check image(I thought the green checkmark was them saying the image was captured). Not user friendly at all. I tried using the back arrow to get back etc then the check image disappeared.

The application works great, there are a few features that could be better. I run ad guard on my phone to stop the annoying ads. And that interferes with the biometric login and the regular login which will then prompt you for a one-time passcode. Even clicking the I use this often. Check box is still would ask me for the one time passcode. Just go into adguard and remove the app from protection and everything will work as expected.
