user friendly app. one of the functionality i liked as compared to sadapay is that we can easily send money through inbox. no need to select bank or other things. just open contact from inbox and pay that person instantly

this is an extremely disgusting and scam app. today an amount of 3225 has been transferred from my account without my consent and knowledge. i didn't subscribe to any website and gave any detail of my card to it , but out of no where the amount has been cut from my account saying it's a subscription which i didn't subscribe. i have filed a dispute in the app. but still not received my payment back.

Beware of hidden charges! I encountered an unexpected fee on failed international transactions. The actual amount was available in my account (which may be less due to their taxes), yet deductions were made for failed transactions without prior notice. When I contacted, they explained that "If transactions fail, they'll charge for each. Other banks don't levy such fees as they incorporate annual card charges." Now, I used another bank card with the same amount & made the purchase successfully.

I really like this app and using almost from last 2 year, but now I'm facing the app crashing issue on Samsung note 10 plus Also I tried the following steps 1. Update the app 2. Uninstall and reinstall the app Still facing the crash issue even app not open once

Too much ridiculous this is totally lotera app. Will not use it never ever again. On fail of international transaction they cut 400 plus from my account which is too much ridiculous and this is for second time. You also have lots of funds in your account to make them rich for such type of ridiculous charges

Login issue every time. Their customer support team is also very unhelpful. They provide no assistance over the phone or email. Your big amount is stuck with them, they've logged you out and now not letting you login. Wow!

this is awesome but I have a suggestion which could be very beneficial for the users. Please add a new feature through which people could withdraw payment of benazir income support program in their nayapay account. As the agents do not pay them the complete amount.

Assalam-u-Alaikum, this app is amazing! I had to do international transactions and I used its Visa Debit Card. The transactions were very fast and secure Overall, it is a great digital wallet I personally like this app a lot However, I would suggest that the developer increase the transaction limits.

Terrible Transaction Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The customer support is abysmal, providing no assistance whatsoever. They imposed additional charges without any prior notification. These substantial amounts were deducted without using 3D Secure (3DS), making it impossible to foresee or prevent these extra costs. Be cautious when dealing with this service.

It was okay. But not now. They are charging extra charges by even after taking proper care of freezing my card in the app. You are charging on failed transaction I haven't made, I kept the card freez even after that I'm being charged of failed international transactions and more. This can be done by anyone else, as I have Compromised card that's why I freezes the card. N still I'm being charged. I want refund of that amounts. I'll be clicked by finding amounts in account n will rate 4star.

Absolutely garbage. They charged me transaction failed fee on very 3rd tried when I was purchasing UC from PUBG mobile. Transaction even didn't go through once. Opened a dispute and they closed it just buy saying it's non refundable ignoring the 3rd failed transaction. Used sadaPay virtual card instead, worked very well with online transactions specially when you have to buy UC. Thanks

It is my daily go-to, and no doubt it is a gem of banking apps in Pakistan and deserves 5 stars for sure. But I have two suggestions for the NayaPay team: 1. There should be SMS notifications for each transaction being made, whether online or offline, like ATM withdrawals (although it might not be economical for NayaPay, but it will surely be beneficial for customers) 2. This might be an early call, but I believe they should introduce in-app NFC support, like some other banks have.

I have found this app to be useful. The team listens to the feedback and do their best to resolve your issue if you run into problems. From when they started to now, the app experience has vastly improved. The fact it supports almost all of the merchants is saying something. Payments can be made using linked accounts or you can load amount on as-needed basis which. Good luck and Godspeed!

Very poor experience. App is painfully slow. The fonts are not user friendly. And the connection to other services, especially storm fiber, is very time consuming

It is one of the absolute worst services. They have blocked my acc from more than a month because i have done transaction to/from my own sadapay account. And one transaction with a client. And my payment is now stuck with them. Despite providing proofs they won't unblock my account. So stay safe from these scammers because i am pretty sure i am getting my payment now. It's me today, Tomorrow can be you. All they do is email that we are working on it.

Although my experience with the app has been awesome, the app is good and easy to use, but if i don't have data package or balace the won't work on the other hand easypaisa offers this facility by allowing us to use the app without data packages. I'm not complaining but it is a suggestion if the app can be accessed without data package or balance we would appreciate it.

Hello! My issue is that, before update we could have checked transactions from the previous month in the app by going to the payments section and clicking on the 'This Month' option, which would then show a list of previous months with dates. We could manually select and see how many and where transactions were made in previous months. But now, that option is not working. Maybe it's a bug or perhaps you've removed that option altogether. Please bring it back.. Thanks.

Extremely disappointing experience with Naya Pay! The app is glitchy and unreliable, and their customer support is unhelpful. I made a single mistake while using the app, and they blocked my card without warning. To make matters worse, I was charged unnecessary fees! The app is supposed to make transactions easy and convenient, but it's been a nightmare. I've wasted so much time and money trying to get it to work. The blocking of my card has caused me financial inconvenience and stress.
