App closes out and does not sync consistently with my Samsung Health. It's clunky on step count. While it does record the info, I am constantly having to go back in and resync. Cumbersome.

App is ok. Some information isn't readable, it doesn't send a notification to my phone of daily activities, and I've had to use a computer to sign up for new activities.

It's impossible to use. Constantly crashes and errors out every time I try to sync with my Garmin watch.

Can't sign in at all using either username/PW or the mobile log in code. Could not even send feedback thru the app, only get "Unknown Error" message. This app must not be optimized for Android. Disappointing!

Navigate should not be a word used for this app. Very difficult to navigate through challenges and hard to find information you may have found by accident before but can't get back to it. So frustrating

This app is board line trash!!!!!! I can't update any challenges unless I use the computer, I've reached out 3 different times about this and yet to hear back, my employer uses this for insurance and for fun, but it's far from fun

Backwards progress, this app actually used to work. Today every time I click on "Challenge" the app crashes. When I go to Settings > Account Settings the page is not scrollable (can only see the first few fields).

never works. nothing loads 90% of the time. I have gotten it to work all of two times and I hate it. also I can't remember the actual website my company uses so I can't even use that without asking HR to help me.

I cannot log in on the app. I keep getting "unknown error" message. I selected the Contact Us at the bottom and tried to submit but got the same message. I did uninstalled and reinstall it but got the same thing.

Privacy concerns, this app is very intrusive. There is no reason why it needs to have location permission set to "always allow". it should be able to use "allow ony while app is opened". Especially for an app which its use isnt discretionary.

Terrible app, it logs me out everything I try to access some menu options, like "challenges". I only have good luck when using the computer. My workplace switched from Walking Spree, and it's a downgrade for sure.

I have no idea what the app is like. I've tried multiple times to download it and just get a message saying "unknown error." Given that I was hacked once by a QR Scanning app I don't want to take chances sending the feedback email. I'm not confident that what I'm seeing is legit.

The app is way over done. To many challenges and to-dos all over the app. Hard to navigate and track. Just to busy and cluttered. Overwhelmed with so much. It needs to be simplified and streemed greatly. Syn with Samsung Health is not accurate. A lot of better apps out there like Samsung Health, Lifesum, Under Armour, ect.

This app is HORRIBLE. I can't login using my username or password because I get an error saying "unknown error". Then I try logging in using the mobile login code and I get another "unknown error" message. Then the worst part is trying to select contact us and filling out a form it STILL SHOWS ME "UNKNOWN ERROR". What the actual.

worst excuse for an app. out of 5 stars I give it zero! It won't work and they cannot tell you how long it will be down. In the meantime you are unable to do the challenges that you are working on. Then they blame Prisma health upgrades. After a week being down, I tried to reset the password. after several tries it failed. This app is junk and I now give it -10 stars. don't waste your time

Unable to access app today due to new requirements of downloading an additional app to access this app. Unable to access via desktop or mobile app. Still waiting on assistance. This is part of employer's health program to get a discount on health insurance premiums so I am not happy in the difficulty using this app and the time it has taken out of my day waiting for assistance.

Pretty bad app for tracking steps and the rest of data needed to meet goals. Just doesn't work. After my last review this app has gotten worse. Won't track steps for anything. You actually have to get on the app and hit the historical fetch over and over. One of the worst apps out there.

I am very surprised that this app gets a 4 star rating at the time I am writing this. I give would give it a 0. Shouldn't we use less of the devices and get moving, eat and live healthy ... this app is just another form of tracking and forcing you to document your life - stressing out that you won't collect enough points to save on your health insurance premium. We could do without it. Why we do we need to do digital paperwork for things that we anyway do ... very disappointing.

The app is ok but with major flaws. I'm on a galaxy 23 with updated OS. Navigate won't refresh with my Garmin watch. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting but the reconnect screen doesn't load all the way and is white with 2 toggles visible, not writing, and nothing to hit submit or confirm so it just stays there. I tried calling for support but after 10min of hold, I was told by the automated recording that no one was available and to leave a message. So the app doesn't work & there's no help.

app is super slow to load, completely trash user interface. It is unclear and difficult to find how you are getting points, how to see how many points you have, and ultimately actually use the app for it's intended purpose - to gather info so you can get a discount on insurance. definitely fulfills the company's goal making it more difficult for employees to get a discount. Garbage app and company that essentially adds more steps and bull to make it harder for employees to save money.
