한 달전 부터 앱 로그인이 되지 않습니다. 백그라운드 업로드는 잘 되는데 모바일환경에서 접속이 안됩니다. wifi, 데이터환경 모두 동일합니다. 고객센터 문의했지만 앱 로그상에는 문제없다고 어떻게 해줄 수 없다고 합니다. 얼른 고쳐주세요.

Naver Mybox is the one of my favorite Cloud Storage. This app has awesome user interface and options. Thanks Naver corporation for developing it 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷

⚠️Intricate sign up process for a cloud storage service. You have to provide gender information and DOB and provide proof of age by submitting a "registered ID". I am not going to provide my government ID for any cloud storage app. That's asking for all kinds of trouble. ⛔️🚮

This app does have English interface, so language is not an issue. Although you do need to have a Naver account that has been name verified, which I am glad that I do have. I am still rather new to the Naver services, so it would take me sometimes to explore the capabilities and features.
