I purchased Naukri's Fast Forward services three months ago, hoping for a boost in my job search. Despite investing in their top-tier offerings like resume display, resume writing, job alerts via mail and SMS, and priority applicant status, I haven't received a single call from recruiters. It's disheartening to see my money go to waste due to false advertising. I strongly advise others not to fall for their promises and avoid wasting money on Naukri's services.

Good app i am using since long.they are improving the features and make more users friendly. It is great experience now they totally changed the previous app. Now they are using Ai base application. It was astonishing experience.

I'm using this application frequently and from long time back. I would want to suggest a few things like whenever I got any notification it didn't update in the mobile application immediately, even I've to wait quite a long time to see the proper view in the mobile application. This application doesn't have any 2FA, in this era every application should have. And the major reason is apart from large pool of Candidate database this app has in application payments for Naukri Paid.

I've had a disappointing experience with Naukri for the following reasons: 1. Lack of Recruiter Calls: Despite having a well-detailed profile, I haven't received any calls from recruiters. Iam trying this application form past 6 months. Till now didn't get single call. The platform does not seem to be effective in connecting job seekers with potential employee 2. 2.Thank you for your response, but why did you have the option of "Awaiting recruiters action". Its simply waste. If you are applying to 100 jobs only 3 will get response(means recruiters saw your resume). You will never understand that issue. 1.Team must need to add option "reply from recruiter as mandatory". Because most of the recruiters is just posting the job and next is ??? If you think as a candidate, you will know the pain.

Don't ever buy their premium subscription ever. They will not tell you upfront that it takes 4 working days to activate. I took Resume display service and after purchase they told that it will take 4 working days.It did not get activated even after 4th working day, Its not like Linkedin wherein you pay and immediately it gets activated. They just buy time so that they can call and pitch in for more services to increase profit.They have no respect for customer's preference or urgency.

Why there is no home button? when I apply for jobs then apply in similar jobs, I have to press back button twice to come to home page. Even while on JD page or job section page I am unable to see my profile. Rest everything in the app is good. It will be great to have a home button.

Although it offers a wide range of job applications, they charge additional fees for further packages beyond the initial payment, instead of providing the services already paid for. I contacted a Naukri executive by phone, and he told me I must pay these fees, or my account would be shut down. Disappointed by the response.

Resume is not uploading.. It shows something went wrong even though the size of resume is less than 2 MB.. Details: Whenever we try to upload the resume after selecting the file( .pdf,.doc etc of size less than 2 MB) to be uploaded as resume for profile the issue occurs, that some issue is there and ..It didn't allow the resume to add to our profile.

I am not able to get a single job, i am applying from last 1.2 years continuously, just very demotivating. Not at all useful. I have updated this review around 5 Months back, now I have taken premium subscription as well. But I didn't get any interview calls or any opportunity. Even I am not able to see the job which belong to my vertical. Why are you making fool of us. I have spent around 6K and taken your subscription, I was so hopeful that something bwill definitely happen... But seriously

Overall, it is good but the new updates didnt require, old version was excellent as it was user friendly interface, but now naukri portal added much content that is totally worthless, kindly remove that options of quiz participaion and prepare, an employer can prepare from other platforms. Kindly do the things that this app made for and not do the unnecessary stuff that is not required to us.

Not useful even after taking the premium support, did not get a single call, recommendation algorithm is very bad, relevant jobs are not recommended, however if I search manually I could find it. overall experience is very bad. Even the support is worst, you will never get a proper response.

I'm 4+ year professional worker and got all the opportunities from this app. I thank you a lot for providing free service for peoples like me. It's a great app, even if you do not apply to any post or there is no post for opening the hr still can see and will reach out to you if your profile updated. Keep up the good work. The only modification I can recommend you to provide some opening for position of other countries. This is best app for Indian jobs.

Can't use the app without an Indian phone number. I tried sending email, but, check your email address provided below, got the following msg in reply: Your message was rejected by the recipient's domain because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Part 2, emailed sent with screenshot.

Charged me 18k to help me build a resume and find me a job. After providing a few drafts with terrible grammar, formatting & content. I made my own in the end. It's been 4 months. I've only been recommended 17 jobs. 16 of which are not even my role or skillset or department. After repeated chats with their customer service, I have still been getting the same irrelevant jobs. Money was a waste. Got a job via linkedin. Manually applying via linkedin gold has given me much better opportunities.
