I have no idea what has happened to this app, but it is now utterly unusable. The planner function does not work (I've deleted then re-loaded the app several times) and defaults to 'now' rather than the dates inputted (via those annoying rollers). There is absolutely no point in this app whatsoever and I have no idea why it's available. The developers should be ashamed of themselves.

The Planner Function (The most useful one) has stopped working. This happened a while ago, but I thought you might do an update and fix the issue, but no. So this app is completely useless now. It only supplies info for the trains on the day and at the time you're looking at it. The once excellent app is now garbage and you obviously don't care about it, because the issue hasn't been fixed. Can I get through to someone who might be able to fix it or is this another waste of time?

Used to be a great app. One of the first I'd always install. My go to for checking for rail disruption. Now sadly impossible to use. Attempting to enter anything into a field requiring an entry such as station, etc simply results in the keyboard flickering on and off. Tested on a number of different devices all with the same result. Very poor. Worked more or less fine with the odd glitch where it restarted itself, up until a few weeks ago. Uninstalled with regret as no longer of any use.

It used to be my favourite to check trains, despite the clunky UI. It was a very useful app. I was able to set alerts for my train journeys in case there were delays, super helpful. Now, I can't use it anymore as the box to change the time &date doesn't work anymore for some reason, even though I cleared cache & tried to reinstall. Very sad!

Since update it has got almost impossible to use. Used to use the old version constantly but going to delete it. Very user unfriendly!

I don't know what the new update is about, but it's awful. No more favourite stations, no more saved journeys, very user unfriendly. Will be uninstalling

v10.0.0 is awful. An app that is simply the website is inaccessible, un-navigable, cluttered and a terrible experience. The change has ruined the app experience.

Before it was very good, but last update destroyed the app! Now we've to search manually the stations one by one, no more favourite stations and much less information about trains and times

Used to be a rubbish but functional app, after the latest update it's become completely trash, very hard to use and it doesn't save your stations so it's just super long to use.

This is not an app. It's just a link to the website. Used to be a perfectly functioning app (for me) and now reduced to a poorly designed website. Not designed for mobile devices and their limited display size. Remove this from the Google Play Store because this is no longer an app.

Appalling. Every update worsens this app. Looks more now like it's just a Web portal. Seems focused now on selling tickets and not displaying train times in a convenient format. Can't save stations, so pointless for a commuter who just wants to check if their regular trains are running.

Now a steaming pile of dog poop. This used to be a really useful app - you could plan future journeys, track ongoing trains and problems, etc. I would now give this app zero stars if I could. It used to be a useful app for tracking your train, including tracking trains that had already left - you now need to have a rough idea of what time it should be at it's next station to be able to get an idea of if it's been delayed or on time. FRAKKING USELESS. Doesn't even have favourites any more.

Was a great app which I have used for years. An update appears to have removed the facility to look at journeys in progress/earlier trains so that I can't track my family's journeys. Also have to put individual journeys in each time, whereas previously the 'live trains' page held a number of journeys to choose from, now making it very slow and clunky.

As other have said, have used this app for years and it was incredibly useful. The new version is awful. Clearly some developers who know how to make it look pretty but gave no thought to what would make it useful to the user. Also, although it looks more 'modern', it is much more clunky to use than the old version, which was more minimalist and convenient.

Used to be a very helpful (if admittedly a little outdated-looking) app, but after the most recent overhaul update - rubbish. No way seemingly to save favourite stations, instead of a list of trains you now get a couple of giant blocks which tell you nothing about arrival times or anything useful like it used to. Can't view recently departed trains, which was actually useful in some cases because some services get to a connecting station quicker than others. All in all, the app has been ruined.

The new version view is absolutely poor. No option to add routes as a favourite. Big let down here. Before all the information you need was on one screen, previous trains tracking and statuses but now everything is just in big blocks. I get what your trying to do here but the key features have been removed from the older version. This 100% needs to come back. Listen to your customers!

Compared to the last version, at least this works by allowing me to plan journeys in the future but it has lost a lot of functions such as allowing me to have a list of favourite stations saved. Clears the station fields everytime it's loaded which is annoying. Too much emphasis on thrusting ticket prices in my face. I've a season ticket and have no interest in prices. 2 stars because it just about serves my purpose but still no longer my go-to app for train times.

I used to use this app all the time for the live trains feature, it was fantastic. Since the update, it no longer does most of what it was good for and that distinguished it from the other train apps. You can no longer pin trains, which makes tracking things much more clunky, and downright impossible in low-signal areas. You can no longer see trains that have already departed, which was a really useful feature. The UI is also just less efficient, showing less information with more clicks.

Great app, not experienced any of the crashing that has been reported by others but has been showing me the train times reliably whenever I open the app and need to get going. The filters are OK but they need to do better at saving properly, for example if you change the TO/FROM stations, they don't seem to get saved and so I spent time manually inputting the stations I am going to/from. App needs better shortcuts for saved journeys so that searching for times is just a case of a single tap.
