It's such a scam. They advertise an item at a discounted rate and then when you go to check out it jumps up by $50+ and then calculates the "discount" which brings the item back down to where it started. THEN as if that isn't enough, If you get too much of a discount your delivery fee goes from $5 to $14..

I would give this a awesome 5 star's, except I can't get it to hold still long enough to look at items. Half the screen is promo's the lower part of the screen is product, but jump's, jerk's, show's half a product it won't hold still long enough to tap any options. EXTREMELY CONFUSING, ANNOYING AND HARD TO USE. I LOVE THE ITEM, DISCOUNTS, SALES, AND PROMO'S ARE TERRIFIC! BUT I COULDN'T FINISH MY ORDER THE SCREEN KEPT CHANGING, SRINKING, DANCING ALL OVER THE PLACE AND I TRIED TO ORDER, BUT TOO EX

The app keeps showing there is a"problem" whenever I click on hyperlink that is offered on the app. This happened when I clicked on a hyperlink to find out how to become a NGVIP. Also the app is different than the actual site. I was able to enter a code for 10% off on the app but not in the site. I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing to no avail. Same problem

2 stars for the clothes and shoes, I love a lot of stuff and its affordable, some of the quality variations suprised me though, one skirt ripped the 1st night I wore it. the app is awful tho, that's why 3 stars, it never let's me log in and when I try to retrieve my password it never send the pw reset email, even though it says it on it way. the app needs serious work. not to mention my liked stuff disappears from my favorites constantly.

I am so fed up with this app! I have been shopping on this site for years, but for the past few weeks, I have wasted my time shopping for stuff it won't let me buy because it won't re-set my forgotten password! I have tried many times, using both my email addresses, but the end result is always frustration. At this point I am so sick of wasting time on this, I am done shopping on this app or website. I've been patient and persistent but enough is enough. They just lost a loyal customer.

I do enjoy some items from this app but the rest seem very bland. I do plan on a second order from this app but my first order was a bad experience. Did not recieve any shipping updates and it took them absolutley forever to even send out my package. They tried to blame the shipping carrier but i feel like they just took forever to send out my package. Shoes were very nice! A little tight with the straps but overall comfy :) the shorts were extremly thin i cant wear them without a long tee.

The site and app is completely busted lol. I tried to go to the website and it doesn't load anything, and the menus act really odd and don't use the drop down selection. It's like it's broken and no one ever fixed it. I tried the app to see if it was better and it won't even load the categories page. Needs a tune up VERY BAD LOL.

Clothes are cute but horrible app doesn't stay open crashes constantly. Link for returns doesn't work and nobody in customer service gets back to you

I get fed up shopping on this app as whenever I look at an item or add it to basket, as soon as I go back to keep scrolling it takes me right back to the top again! It's so frustrating having to continously scroll down to where you left off, especially if I've browsed a lot of items. Most of the time I just give up & don't bother buying anything because I'm annoyed. There is another, similar shopping app that has the same problem.

Nasty Gal store I highly recommend... But the App.. It works. Its usable. It can do the job it's meant for. It's easy to search. Easy to define your search. But... The app loads but kicks me off every few minutes. It also goes back to start of what you have been scrolling through when you click to view item then click the back arrow. It is frustrating! I cannot view items of previous orders. On occasion it goes extremely slow and will not load up other pictures of products to view.

My experience has been awfully. During the holiday season I placed an order on the nasty gal website for over 43 different items ..... I have yet to receive 1. However oddly enough after consistently pursuing my wears & questioning their whereabouts I got a delivered notification which turned out to be a complete lie. This is nothing but robbery & I'm so disgusted!! I want my money or my clothes this is upsettingly ridiculous.

Constant. CONSTANT Pop-ups! Every time the page refreshed, did whatever, this STUPID ANNOYING BOX appreard at the bottom of the screen EVERY DAMN TIME. Seriously. You ca n show the ad ONCE when someone gets on the site, and again as they are n checking out. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF MAKING IT HARDER FOR ME TO BROWSE????

Good app, a little slow to load and I'm not a huge fan of the set up of the 'crushes' section, which is especially slow. Have a lot of trouble ordering off the app for some reason and it is very frustrating, because there seems to be discounts exclusive to the app and what good is downloading the app if I'm not getting to use the benefits of it?

Promised discount for downloading the app wouldn't work. Then another discount advertised on the cart page wouldn't work. Link to the dress I needed wouldn't work when I tried it direct to the app, so I had to search it 3 times to find the dress and then let it allow me to add it to the cart. The dress better be better than the website and app. For $12 shipping that takes 2 weeks to get to me, and no free returns, I'm nervous. Only buying because it's a bridesmaid's dress...

This app works pretty well a little slow sometimes but not bad at all this place has cute clothes and constant sales and deals! if I had anything that might be an approvement would be to add a recommendation section after clicking on a piece of clothing that's liked by the costumer instead of just looking at what was last viewed. It would be nice to see similar articles of clothing.

IT WORKS FOR US: Its works so well and the clothes are so good. If you are someone that thinks it doesnt ship to the US, it does. You just need to go to profile, tap/click on app settings, and then there is the option for country (store). Sadly doing so, you have to log out and make a new account but it's at least you can still use it and find cute clothes you want.

App keeps crashing. I can't even open most of the items to view them. I click on an item and it does nothing. IF it did open the item it immediately closed it and the app crashed and closed multiple times. So very annoyed. The clothes are adorable. A little on the expensive side but cute enough to be worth the extra. Love the clothes, hate the app.
