Super slow. App is getting worse and worse over the last 6 months. Interface doesnt work and UI is no good. Dont waste time it doesnt work

Disgusting and horrible experience with Namshi. I placed an order with two items, they confirmed the order for both items, and kept me waited for Two days, and the day when I was expecting the delivery, the cancelled the order for one time by themself without even giving any reason. I had already planned the use of the product and cancellation at that time was very unprofessional and unethical action by Namshi. Sent them email, no response. Will not recommend Namshi, if u wanna save your time.

Namshi has sent me a wrong size item, and it took now around 40 days just to pick it up and replaced with the right one. Till this moment they are only sending a regular auto reply in the mail saying it will take 1-2 working days to grab your item, not gonna use this app again. Customer service ,shipping contractors are disaster in this website.

I have been using this for shopping since 3 years without any issues but lastly, I'm facing a trouble with the deliveries of the orders, the courier called me and asking for the location then I'm waiting for delivering but what he is doing he cancelled the delivery on this day then reschedule it without any contact or explanation and when I called him to ask about my order he is talking to me in bad way inappropriate way and doesn't care, I complaint but useless customer service, take care guy

Very Bad app I don't advice anyone to use , I have made order they take the money and I didn't receive my order, when I contacted customer service they are telling that the order on hold, without any reason they Said we will raise a ticket, and someone from the technical support will contact you , but no one contacted me ,and I didn't got neither my order nor my money !!!

Worst experience ever since the new UI. App is so slow and laggy. It takes forever to remove an item from the wishlist. Navigation is sooo slow. Padding on buttons and menus is non existent you have to press 5x times to get it right.

Very slow and always lagging. Takes you forever to add or remove an item from your wishlist. Already deleted the data and cache, then tried to uninstall and install it again, still the same issue. The older version was much better.

I requested to return some products from February 6th. I was told that they would send the courier to pick them up in a few days. I've been contacting them ever since because no courier showed up. Finally, I went to the courier service centre to return the items as per namshi's request. They took the items, and now Namshi tells me that my return request was cancelled !! And after contacting them, they keep telling me that I will be contacted within 2- 3 days to sort my issue. I'm still waiting

2024 Review: The app it's ridiculously slow, it makes impossible to shop anything now. I did cleared the cache and data and installed the app again. Please stop suggesting that as a solution cause it doesnt work. 2018 Review: Namshi is the best online shopping site in the world! Its logistic department works like a clock, they deliver the very next day of your order no matter what, returns are absolutely simple and again super fast and its customer service is impecable. I love Namshi!

Disgusting and horrible app and website. Namshi used to be my favourite place for shopping but it's no longer the same. The app is always laggy and I can't even add to cart for some reason so I tried the website and it always says " this item is not available in your location" apparently every thing is not available in my location. I can see same complaints from other people as well but it seems that Namshi team doesn't care and don't even bother to fix the issues 🤮🤮🤮

I was really surprise and amazed! Like seriously?! I received my order within 24 hrs after i placed, like i received it in 20 hrs! And the option for exchange of items was commendable,and received it on time! I was really happy! I didnt knew this place exist! Keep it up! Much love!

Deleted cache and data plus updated the app. Still works so slow. Takes forever to load a page. You have to press several times before it loads and then it just stays so laggy. Super frustrating to use the app. I will rather shop with other apps like 6th street. Ever since they merged with noon, the app has gone down the toilet.

Delivery issue, it was my first time to order. But the delivery person was rude. He did only 3 doorbells in my flat. Since no one is opening the door he immediately leave my building. I'm keep begging on him to deliver it until night because I need the package within the day. I tried to call sa CS, just keep saying they do their best to deliver the package back., but still a promise. 😑 I felt frustrated and upset for my first time😔 compare to Amazon, delivery person are pro and polite.

It's getting worse and worse, it used to be the perfect app, everything organized but it seems like they just gave up on it or an idiot has been working on updating the app because now when you save items, it doesn't show you the last saved items in the order of you saving it in your wishlist, everything is a mess, always laggy, always having issues. I'm just switching to asos now. Do better namshi, you suck.

Coupons are frauds. They'll keep such terms that you'll be able to use. I spent a big amount to get the coupons, and now the terms which they set are forcing me to spend the 500 to use a coupon of 50. While these terms were supposed to be shared during that scheme 👎.

I've been buying stuff in namshi since 3 years until now, but this month i am so dissapointed. I ordered many times the nike mule beige color, and everytime younare cancelling it, i even talk to the customer service and they make sure i it will get delivered to me but then again they cancelled. Very bad experience, maybe you have a glitch in your app, you put the item as in stock but if ordered you will cancel it. Edited: i already email you guys many times.

The service was abysmal. Sandals in the wrong size due to app errors led to a two-week wait for an exchange reply. Then, two more weeks of futile emails and automated replies requesting the same photos ensued. No coordination among staff to fix their mistake. After a month of explaining, they claim the item's out of stock, canceling my exchange. They ignored refund requests. I'm stuck with the wrong order and useless service. This is the worst service ever.
