Going online offended and offended automatically Y when I on my internet and when I use Other app and showing popup msgs in the other app also of namma yathri plz resolve this I'm fed-up of this things other wise I will uninstall the app no need of such kind of Irritation

Thought is exalent but ola and uber or more they will give same amount some time they give more the 20rs per km ...it is used or useful for coustomers only not for drivers..

I attached my car in namma yatri...i didn't get even 1 ride booking.... Busy Chennai but no ride for this app. need to implement and improve service for bookings....

You get rides easily and the rates are reasonable.. only issue is that the customer support is pathetic.Most of the drivers are not verified unlike ola and uber..There are disadvantages of using the application that is why ola and ubers are in high demand. This proves that any application managed by the government is not reliable.. If the customer care if not proactive then in case of emergency or safety we will have similar issues like rapido while using namma yatri only the names are different

It's very irritating issue in this app, am going to offline but this app automatically going to online, this is not one time, every time same issue, so please check and rectify the issue.

The app is good now a days but the thing is the customer is booking more and cancelling at the same time please don't allow to book again keep away from timepass customer i just get angry when I reach to there location and get it cancelled and infront of me they r going to another auto and please check km sometime it doesn't get calculated some how thank you so much for the app namma yatri

Why did the driver beat all the kilometers and did you think that the kilometer run was 6.3km but the 5km you gave was confirmed as a fraud with our Yatrino driver. Same issue last week cab run 44 km u updated 36km

No cancellation charge for drivers, Most of the time, it gets hang or doesn't work properly. Worst Experience.

It's really a waste nowadays The reason is still not introduced by the cancelled fee they charged 25 rupees if you don't now how to introduce you let me tell you if the driver reached the customer point then it's duty to get a cancelled count as 1 next driver gets a chance to add customer to cancellation fee next driver and also important matter if we reached customer point not consider waiting time it's 150 meter verification for every mobile app we will only get.......if it's not possible got

First of all no cancellation fees we goes to their location 1to2kms that too in this kind of traffic in Bangalore and the price of lpg is too much the customer cancels or does not responds the call after 5 to 10minutes of waiting then cancels the trip. Next problem is the fare which shows are fixed even if we goes the other route which customer requests sometimes it takes 2to3kms extra but the app shows the same fare which showed at starting point even kms same as starting point

very good and useful app for cab drivers ! earnings are good. in bangalore, currently the diesel price is 88.94rs. 21rs for ac and 23rs for non ac for 24/7 would be the good price... app is not so user friendly. keeps on hanging repeatedly, turns on by itself. ads and video suggestions on home interface is very irritating. should be removed and placed someplace else...

Unknowingly running on background if in off duty also unnecessarily running on background, it automatically switch on itself some time and runs on background, Some time switch on directly and some time silent mode, runs in background if didn't on also very bad experience. Trips accepting and fare for the Trips are really good but on the peak time you need to give more to driver some time ride takes more than 30 to 40 minutes or 1 hour to reach just 4 to 5 km so give more price on peak hours.
