Interface is user friendly. But fix the problem of re-submission for KYC. NID scan not processes and Nagad send OTP again and again in redmi 7.

Nice app. But we can't add contract numbers from mobile phone contract list. Please add this. Personal nagad we can add but nagad uddokta we can't add. Thanks

App can't read verification code automatically. Can't use now!! My mobile Samsung galaxy A52 (my sim in same phone and all permissions are allowed)

Not bad,but it should need some improvement like server, transaction statement etc.......If this server don't work properly,it will be so annoying to us

Very usefull before than create account. But when it update face some problem ex: when i create a account custromer face did not match its very difficult. Nagad team plese slove this problem.

The apps is very good and work very fast. But there are many options are missing example daily transaction report daily commission report monthly transaction report monthly commission report. cash in cash out report daily and monthly.

Hello sir,can you guys please make it cash in and cash out history list about 50 transaction ? We can not check out more than 20 transaction list per day so we like to check out more than 20 transaction list... we want this feature on next update as soon as possible. thank you.

When I cash in into some of my contact number i can't find them by the name. In the other mobile banking this facilities is available. I think nagad uddokta app should have it. Thanks

Worst app ever, can't get daily total cash in & cash out amount. There is no search option. There is no Uddokta app in IOS. Notification are not smooth, sometime got lost and sometime delayed.

Lack of advantage, phone book number can't use by the agent app. Pls take care of it. Sometimes opening the app it makes my screen white for long. It's quite disgusting.

I am not satisfied using this app. This app provide us temoporary support but we need strong service. I think Nagad app should copy services from bKash app. We can't add number from our contact list. We can't see our daily transection.....etc

Very bad UX to find out transaction history. Should have search option or pagination option to find all the transactions instead of last 20s.

Nagad is the best finance app better than bkash for Low cash out cost. But features are still didn't update same like bkash i.e- bill payment token features not available in this app. That's why it's too much panic for custmer and also doesn't response properly to customer care. All this things should be resolve asap.

Add an opotion to Cash In from contact list. Bkash and Rocket have such feature. It is disgusting to Type and Check known customer's number everytime when An Uddocta wants to cash in to it's frequent and repeated customers. It will be easy and minimize the chances of error. So add this feature to cash in Customer's wallet from Contact list directly

Plz. Change the process for checking transactions; (going to HISTORY and check transactions is annoying). I'm suggesting to keep the HISTORY button on main view; not in the main menu. I hope the admin will understand what I'm trying to say. Thanks in advance 🙂

Your app is much more user friendly than other mobile banking apps, but I think you need to bring updates in some places, first of all you don't have contact access when Cash in from your Uddokta app. Secondly, it is very important to find the transaction by searching the number or transaction ID from the transaction. Thirdly, not all mobile operators are available for customer registration.
