I have used the app on my dual sim phone more than one year, where my account was opened on second sim. With a recent update, the app is not login anymore and asking to put the related sim to slot #1. Shame that developers made it more useless in the name of security. Most people in BD use dual sim phones. You should check both sim in a device.

Nice UI but like any other government services there's bound to be some kind of hassle attached to it! It stopped working after I updated my phone to Android 11. The app is asking me to enter my SIM in slot 1! Well surprise! It is already in slot 1 as there is only one SIM slot on my phone 😆. I am using Google Pixel 4XL. Please resolve ASAP, dont be just another sloppy and crappy government services.

Very much frustrating. I have only one sim slot in my phone. But it is asking me to insert sim in slot 1. How can I create slot 1!! People used to make videos of drilling iPhone 7 to get back the headphone port. With similar logic, should I try inserting a dual SIM slot in my phone!! Why the developer has chosen to use this parameter, I wonder. Please dude, fix this.

I have not been able to open the app for some time. As soon as I open it, a notification comes, 'Please check your internet connection and try again later', whereas I can open all apps by WIFI. Can't check balance and can't transfer. I need emergency help so I can transact easily.

Whenever I want to add money from the bank it just loading and loading and otp couldn't coming. The Nagad app has no live chat options. If you've faced any problems, you can't contact them through the app.

Very slow service. Paid add from card but Nagad money not added after deducting my money from card. Then immediately I made a complaint from mail and help number from April 4 to today April 9. I have contacted them many times regarding this matter for the past few days. But they are just asking to wait. If a problem cannot be solved within 5 days then there is no need to use this app.😡

So everyone is very annoyed with the OTP issue. The actual process is, after the device registration SMS comes another SMS comes with it which says to set the pin by dialing *167#, follow that SMS first, then try to login again using your mobile number and pin, this time not even the keyboard will showup, also it will grab the OTP automatically. The instruction was very vague and unhelpful. i mean going through the whole new self registering process and then this!!! totally unexcpected!!

Only Bad thing about this app is user interface. The interface looks too outdated and no development there for last couple of years. Previously,A lot of payment couldn’t be done with nagad but they've improved this and now it is possible to pay a lot of bills through the app. Applause for that,nagad team. But you should really modernise the app interface.

After giving the PIN and confirming transfer during the cash out, the server problem notification shown, but by then the money has gone to the agent. The agent didn't say anything. I was not getting any message, I could not check the balance, luckily the amount was less, otherwise the money would have gone two or three times. It's very annoying.

The app needs some crucial fixings. After entering the pin, it needs the sim information from slot 1. But many phones don't have the feature and as a result, it becomes useless to install the app. However, then I tried inserting the sim into another phone and tried the copy the OTP to the app. But unfortunately the app doesn't allow to open the keyboard to write at this stage. Hope, Nagad will fix these technical problems ASAP! Best wishes.

I have been trying to send money, but it's giving a "please insert SIM in slot 1" prompt repeatedly. My SIM was never changed, it has been in the same slot since I registered in nagad, and I have been updating the app. Then why is this inconvenience happening??? I have every single thing right.

Worst service system ever. Firstly it stucked my transection of 6000tk from bank account. After complaining, it refunded the money, then it did the same thing again while paying in one of most popular online shopping app. Also, any other app can easily access Nagad account to know if my account has enough money or not, or how much money my Nagad account has! Whereas other online payment apps don't give access to know anywhere else how much money I've in my account. Security system is very risky.

Worst app ever. Everytime when I'm trying to sign in ,an otp comes, the app shows time out! Very annoying. It is happening from long time. Lot of person complaining it. If they don't fix issues then what is the point of review system!

Very bad experience, totally unresponsive app. While opening an account,I have encountered severe malfunction from this annoying app, despite trying over and over again, I'm unable to type OTP in the blank as keyboard was not showing there, it happens everytime.in comparison to it's competitor, it gives worse experience, very annoying, uneven and disappointing app, not gonna suggest anyone.

Really Very Poor/Bad Service.....!!! I can't describe in words such horrible activities of yours.There is no solution. If you cannot provide the service normally, then stop it. But don't harass common people like us. Why Again and Again Show The Massage Input your sim card on sim slot one. Already it inserted slot one but i can't verify it trying lots of time. Please improve or solve it as soon as possible.

This app sends notifications all day and nights, you can't even turn off the notifications. I kept the app cause I used to recharge or buy online sometimes but cause of the all time notifications I had to uninstall. Probably I will shift to bKash. There's no way to stop the notifications, no option to disable it. Totally bad experience.

Trash customer service! I waited 10 minutes but they couldn't connect me with an agent! I tried multiple times still couldn't talk to an agent. Not to mention, I called them because of some server issue while logging in! I'm leaving this pile of garbage. I've heard many rumours about their bad service, never thought I would face it, so the rumours were true after all.

The app just keep loading for a long time and this is not a coincidence. This is happening again and again. Paying electricity bill with fees added.. it's really bad if we face "time out" problem.. for that reason the process has become so lengthy, which is not expected.
