App seems ok, but it's missing viewing your card details ie number etc. Like every other bank. While there is a link that says 'view card details' and support links you to a help article that says 'your digital card details can be looked up in your app', it does not work. Annoying when I need to get my card details to pay for something online and only have my phone with me as I don't carry my physical card around.

3 days in a row now... App not working. Says "we will have it back up and running as soon as possible"....... NOPE. Nice going nab. Only app to not work for many days straight. All the 5 star reviews are fake. I know this because your rating suddenly jumped way up in the last 2 months... And your app hasn't been improved and it's constantly unavailable. NAB has clearly engaged in fraudulent ratings. All the fake reviews have the same words "good, great, easy" and all are foreign users.

Always damn updates,it's as bad as the Telstra app withuts constant annoying updates! I hate nab app always bloody updates! Here's a thought... Hire competent people that can do the job!

Business account transactions don't show up which is a HUGE issue. Rang several times to complain, its been a know issue for months apparently and can't be fixed. Rubbish app.

Why do I need to update again, 12 days after the last time... try to get into banking, get a thing with 2 choices,, update now or later,, hit later and you still can't get into your banking, so you have to update... annoying...

Was good but quick balance keeps saying to log in and update settings. No worky. It's switched on but no quick balance. Samsung s21 all updates done.

There is an issue with the quick balance feature no longer working. Google says there is a bug in the app that the developer needs to fix.

2023 going to get fuel at the servo fill up and can't access my bank. what the hell. lucky! I have CASH now the 23rd of July 2024 I'm sitting at a service station and can't pay for fuel because your app's going to take supposedly 30 minutes to transfer money from one account to another I'm just going to have to start pulling cash out. this is getting ridiculous every 4 months about. there's something wrong. now it's taking longer than 30 minutes

Basic. Fairly reliable. Could not get a transaction ID for individual transaction in my history today. Drive me crazy. Need to work on providing more detailed and thorough information for your customers regarding their banking activities and details. A little dry and bland as far as apps go.

Great app, user friendly and appealing interface. Unfortunately it's let down by terrible customer service from NABs business banking sector. The worst we've experienced. Only posting on here because nothing gets done anywhere else.

Always pending one whole day(s) worth even when transfering money from myself to myself. Not sure why it wouldn't be instant, shouldn't the pending status only if the amount needs to be checked across different clients? In which case It's just me.

Always will be my favorite Bank I have had a excellent experience with my branch ever since I joined 10 years+ aswell as online had money taken from my account. They got on to me about it as I was about to make the complaint. got it all sorted out and in less than 2 weeks funds back into my account. VERY HAPPY WITH THE BANK

Unfortunately I am still having difficulty with the continuous two step verification process and reverting to my old ph number. These options have been removed some twenty times in less then twelve months making of impossible to log into my internet banking. Bank balance mistakes and general account transaction interruptions of my daily banking requirements and overall experience of this financial institution is a continued disappointment and struggle.

This NAB App is great. SECURITY is unquestionably A1. And it's so easy to use. Peter. The only glitchy thing on the Phone App is trying to confirm your details. It's a mess. I only use Phone for Banking. You type in your address details, and it keeps pinging "enter address manually....please fix it. Have tried several times, but have given up.

I have disabled Goodies menu item from the Account Summary Screen in the Customise account dashboard. However Goodies menu item keeps appearing in the Account Summary screen. Option to switch off does not work. Issues makes me worry about security of app. I don't trust free or special discount offers. I don't like being groomed. I worry about this as I am targeted by spam and bogus calls on my phone almost daily. Please allow me to switch off this unwanted option without hassle or torment.

Don't use NAB for travelling. I got the Qantas Platinum travel card and had so many difficulties making payments for my trip that I ended up switching bank. Honestly, it was my worst experience with a bank so far. Despite spending over 6 hours on the phone to them attempting to resolve the issue over a number of calls, nothing came of it

Scheduled payments are easy to see and I can modify everything about the payment. Thank you. Would like to see a "Pay Now" option on these, to use like a favorite/quick shortcut. Otherwise black/dark theme PLEASE. Maybe one day NAB will have once a year scheduled payments. Xmas and birthdays only come round once a year you know.

Easy to use but very limited and buggy. For example, scheduled payments fail without any notifications and without telling you a reason. Scheduling a future payment sometimes fails saying that it exceeds mobile limits even though there's nothing else scheduled for that day... Also, I keep seeing a popup asking me to update my details, but once I click that note, it tells me that all us up to date

I had to remove this app after having used it for many years, it had an excellent user experience although I believe when they updated it in 2020 the user experience got slightly worse, and a lot of useful information was suddenly hidden, or not available. The new terms and conditions are very disappointing, I used the app a few weeks ago and as I was in a hurry I ended up blindingly accepting them because they pop up as soon as you try to log in and I didn't get a chance to review them.

Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.
