Spotty use. Technology is consistently a problem with Cash back App and its precursors. It's really sad because it has so much potential, but falls short compared to similar rebate and rewards programs. I've been a user since 2013.

its not so much the app but the customer service and payments. I have been waiting since December 2022 to be credited into my account. sent countless emails and the reply is.." we will get to you shortly' strang how "shortly" has now been almost 4 months and no money and apologies. I have lost total faith in this app and the people behind myworld. Thieves is the word that comes to mind!

The app has gone from bad to worse! It's been about 4 weeks now since the Tesco evouchers for the UK disappeared. I emailed them & they said they were looking into the problem still not fixed! It was the only evoucher I bought so it is very disappointing. Also my cashback no longer shows on the app says I'm at £0 when I know I wasn't. Also other evouchers have disappeared, Costa Coffee, Toby Carvery, Primark to name a few. There are now only 3 evouchers available none of which are of any use!!

Very messy app, not enough information. Impossible to change your location one you put it wrong the first time, it will stay that way forever. Impossible to cancel your profile, all you can do is uninstall -which i did very fast. No bueno

This App and service is a joke! I can't login through this app as it constantly pops up a message saying that I need to confirm the latest general terms and conditions (GTC) on the website. I go to the website to do this and I don't see any where to confirm these GTC. No button to tick or confirm. No direction re: this. Very poor layout on the website. You can't access customer service on phone either because they redirect you to the app which doesn't let you login in the first place.

For the last 4.5 years I'm consistently using the app for most of my purchases and I can freely say that it's one of the most lucrative apps one can use. Saving money on the daily purchases has never been so easy and simple and with the constant improvements of the technology (like the Scan&Go function which allows us at most of the SME's to just scan the invoice and have our purchase registered) I assume it's going to be even way better than this version. Get money back on your purchases now 😉

Looks like they normally give 1 or 2% on purchases of £90 or more. I never spend that much on food/clothes shopping; at least not in one store, at one time! Plus it's like 90p cashback on a £90 purchase, which is pretty pointless... Unless I'm missing something?

i just dont give 5* coz it is not optimaize to tables and the app still have a bug in android system. everytime you shake the phone to see the card, after that if you go main menu》my voucher, the card shows again instead of my vouchers, so i need to restart the app everytime. if you can sort out this 2 point, i give 5*

Update: i guess this got fixed with the last patch from July 7th. Example of an online shop that couldn't be found through the search engine from the mobile app: Top-Shop.ro The search functionality is pretty much useless. Despite the fact that some providers/shops are enrolled in the cash back program and the cash back option can be activated when using a desktop browser, in mobile app they don't appear when trying to find them using the search motor...

Cannot get past the sign-up screen because it's not accepting my mobile number... keeps saying "Please enter a valid mobile number". Have had number more than 7 years so it definitely IS valid & never any issues registering for other companies before now. Tried entering every way possible (i.e. numbers only, with dash & parentheses, with & without the 1, with a + before the 1), but nothing works. 🤦‍♀️ If issues get resolved & the app can be used as expected, I'll update my rating. 🤷‍♀️

The app is impossible to use. I have in over 4 months of trying NEVER been able to use it without spending over one hour to transact the purchase of an evoucher. Then, when I tried to use Travelworld and needed to cancel a reservation that took me over 2 hrs to make within the required parameters to cancel, I was unable to cancel it because it didn't show up on the TravelWorld app. I tried to reach support with no success and was told to message them. They didn't respond for me than 2 days

i like that the app has a map that shows where i can use the cb card but i would like to be able to search for loyalty merchants by categories (coz sometimes i don't care for the closest merchants rather a specific one). the search function itself isn't that useful - it gives weird results, it is unreliable.

I need a myWorld App degree to understand what's going on here. I was searching for a way to upload a receipt but to no avail. I kept watching a video of how eady it is to do. Also struggled to find local partners like checkers etc.

I have Google Pixel 2, and I, as well, have problem when I try to open different businesses. It is not crashing with all businesses apparently. Is picking, and choosing, and it is the same all the time. I have used the old app to got into my cockpit and I can see those businesses no problem. Not everyone has the old "L" app though. Very nice and useful app, it needs some work though.

Customer support doesn't exist, no reply to request for more than 2 months. Partners are allowed to reject scanned invoices without any proper reason and no explanation given while customers can't complain on decisions. MyWorld is a typical example of good idea being poorly realised. No customer support - no recommendation.
