I had this app and card for a month. Already, I have had absolutely more trouble than it's worth. I tried to talk to the virtual assistant, it was no help. When I requested an agent, both agents got on and then left chat immediately. Didn't even review my case. Not only that, but I've already had security problems with people making purchases without my consent. Not only that, but sometimes the chat doesn't let me type. This is overall the worst banking app I've ever used!

This app needs an update fix for the 6-digit verification code sent via email or phone number, there's an error upon sending detailed, "There's been an error, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Try again later." It should be noted the problem occurs on the App, website and desktop. This has stopped me from changing info in my profile and also from transferring funds between accounts, thanks hope you see this and get right on it the support team claims there's no alternative option for a fix.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have tried for three days to check my balance in this app and the app won't even open. It'll come up to the log in screen, allow me to click to enter the password, then it crashes. I have tried to open this app at least twenty times and it has crashed every single time. Updating it made absolutely no difference, either.

Had an update in June and haven't been able to log in since! We have 2 cards on the account so because I handle the finances, I like to be able to check the balance too. Ever since the update all I get is identity verification where they want to send my husband a text or email to get a code so I can log on! Needless to say I sent them an email to fix this and this is day 3 that I haven't heard back! So disappointed and frustrated, this card totally sucks!

The app okay. Im still new to it, however I do have some things I believe could be better. Text alerts come from a different number everytime which really gets my message app really cluttered if you dont delete each individual message. This is annoying. There should also be an option to open with fingerprint. Aline had this. Wisely does not. Had a spell of issues logging in saying it was not connected to a known server when I clearly had wifi. I do like the rain day fund! great feature!

Needed to reset passwords but it threw an error on desktop and mobile. I suspect it's a server side issue since the app didnt prompt me with biometric logins. Regardless, I can't trust an app with my money of I can't do something as simple as a password reset. As of right now, I have funds locked and inaccessible due to this. I'm completely removing wisely from my payment structure. Any sort of app downtime in the financial sector is absolutely unacceptable. Stick with an actual bank.

10/5/23 Update. This app is awful, it's not logging in, I need to move money from my envelope to buy groceries and a message keeps popping up The app is ok, I hate how long it takes to open once you log in, or if I have my money in the savings envelope and need to transfer it I'll receive an "oops something went wrong try again later" that's pretty inconvenient. Overall I like that I can add other cards and transfer money between them for my son. If the long login is fixed it would be great.

(EDIT) I was able to get my card to work, but not through the website or app. I had to call the customer service hotline and have the automated voice activate it for me. Other features of this app fail to work or load as well, and I had to have my HR change the contact information for the account because they had entered it incorrectly and it would not let me fix it myself. The only feature that works well enough is the transfer feature. Everything else is broken.

Not really worth it, poor performance! Unfortunately my employer pays us through this app with no alternative. The app frequently crashes, stalls or freezes. When the app finally opens, there are blanks where information should be. I've had to refresh the app so many times...For something that is used as a payroll, the app developer needs to ensure the app doesn't crash. This is really poor service free or not!

I like this app a lot, it's very helpful. I just wish that if we add a new card accidentally, that we could discontinue it from within the app and/or the website, because I accidentally did that recently, now I have an extra card by mistake. I thought that "add a new card" meant add my debit card, not add a BRAND NEW Wisely card (that is not adequately explained), and I'd like to be able to view the full title of purchases. Thank you!

Mediocre at best. I use it for direct deposit and it gets mey money fine. The big issue is that I cannot use it on most online platforms. YouTube, Netflix, playstation ect. When I put in my card info it continues to say that the information isn't correct. I check double check and quadruple check. My info is correct but it still won't let me. It happens on almost every site, so they aren't the issue.

It's already bad that I was forced to use this app because of my job (wasn't aware of the switch) but now it's not even opening up for me. Also, uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not work. ALSO, I use to be able to order shop online with no issues but now the transaction is a hit or a miss. If I had a choice I wouldn't use the card. I'll try to order something and the payment won't go through but I'll then use my chase debit card and the payment goes through. Very frustrating!

Horrible app. I can't get back in after just creating an account and setting up dd. Fingerprint doesn't even work but there's an option for it?? The remember me doesn't remember anything, each time you have to completely login. When. I initially set it up it said my card was activated but the app said it wasn't so I did everything over twice and it still says not activated. So I logged completely out thinking it might just need to reboot and now I can't even get back in.

I will not use this app until you make it so it works correctly and is more similar to the ADP app that it is supposed to be replacing.The ADP app is much better. It is more user friendly and the user has many more options of things they can do. I can see the account numbers of the checking account numbers I'm trying to transfer to instead of choosing blindly in the my wisely app. People need to be able to see what they're doing. Also, you can't exit out of the my wisely app. It just locks up.

The app doesn't open half the time. It takes forever to load when it does open. I had to switch to this from ADP for work and the wisely app is constantly having problems. I never had issues with ADP. I WOULDN'T USE THIS APP IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO FOR WORK. It's also prompting me to call in and verify my account half the time and won't let me log in, even though I just made the account last month.

The card itself is fine, this app is another story. Normally the app works, but lately it's horrific. For the most part I'm pretty positive & patient. I LOVE the colors of the background 😍, but apparently staring at a blank background for more than 3 minutes isn't a thing for me. I finally get frustrated & go to the actual website to see my information. Please fix the app so I can leave a positive review

I'm constantly having problems with the record of my transactions disappearing. They will show the day they happen, either paying for something, or recieving payment, but soon they will disappear. They eventually show back up again but sometimes this can take days. The transactions are always correct just the record of the transactions is the problem. Also, their is plenty of other problems with crashes, loading screens that never end, and having to login multiple times.

Very poor. I used to love the app. But as of late it has been nothing but a pain. The app never loads. Ive updated it and even uninstalled it and still nothing. I'm lucky if the log in page loads. If i manage to get that far im really lucky bc then it just stops working. I can never see my account balance. If i wanna know the balance i have to call the number on the back of my card and thats annoying because of the 5 million steps you have to go through. I miss the older version that worked.

The app works ok but the business is terrible. I had an issue with a transaction that requires me to verify my identity. I sent them multiple documents and the timeframe was excessive (they never did verify me and never contacted me with any information or giving me a path to a solution). I understand the need for security but there are much better financial institutions with instant verification and good support. I called support and spoke to a manager who was the rudest person alive. Don't use

Cannot deposit checks. The new feature that allows you to upload checks isn't working! I've called my wisely, and they said I need to contact the bank. Bank doesn't answer. When I take a photo of the check, an error message shows up saying there's a bug and closes app. I've unistalled and reinstalled the app, but it still doesn't work. So who in the heck do I contact? This has been going on for over a month! You might want to fix this. Its OK, I'm moving to Chime. Their app works!
