It used to work immaculately, but recently it only displays an error message, to check internet connection. Is there a way to solve the problem or this app is being discarded?

Would be great if we could keep the multiple visa detail such as for the whole family members. Other than it is better, than having nothing.

When switching between app to copy paste the document number, it keep returns to login page which is useless as I can't login without write them down to somewhere else!

Rubbish app. Hope I can give it zero star. Everytime when I switch to another App to copy data and switch back, it prompts for password and lose all other data I entered. Uninstall it within 5 minutes.

After fill in the details, the app error code "Check your Internet connection " kindly pls fix the app bug. WE want to check e visa status there are no solution, no update. My flight tiket going to due next day. I lost the tiket I have to bare the cost. Visit a Australia really difficult!

Terrible. Search takes a very long time, and if the phone goes to sleep, all progress is lost. Start again. 45 minutes later...no information.

App isn't working anymore. It gets stuck in "searching". Hopefully it gets resolved soon as going through the browser is not as convenient.

Same as the other poster. Can't log in anymore just gets stuck at searching. Reinstall made no difference. Website search works fine. Please fix as this app is really useful.

I try to login to my visa information.. But it seem can't get through, is get stuck on "searching" Then it will say after , internet no strong.. But my wifi is good enough to do everything. Please fixed this problem.. or please update it , or if you are using other APP please notify us.

I having trouble through with documentation process. I've given everything that proof my identity but the only problem is it's asking me for Australian passport which I'm only permanent resident. Can someone help me please. Or should I reset and start all over again and 🤞 🤞🤞🤞 it would not ask me for a Australian passport.

Useless. You need a lot of numbers and if you have another look because one number is wrong or missing you have yo start again with logging in. You need a pen and paper and a lot of patience to do a job easier to do in Immiaccount. This app burns your time for no special results.

Very useful and convenient app to use. My only suggestion is that maybe add biometric sign-in where available eg: fingerprint/ iris, as alot of modern phones have such capabilities in built.

App works like every other application & website the Australian government creates... broken, poor programming, terrible optimisation, just straight garbage. Why is every department of government so horribly designed, if something doesn't work you just blackmail for money it's like the mafia or cartel is in charge.

This is a very useful App. It was working fine until a few months ago. Now I cannot login as confirmed by a number of users in recent comments, it continues to say that 'I don't have Internet Connection', even though my Internet connection is working without an issue.

After recent update, it does not work, complaining of no internet access. An uninstall-reboot-reinstall and complete data reentry did not get it working again. So if it doesn't work how can it be graded any higher

No longer able to log in. I don't need to log in much but I try now and then. However it gets stuck on 'Searching...' after I enter my PIN and never logs in. My credentials work fine on the website, just not in the app.

This app was working perfectly and it showed results in no time. Its not been a month that the app stopped working. After a long wait, it shows "Network error". Please fix the app soon. Thanks
