Fun games, but the real reason to play is to rack up loyalty points to redeem for real rewards such as comped rooms at Vegas hotels or tickets to see some of the amazing shows. Redeemed several rewards for rooms, buffets, and shows and it's always been quick and easy. Edited 12/2020: This game definitely isn't what it used to be. Lowered rating. There are fewer rewards, they changed how points are accumulated, and payouts drastically decreased. Used to be near perfect, but they screwed it up.

I've had this game and have been playing it for over 7 years! I just updated the app yesterday and when I tried to play today like I do every day I couldn't access the app. I kept getting an error message. I eventually had to Uninstall and re-download the app but when I did all my claims and progress had disappeared and I can no longer sign in. All my coins, progress and loyalty points for 7 years plus GONE!!!!!!

The new update is not good. Games are still mostly fun but they are wasting too much effort, and of our time, on ads and graphics instead of gameplay. The Quest I have spent 3 years trying to complete has just disappeared! Give me back the previous version! The upside has been that customer service has been relatively quick to respond in the past when I've had a problem. We'll see how things go for a little while but I am not impressed.

Used to be a great game. It was fun to play, you had motivation to get more chips because you could get loyalty faster, the rewards were great, etc. But then they re-did it. They erased my entire loyalty balance I had been building for years, only rewarded people for having the app open, and the loyalty rewards got worse and worse. It's gone down the tubes.

Updated review, Love it, so find, but hate the ads in the beginning, just one after the other, it lags the bonus collection, then the hourly collect, then pops up the store. it's a frustrating battle to start playing. Love the free coin notifications, that makes up for it with a whole star. But now there is more ads then before. sometimes I don't want to bother with the ads, even knowing I'm going to lose my consecutive day bonus.

It has been a long time since I first downloaded and started playing this game. The bonuses have gotten much better and the rewards have been great. Unfortunately over the past couple weeks the game has given me a lot of "restart" errors and other issues. Yesterday it stopped working all together. I open the app, it looks like it is loading, and then it just closes. Update They seem to have fixed my main issue but I am still getting some restart messages but I can open the app.

I enjoyed playing this app and had been playing it for years. A few weeks ago I got a low storage warning on my phone and discovered that this app was suddenly taking up over 6GB of space after the most recent update. Needless to say I uninstalled it. Other similar apps don't take up nearly as much space. Maybe if they could reduce size I would reinstall but it would be hard to tell as it no longer even says data size of it in the app store.

If you're addicted to losing then this game is perfect for you. Just love it how every time I manually have to keep changing it back to the smallest bet amount and yet it keeps setting itself back to the highest, it's as if they want you to lose your chips as fast as possible, no wait, it couldn't be that. Response to developer: dude that's was 6 years ago, 2018 when i uninstalled your app. Take a hint already

Was a faithful daily player for the last 12+ years and have used loyalty points for rooms which has been really great. I have more points than I need. BUT - I just lose lose lose constantly. I made four purchases in one day because I was close to a bonus and it never came, just more LOSS. The pop-ups are ridiculous. At least five before you can play and some are duplicates. So I had to uninstall to save money and use my time wiser. Really bummed.

1- Too Slooooooow. 2- Constantly buffers and freezes. 3- Leveling up just to bet higher? Come on, seriously? 4- All the games play exactly the same way, no real variety in line hit combinations or Bonus Game excitement. 5- All in all, it's just plain boring to play. Better luck next time developers, this app is a total loss, and no profit for you!

The App is clearly oriented to get the user to pay for chips, or access to new games or themes which is fine. It is a free game and developers have to pay themselves. A new problem has come up though. You get a daily bonus on log in which scales with level. It awards several million chips free daily, so you can play without spending real money. For three days straight, the game has told me I would get 18-ish million chips for my bonus, but only awarded me 6. There is no way to report the issue

Still too many pop ups! Once you start the game you get as many as 6 different pop ups which you have to wait on loading and dismiss before you can play. On top of that now the ads play sound even if you ha e sounds turned off in the app settings! I'm not "missing out" on anything from these frustrating pop ups, give us an option to turn them off!

Not bad for a free app. Only concern is that the opportunity to spin the wheel comes when you either get 3 'spins' or a 'spin' and a couple of 'wilds'. Half the time, it'll land on that, but the wheel spin doesn't register, so no wheel spin happens. I have screen shots to show this, but have to figure who to send them to, to show them.

Pay to play, all the way! Look, it's a fun slot game with many different machines, but it's changed over the years from a fun game to 'pay to play'. The win/loss ratio has drastically changed, and just when you've finally won big, you lose bigger for extended periods. At this point, I can no longer finish daily missions as they are just that ridiculously high at my level. Hopefully, they will update it as it used to be fun. Now it's just impossible to even complete simple missions

This slot game app sucks! Navigating the app is confusing. There is no direction...just try to click on things to see what it is. The pop-up's for games you can pay for are RIDICULOUS! The game selection is minimal compared to other slot game apps I've played. Landing on winnings is minimal. When you do get a win, it is small no matter how much you bet. Let's not fail to mention you have to CLICK, CLICK, CLICK on anything to "select" it. POORLY made game app.

Buggest app I've ever played. Takes forever to load anything. If you play a portrait game the screen won't open right. you Cannot finish missions in a portrait style game cause it keeps pulling me out to show that you're in a misson and screws up. So if I want to play I have to play landscape games. You have way too many graphics that you don't need. Try getting rid of some of these extra graphic things and maybe the game would run smoother. Very disappointed.

It's one of the better gambling games, but multiple problems. It loses connection all the time, says Waiting to connect, and then game either just sits there or comes back and then eternally spins, and the only way to play is hard close the app. Also, the self-game advertisements get crazier and crazier. It takes minutes to actually start after loading, because you have to go through like 6 and screens to sell their packages first. Sometimes the add comes back over and over. It's irritating.
